One click to return to task list
When working on tasks, it would be nice to have a one click option to return back to the task list.

It will be great if we can attach a files and images to TASK.

activity stream
Activity Stream Wiget App or Pop-Up. It would be marvelous to be able to keep the activity stream on a desktop as a live pop-up window or widget type of display. It would also be great to have an app on android and ios to see who is viewing our sales emails. This help salespeople make a smart choice of who to contact next.

Put schedule calls into Nimble Calendar
It would greatly help me to have calls I schedule show up on the Nimble Calendar so when I schedule new call I can see how many I already have scheduled for any given day.

add one more contact frequency - 2/year.
I just had a client request a twice a year frequency for contact. Rather than having many more options for contact frequency, maybe add a fill-in-the-blank for frequency that would accommodate a variable number of days or weeks between contacts. User definable frequency of contact.

contact name on calendar
Would be great to be able to see the contact name on the calendar with the event heading. Google Calendar has this as a Lab called "Who is my one on one with"

Getting Things Done (GTD) for tasks using Tags
Implement GTD but keep it simple
* Allow INBOX for tasks (existing request)
* Smarten up the Tag selection by using the same Tag search features as the Contacts, so you can select more than ONE tag, and save your tag searches. This allows for adding CONTEXT to tags as well as PRIORITY
* By adding Tag Searches and Saved, people can configure their own Searches to reflect how they do GTD
* Examples:
PHONE (context) and IMPORTANT (priority)

Is there a way to schedule tasks with a specific date but no time
When scheduling a task, I would like to pick a specific date, but not have to enter a specific time. (The time should be optional)

Have a task view that shows all tasks for everyone, not just by each person.
I want to be able to easily see all the tasks and reallocate any that need moved tomb other people.

Have a checklist feature in tasks for a deals
Be able to set up a check list that can be used for each deals - So when someone is a lead, I can keep an eye on the stages of nurturing the relationship. That's the only standard thing we do for prospective clients, it's totally in line with the Social Selling mission, and I'm trying to wean off another system that does use this feature (eSpeakers).
So when I enter a deal, I can activate this checklist, and 1 week from inserting the deal, it reminds me to do an initial contact. Then after I check that off, I…

add the time (hh:mm) when the "Log Touch" was created
In addition to adding the date for every "Log Touch" - please add the time at which the "LogTouch" was created.

On Activities Create new or Edit task, there is only 5 rows that you can see. Could you make that box bigger, since there is room to expand. Sometimes tasks contain lot of text.

fix the issue related to selecting "Later" on task due date. Error message: Invalid iso datetime value

New fatures
Hi, i love your work, and have some sugestions.
It will be handy if you put follow-up on Today page after event is finish.
Then, track indvidual mails and limit dectop notification, Now i notice taht I get info every time when tracked group mail is open.
Also fast action record eg Log sms or phone call button on app and on mobile app

Images in Tasks
It would be great if Tasks could have images attached to them ...it's a must for us. Is that because I'm using the trial version?

create a function that enables to convert Google calendar events to Nimble calendar events.
Currently, we can sync Google calendar events in Nimble calendar but we can only edit them on Google calendar. For example, we cannot add Nimble contacts to that event. Sometimes, I want to import events from Facebook via Google calendar but I would like to also edit such event on Nimble.

create a function to add people to event/task in bulk from list of contacts
I sometimes add multiple people to event before or after the event to track the activities. If I can select people from the list in bulk, it is much easier than manually putting the names of the attendees. This function can be added to the list of contacts page or to the activities page.
It is also good to have a function to add people not only to a new even but to an already existing event from the page of the contact.
(e.g. I like the way that I can choose my friends from the list when I create…3 votes -
Create an activity digest / overview.
It would be useful for teams to see an overview or dashboard of all activity on Nimble via a headline system or record of notes. Currently, we can look at who has been contacted recently, but it is cumbersome to have to open each contact and read each note to get an overview of relevant activity.

Recent Activity Feed (for all users0
Allow users to see recent Activities in a feed. The current feature does not allow us to see what Other Users have done. I'm only interested in Notes and Tasks (viewed is not really of interest). Would like to see by individual user and for All as well. Thank you!
