  1. add new/reccuring field to a new deal

    We really need to differentiate new cleints vs upsales.
    I suggest you add this filed (new/exicting client) to new deal interface.
    Also some filters in Deals would help too.

  2. allow those in the same company to edit one another's deals.

    As someone working in a team of a few people, not being able to edit one another's deals makes it hard as we often need to pass things between us.

  3. make it possible to relate a Deal to several companies

    In many cases I would like te relate a deal to its direct company, and the corporate organization/holding it belongs to, so I can see the names of the contacts I have been talking to.

  4. Make it possible to save filter settings in the deal views

  5. be able to see separate deals in pipeline mode

    In Deals, when I search for a type of deal, it shows up in List View... it would be extraordinarily useful if it could show in Pipeline view.

  6. Set up Deals pipeline like it is in Pipedrive...

    Make the DEALS pipelines fit within one page and provide folders where one can just view pipeline for specific products (like in Pipedrive)

  7. Include 'Closed On' field in CSV Export

    CSV export includes Date Created and Expected Close, but not the 'Closed On' field. It would be great to include this field in the export. Makes tracking performance much much easier.

  8. change stages in deals by every user

    Hello, would it be possible for an user to change stages in pipeline of a deal create by another user (each user has different tasks in the pipeline to get to close the deal)

    Thank you for writing in and suggesting this feature request.

    For now, we do not plan on allowing non-owners of deals to edit stages of deals. We may change this feature in the future, but we do not have it in our list of feature enhancements for 2013.

  9. Allow for importing of Deals into Nimble from other CRMs

    Allow users to import information into the Deals tab.

    Often, users will come from different CRMs and they want to bring their current opportunities and deals into Nimble for tracking.

  10. Add Next Action Date field to the Deals List.

    This would allow me to see that indeed there ARE next actions for every deal, and I could sort by next action to put these in chronological order. Right now I have no easy way to ensure that each of my deals has a next action, and can't get a feel for how my pipeline is progressing over time.

  11. Color coding Contacts by Status in the Deal view might be useful.

    At the very least being able to quickly and easily see (and edit) Lead Status would be helpful.

    You want to make it quick and simple for users to identify where their next "close" is coming from. Good practice is to focus on the next "closable" deal before others, so anything you can do to help identify these is good. Avoid sifting through the "longer term" contacts and prioritize the "hot" (final stage) ones.

    Color coding is a fairly easy way to do it: light blue, amber, red?

  12. Improve "Lead Type" and "Lead Status" in Deals

    Make Lead Type and Status easy to see (top of profile) and easy to change (from Deal page).
    On the Deal view you should have the Lead Status (example: contacted, not contacted, interested, closing phase, closed etc) on each of the Contact boxes (small as they are it is okay). Should allow an easy to change drop down menu to move the Contact from "cold" to "hot" Status.
    Otherwise this involves a lot of clicks and digging around to find the info.

  13. Deal Print Button

    I'd love a simple print button for both deals view option that organizes it all nicely on a PDF ready for distribution or print.

    Every week we meet internally to get everybody up to speed on our deals but we'd live to have it nicely printed so we can hand it out or put it on the wall.

    This should be a simple request :)

  14. Allow Links in Deal Information

    Nimble is currently at a slight disadvantage to competitors in that it does not allow documents to be attached to either contacts or deals. I've seen the suggestion that we could add a document url to the contact info, which is fine for contacts, because you have URL fields in contacts. But for deals this does not work, because a) there are no url fields and b) inserting a link into the notes does not automatically identify it as a url and make it clickable. It's a copy/paste affair which is not a good look.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in and suggesting we add URLs for documents to deals in Nimble.

    As of right now, we plan to add both custom fields and document URLs to Nimble.

    Because of our planned custom fields for the Deals tab, we will likely allow users to add links in the deal information.

  15. Deleting multiple roles and sections for monthly deals

    We currently use an excel document to track all our deals with a tab for each month, I can't see anything on Nimble that allows you to do this- by the end of the year the won section will be extremely overcrowded.

    I also noticed that there is no multiple select when it comes to deleting deals or progressing them to the next stage- it took me well over 3 hours to refresh and update our account, is it possible to add this in?

  17. Include Contact in Activity View on Deals Page

    Activity View in Deals Page should include the ContactName the Activity is related to, kind of like on the Activities Page.
    Right now I see a list of Activities, e.g. "callback scheduled", but I don't see who this relates to.

  18. Allow option to disable deals feature altogether

    Nimble works great for non-profits and other non-sales oriented organisations, however the inability to disable the deals feature altogether can be a barrier to greater usage by these communities. It would be great if we could have 'deals' as an optional feature.

  19. Quotes and Estimates

    I know the concept behind Nimble is to be a full CRM solution so I hope this idea comes to reality. We need the ability to quote customers directly from Nimble. Import a price list, products and shoot out a estimate or quote right from within Nimble.

  20. Add a third category for deal status - Won/Lost and "Hold"

    Many clients may be interested in a product or service, but not yet ready to buy. Since they do not have a defined purchase time frame, I would prefer to separate them from my active funnel but keep them categorized for contacting on an occasional basis.
