  1. send notice to contact when event is created

    This would eliminate the step of having to then log in to my Gmail account and sending the invite. Would be nice have that contact notification streamlined when I create an event/appointment that involves them.

  4. Forwarding NOTE or any history item to outside relation/email

    I log emails and notes. Often I need to inform others I registered something on that contact. For instance a log of a call.

    It would be helpful to be able to forward such a note/activity to an external email to infor the other you noted/did something. At the same time the email is registered at that person, so you know and have prove you informed that person.

    This is a common feature in many leading CRM system and lacks in Nimble.

  5. Notes on contacts are available in central search

    There is a central search for contacts and companies, but I would like to see this on the contact notes and activity notes.

    Additionally, the ability to record campaigns in the tool, or to add tags to activities to record a particular campaign would be good.

  6. It seems the new format info page deletes SPECIFIC Date and Time for a Follow up. That a GREAT TOOL

    Bring back the TIME & Date for Activities !!!

  7. It would be nice to have more information about a contact directly from the tasklist. like splitscreen at google mail

    When i work on my task list I want a complete overview from the connected contact/account. Because i like to know what is going on.

  11. Set start and finish times of day

    I would like the ability to set the start and end times of my day.

    While I like how the default calendar view shows when my next closest appoint for the day is I don't like so much when I am looking to enter a new appointment. If say it is 3:00 pm and I want to see at a glance what times I have free over the next morning or three I have to scroll up or down to see.

    If I had a default view that at a glance showed the hours of my working day (say 8:00…

  13. Allow custom sorting of tasks by priority/importance (ideally by click and drag per the do.com CRM app)

    Thank you for writing in.

    At the current moment, we do not plan on adding specific sorting to tasks on the Activities page.

    You may “Star” activities to visually show their importance, and these starred tasks are also visible if you segment your activities by “Starred” on the left-hand side of the activity list.

  14. allow "take action" when selecting multiple contact

    When importing a great amount of contacts, I'd like to be able to select a bunch of them and add a task "Contact next week". For the moment, I have to go into each contact profile to individually add the same task.

  16. Enter day of week as due date

    I'd love to be able to type Tues or Tuesday (for example) to make the task due on the following Tuesday. Going through the date/time picker is cumbersome.

  17. Color coding for last contact

    Red- green is the worst combination because most color blind people can't see the difference. Green to blue...meaning all is good to go (green), until contact is getting cold (blue) I think you should consider colors and icon design witch include what if a person is color blind. You will find, I bet a lot of color blind people are in a sales related position.

  18. Create a better, more complete and faster follow-up feature

    Hello Nimble Team,

    I know that you have developed a "Complete and create another task" option. It's great. But I don't think it's perfect. Here's why.

    When I give a phone call as a first way to get in touch with a potential client for the first time. I'll end up asking for his email and the possibility to send a brochure. But sending the email with the brochure is a part of this "First Contact" activity.

    So I would prefer to have a few icons in the activity window on which I could click and briefly say what to…

  19. Reach to phone calls (with speaking time), messages and WhatsApp messages. (Maybe an android/iOS app is necessary for this?)

    I want to see my phone call record with its time. When I look at a contact I want to know when and how much speak with him/her? And see the messages (both phone and WhatsApp) between us. I think it can be an android app.

  20. Prompt me to "Save and Create New" when logging an activity

    You have "Complete and Create Another" when completing a task that was already created. However, I often Log an Activity and then when to create the follow up activity. Especially true when I have unscheduled call, text or Skype et al.
