It’s best to utilize tasks to define the next action for Deals in Nimble.

Hi,
While we are not currently planning on developing a Zendesk integration internally, we are much more likely to have an integration developed in 2013 because we recently opened our API to the public.
As always, if you have any questions, please write us at care@nimble.com. We love helping out!
Best regards,
Joseph

An error occurred while saving the comment Mattias Wahlberg commentedThis is a great idea when you integarte with for example Zendesk. Then it's easy to create a note or task with an embedded URL that redirects to the contacts open tickets for example.
We use Zapier to to connect Zendesk to Nimble today during our trial and it would add a lot of usability to us.

We use Zapier to integrate web services. Zendesk and Nimble work fine to integrate to some extent. The only problem so far is that wqe can't connect a task from Zendesk to a Nimble contact because Nimble's API is requiring a contact-id which obviously Zendesk doens't have a clue about.
