Instagram - piperjaffray.
Instagram - piperjaffray. In a recently released study of social media use by adolesents, Instagram, ranks higher in use than Twitter or Facebook.
I know you are working towards integrating Instagram, this might be reason to pickup the pace. I see other comments I have made about Instagram are supported by other Nimble users.

Show Total Revenue won and lost in the Deals Dashboard
Currently, the Reports Dashboard only displays Average Revenue won and lost. Total is more important to a business than the average. Please add that to the Dashboard.
If Nimble ever adds Monthly Revenue as an option to deals, it would be useful to see Monthly Total Revenue as well.

Leads Tab
Instead of lumping lead and contact management together, please add a Leads tab. Some preliminary thoughts: People marked in the Contacts tab as Prospects or Leads would be added to the Leads tab. The existing Pipeline view could be duplicated and repurposed for leads, showing by default Prospects, Uncontacted, Contacted, and Closed. Users could click into the leads to edit their fields, and when leads are closed as a qualified leads, they would be automatically converted to Deals. Deals,Stages and Expand Number of Days in each Stage
We are in the construction industry and most of the projects we work on take longer than 90 days to move into another stage. We have sales cycles that sometimes last 2-3 years from the time we provide a quote to the client until we close a deal. It would be great to have the number of days in each stage have the capability to be 3 digits instead of the current 2 digits.

make it so emails auto save and don't diapperar so easily - or allow drafts.

Email Tracking Consistency?
Using the Gmail plugin, I can track when an individual message has been opened, but when I send an email from inside Nimble, that option is not present... only for bulk messaging. Why is this? I hate having to jump to Gmail just so I can track whether the message has been opened or not.

Please include ability to log Calls.
Not just a Note, but something in the thread with Messages, updating Last Contacted.
How can a CRM not have this? One should be able to see a chronological tracking of communications.

Add a check box to lock addresses, phone numbers
I use addresses a lot. Nimble adds all kinds of incomplete addresses to the list of addresses for a person or company. These sometimes show up above a correct address I have verified, making them 'address 1' in an export.
Add a check box next to an address to lock an address as a main (top) address for the address type that does not get updated by Nimble. Nimble can still add all the bogus addresses, but they won't be picked as 'address 1'. There could be a main Work, Home and Other address checked

Stop automatically adding a contact's work address because the source you pull from is often incorrect
I thought the auto assignment of incorrect social media info was fixed, but it doesn't appear to be.

Lift the limit on group emails.
Can we make the number of recipients in a group email from 100 to unlimited?
I lost a client that couldn't effectively launch a marketing campaign and when back to sendinblue. His subscriber list is over 40k and sending group email template to 100 people at a time was not reasonable. Thanks for your time.2 votes -
Add ability to call tech support
Almost all other CRM's I have used have a call center dedicated to support. Some have SLA's associated with their support levels but they have a telephone number.
This feature would ease the adoption of Nimble into more environments. 5 hours to reply back to a chat is not ok, period.

Google Calendar Sync Issue
I had someone send me an event which I added to my google calendar. Unfortunately they sent it as a recurring event and couldn't change it. So, I deleted the event from Google Calendar but the events (all of them) are still showing in Nimble, even though they've been removed.

this makes double sense since uservoice offers a modal-window widget
