  1. Automatically tag users imported from HootSuite

    Nimble's integration with Hootsuite is pretty powerful. We use it to find new leads. I'd like to be able to easily find those that I've imported to Nimble. It will be best to do it using tags.

  3. Act-On integration

    Act-On is targeting the same target audience of Nimble, offering marketing automation. Having both platforms work seamlessly will be great help

  4. Improve "Lead Type" and "Lead Status" in Deals

    Make Lead Type and Status easy to see (top of profile) and easy to change (from Deal page).
    On the Deal view you should have the Lead Status (example: contacted, not contacted, interested, closing phase, closed etc) on each of the Contact boxes (small as they are it is okay). Should allow an easy to change drop down menu to move the Contact from "cold" to "hot" Status.
    Otherwise this involves a lot of clicks and digging around to find the info.

  5. Find a way to import "2nd degree" contacts from Linkedin or Facebook.

    Not sure if it is so simple but it would be very powerful in prospecting - especially if you know who they are mutually connected by.

    If for example, Ms. X is connected to 2-3 "customers" (probably people with similar interests/profiling) then it is a shortcut to assume Ms. X has potential - worth calling her to find out!!

    This will be massive in recruitment cold calling. i.e. headhunting. Star players usually hang with star players.

    Thank you for writing in.

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to access 2nd degree contacts from LinkedIn or Facebook’s API, therefore we must decline this feature request.

    In all honesty, we would love to have this feature in Nimble as well, it would make it much more powerful and if it is allowed in the future, we will likely revisit this feature.

  6. List Contacts by each letter of the Alphabet using an A-Z List - Not Just Sort ALL Contacts Alphabetically

    It is not enough to just sort ALL Contacts alphabetically to try to find a Contact whose Name starts with some letter.

    Each letter on the A-Z List on the right side of the UI should be a link to the Contacts whose First Names begin with that letter.

    Alternatively, along the top of the screen, create an A-Z horizontal List where each letter, when clicked, brings the User to the beginning of that list of names that start with that letter AND make the numeric list (at the bottom of the screen) limited to those pages of the list…

  8. fix the bug associated activities

    when i create an activity due Today. and then i edit the activity to choose a specific time and date - the time section doesnt allow for a drop down selection box. Instead i have to manually enter the time

    Hi Nelson,

    Thank you for writing in today.

    For editing the time of a task, we allow users to choose the generic options of “Today”, “Tomorrow”, “Later”, “This Week”, and “Next Week”.

    If users want to select a specific time, they choose “Specific Date/Time” and are able to select the date and time of day to specify from two boxes that you click on to bring up a pop-up calendar and time-slot list.

  9. Include 'Closed On' field in CSV Export

    CSV export includes Date Created and Expected Close, but not the 'Closed On' field. It would be great to include this field in the export. Makes tracking performance much much easier.

  10. include within the history the name of the related contact.

    When you log an activity for John Doe at ABC company. When the activity is posted in the history. It would be helpful to know who the contact that activty is related to. That way it avoids have to manually click and dive into the each logged activity. This is particularly helpful when there are many contacts within a specific company for a few ppl are involved.

  11. instead of clicking edit - hover and click specific fields

    to update contact info like email, url, titles, would be helpful if you could just over the field item and edit. Instead of edit button and scrolling all the way to the bottom of the screen to include a company website.

  12. enable ability to pin ALL contact from info tab

    it would be nice to have all contact info at the top of the screen when you click on a contacts name. that way i dont have to juggle between contact "info" tab and "all" tab

  13. Add market segment / distribution channel to contact

    In our tourism industry, we have several distribution channels / market segments (direct sales, tour operators, resort sales, cruise line, etc).This is not "lead source" or "lead type" but the segment the client comes through and how contact the client (lead source) and the client supplier (distribution channels / market segments).

  15. Set up Deals pipeline like it is in Pipedrive...

    Make the DEALS pipelines fit within one page and provide folders where one can just view pipeline for specific products (like in Pipedrive)

  16. Timezone and current time view in the contact profile

    It is great that you shows where contact based using code area of his phone number. Will be just perfect if you add there also information about contact's time zone and current time, taking in account timezone where i am now.

  17. Nimble Daily Email - can it show diary for Today & Tomorrow not Today and Yesterday.

    The Daily alert is great - but after 'Engagement Opportunities' mine shows tasks and appointments for 'Today and Yesterday'. Showing 'Today and Tomorrow' would be much more useful.

  18. Activities Tab Needs to display the name of the contact and their company. Name is not enough

    Activity's tab needs to display the name of the contact and their company. Name is not enough I want to know now who I'm calling and from which company.

  19. activity stream is totally rubbish

    sorry the MAJOR reason we wanted a CRM is so we could track and assign different users tasks. but 'activities assigned to you by other users DONT show on your 'today' section or in 'activities' unless you filter by the user who made the activity. can I please see all the activity or tasks that need doing please!!?

  20. Have folders for different email boxes

    I really like Nimble however the only thing that may make me cancel this service is the fact that all of the emails come to one email box. I have 4 different email addresses that I have loaded into Nimble and I would like to be able to view them separately instead of having them in one large inbox. PLEASE create an option to separate your messages from different emails into different viewable inboxes within the system.
