Scheduling for group messages
I want to be able to schedule group messages. It's available singly...why not as a group?

Move the Contact Info Box with the phone number to the top under the contact name.
The phone numbers for the contacts are way down the page in your layout. I have to scroll down to find the number each. This info is more important than the other things you have at the top

Change order of activities in the profile
I would like to be able to re-order the activities when using Log Activity or Schedule. Especially on the Chrome Widget. I wanted to be super easy to do it super fast.

Email Alias's with Gmail
I know as of 4 years ago, email alias's from Gmail were not supported. This is very limiting as it will not be able to record any of my outgoing emails which is very impactful. It was stated this is due to the way it is connecting. Is there another option so we could use Nimble for this? It is very common on other platforms.

Shared Outreach Campaigns and Metrics
There is no way for me to see the campaigns or metrics of other Nimble users in my organization who are sending out using our connected domain. Since we only have a few thousand emails a month, it's important for me to be able to see the other campaigns my users are sending to know who is sending out emails and when. Additionally, it'd be nice if other users could see the metrics for the email campaigns I send out.

When adding a contact to a sequence, it should warn you if the contact is already added in a sequence, particularly a future sequence.

Standard Fields - being abel to edit
With the standard fields, we need to be able to edit the drop down list, to make it more appropriate to our businesses. Personal customisation.

WorkFlows - visual of opens by contact
Knowing which contact to follow up with on a workflow is a difficult task. The design and layout are okay visually. But adding a couple of features to the TEXT box of the contact within the workflow will make it great.
We record opens and clicks. Essential to understand which contacts are engaging with your outreach.
But Nimble doesn't make use of the information collected.
What if the Text box within the Workflow had a BOLD "Opened by Contact"?
When you click on this, a pop-up will appear with the Subject, Date, action (click/open), etc.
This would make great use…

Group Messages
When sending a group message, it would be great to have the TITLE of the actual Group Message in the top, when you are looking at the results of the Group Message. Rather than having to click on the text and try to remember what the Message was about. We deal with Roles, Industry and Countrys. SO use titles like CEOHealthFrance to identify our reach out.

I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs...
I would like to see uncompleted tasks and events in a small window in all tabs such as "Contacts", "Messages", "Deals" or "Social".
Seeing a small window with your uncompleted tasks or events of the day anywhere you are in nimble would help you stay focused through the day and i wouldn´t have to skip between all the time.0 votesHi,

Nimble Daily
Love the Nimble Daily. But as my task list gets larger, so does the email.
I would suggest having a simple configuration with check boxes. The ability to choose events only, tasks only, tasks with stars only, or social updates; would be great.0 votesHi,
We are not currently investigating ways of making our Task notification email updates this specific.

Archive tags, put tags in an archive instead of deleting them
Our sales team is going to create a lot of Tags that we will use for some months and then we would like to put them in an archive, to make them invisible on the contactspage, rather then deleting them to be able to pick them up at a later point.

Thank you for your feedback and idea.
At this current time, we don’t envision changing the structure of our tag function in Nimble, so we must decline this idea.
Rather than having your team use tags, I recommend using the custom data fields feature for Nimble. Custom data fields are better than tags because they are less cluttered, more easily controlled by management, and you can export custom data field information to CSV, while we don’t support exporting of tags for now.

Thank you for writing in.
We do not plan on adding support for .xlsx formatting as opposed to .csv format because you already have the ability to export from Excel to CSV when you save your spreadsheet.
When you save your file in Excel, choose the file format to be “CSV (MS-DOS) Format”, and you will be able to import to Nimble.

Adding integration with ownCloud
Adding support to attach files from ownCloud would be great - I don't like to work with Dropbox / Google Docs as my primary server and ownCloud let's me make our own servers accessible online.

Add more triggers and actions to Zapier integration
At the moment, the Zapier integration is pretty limited to just creating a new contact or task. This is not sufficient for a lot of tasks such as syncing data with another CRM like Pipedrive. At the bear minimum i'd like Nimble to have triggers and actions for updating and deleting contacts. It would also be great if there was some ability to sync deals as well.

At this point in time, Zapier does not support deletion sync for the integration they’ve built for Nimble.
Our integration with PieSync features deletion sync for Google Contacts and they are adding it for other services, too.

Move the Delete Account button away from the Save Updates button in Your Account Info. I almost click on it every time.

Focus on the clients
I suggest that the support team focus more on the existing clients, the needs they have, and try helping problems out, not just sent a link or ignore it. I have been waiting 3 days for help - and no help is given. So the suggestion is to be more human, not just see it as a "ticket support" with you on one side and the clients on the other side, it will also help you a lot getting more clients in.

Easy Way To Auto Add Contacts from Outlook
When I open an email, I wish there were an easy way to auto add the contact record info into Nimble. I feel like I spend half my day cutting and pasting first and last names, with email.

Smart Contacts App Doesn't Work
The smart contacts app doesn't work anything like what Nimble says it does. There doesn't seem to be any way to add contacts from your social pages. Very dissappointing.

Link new contacts to their respective company based on domain
Hi,
I noticed that some contacts do not link (or get attached to) to their rightful company even when the email domain of the contact matches the website domain of the company.
As a result, we lose time and valuable insights since some contacts are floating around the database.The current workaround I found is to export all of our database into a CSV file and manually review everything to then re-import. This is not optimal.
I've seen in other CRM a "Find Account" button that solves this issue.
Could you add this "contact and company domain matching" function?
