  1. Allow toggling on/off top three feature

    I don't need the daily top three feature for what I'm doing. It'd be nice if I had the option of turning it off.

  4. Add Direct Phone Number option to the phone number field

    There is often a switchboard and a direct phone number for a person in a company, so it would be good to include Direct Phone Number as an option.

  5. stop asking if I want to rename the company when I remove a company name from a contact.

    Stop asking if I wish to rename the company when I remove a company from a contact. It is much more likely that the contact has left that company than the company has changed its name.

  6. First Name, Last Name or Last Name, First Name option in results

    In search results, it would be nice to have the option to make names
    appear First Name, Last Name or Last Name, First Name, and then the results to appear strictly by the first letter of each name.

  7. There should be a dropdown on the Phone field in the Add a Person box

    The Add a Person box contains a "Phone" field but it should be a drop down of all the Phone types, otherwise you waste time having to edit the Phone type afterwards once the contact has been added.

  9. Group contact info (name, title, address, phone, email) so I can easily cut/paste it wherever I need...

    I often need to email a contact to someone else or prepare a quote. Right now I find myself copying their name, then their address, then their phone, then their email individually because they are not displayed in a single region... This is very time consuming and inefficient. I'd like all contact info to be grouped so I can do a simple copy operation.

  10. Twitter contact import as company or person option

    Currently contact import only imports as person. As a temporary work arround (convert person to company, etc), insert option on twitter import to import as company or person

  11. It would be very helpful to enter the notes section of a contact and be able to read the whole note and no just the title.

    I'd like to be able to go into the notes section and be able to read the full notes in a timline form, instead of having to click into each specific note. It's an additional step and doing it over and over again to get caught up on a contact is frustratingly inefficient. While utilizing a pop up window for editing does make sense, being able to read it creates more work. We are busy and ease of use is key in crms. Thanks.

    Hi,

    For now, we are declining this feature request because we like the compact view of notes on contact records.

    If this feature garners enough votes, we will reconsider, but most of our feedback in this area has been positive so we don’t plan on changing it just yet.

  12. Can you add website to the dropdown when you add a company's url?

    It defaults to blog, which is incorrect. It would be nice to have website and if a user wanted to add the blog url as a separate item, great, but it should not mis-categorize entered data.

  14. Add the ability to display custom fields in the Contact List

    Custom fields are only displayed on info tabs so if you e.g. want to add a field for e.g. availability or just some notes to contacts you have to click each individual contact in the contact list to get to this information.
    You should be able to display selected fields or even just a simple multi line text field in the Contact list directly to improve searching for info or view e.g. availability of contacts at a quick glance.

  15. Timezone and current time view in the contact profile

    It is great that you shows where contact based using code area of his phone number. Will be just perfect if you add there also information about contact's time zone and current time, taking in account timezone where i am now.

  16. allow to search/filter contacts list by email address.

    I know you can search by the first part of an email (before @), but I want to search for words that show after @. E.g. Everyone in my company has an address that ends with @wattpad.com. I'd like to search for "wattpad" so I can easily add them under "Wattpad" tag. Right now, it shows no results found.

  17. Filter Contacts' TAGS like a multiple choice for instantaneous results

    I know that a specific search can be done in Advanced but it's more cumbersome and I'm always looking for different combinations of tags so to do an advanced search and save the specific tag combinations isn't feasible nor is it "nimble". Whereas give us the ability to just click on the tags like a multiple choice a la carte list would be outstanding and a great time saver. All of the tags are already listed on the right hand side of the screen. Just give us the ability to click on multiple ones to create our "AND" search. Please?…

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback regarding tag selection in Nimble. We are placing this feature under review for now.

    For the time being, you can run an advanced search on multiple tagged groups to bring them into view.

    We will update this thread as soon as we have an update on what our Product team decides to do with tag selection in Nimble.

  18. Add market segment / distribution channel to contact

    In our tourism industry, we have several distribution channels / market segments (direct sales, tour operators, resort sales, cruise line, etc).This is not "lead source" or "lead type" but the segment the client comes through and how contact the client (lead source) and the client supplier (distribution channels / market segments).

  20. UI suggestions to make our life easier

    Contacts > People or Company: Remember my last used tag as my default view.

    Contacts > People > Search: Return only people results instead of both

    Contacts > Company > Search: Return only Company results instead of both

    Contacts > Delete: Move it to a trash bin.
    - This way, if I re-import contact, you won't recreate them.
    - If I change my mind, I just have to move it back from the trash

    Company Info: Suggest contact information based on users contact data. I have 9 people in a company with the same url, I am sure you can…
