    I want to be able to schedule group messages. It's available singly...why not as a group?

  2. Save emails to Nimble that aren't synced

    Hi
    Our team store their emails in folders, but occasionally want to save specific conversations to Nimble for the rest of the team to have access to.
    Can there be a function to select an email in Outlook and "copy" it across to Nimble so it is stored there even when moved to an Outlook folder?

  3. Fix "Selecting Template Will Overwrite Content" Error

  4. Draft feature for emails.

    I saw we should have this as a separate idea...so here we are! I would love to be able to save my emails as a draft so I don't lose what I've been writing if I need to leave the page to search for information, accidentally hit the back button, or just need to "sleep on it" before I send out an email.

  5. I would like to see the history of opens for a tracked email. I do not see that, if it exists

    When viewing an email I would like to see that it was opened after I have seen a notification that it was. When reviewing activities it would be useful to review email opens, as well. If this already exists, I do not yet see it. People forward emails to superiors (what a horrible word, actually!) for consideration. Thanks

  6. Disable the Storage of attachments to emails sent

    We often need to send visuals of our work to potential customers. Email attachments consume storage very fast, but we still want to keep records of the email messages sent in the Activities section. We do not need the attachments, it would be great of there was a feature to disable the storing of attachments on for example a specific Group message.

  7. allow users to pre-schedule emails to be sent (and must work with email tracking)

    This is a must have for any CRM system. This feature is disabled in Gmail after enabling email tracking for some strange reason...

  8. Unified Message Inbox - Filtering Options

    I am having a hard time getting the Messages tab to show me a full picture of the messages I want to send or respond to, and of the people I want / need to interact with.

    I have 2 email inboxes and Twitter connected to Nimble as there is some overlap between my personal and business contacts. Also, I get a ton of promotional and other emails which clog up the tab.

    I can currently only choose between my two email accounts, the Twitter profile and the various mailbox folders (Inbox, Sent, Starred, etc).

  13. Lift the limit on group emails.

    Can we make the number of recipients in a group email from 100 to unlimited?
    I lost a client that couldn't effectively launch a marketing campaign and when back to sendinblue. His subscriber list is over 40k and sending group email template to 100 people at a time was not reasonable. Thanks for your time.

  14. Fix formatting view for the emails that go out from WRIKE

    What a mess! I formatted an email with name and company on each line. There was about 15 names and companies. Looked fine in the WRIKE email editor. Once I got a copy of the email it was a complete mess:

    Shared templates needed. Other users in the organization need to see and use shared templates.

  17. Add Custom Fields to Email Merge Tags

    It would be VERY helpful from a Sales and personalization perspective to be able to use Custom Field data in the email Merge Tags.

    ex. I have a Custom Field such as "Product of Interest" or "AKA" or "Service Level" and I want to do a group personalized message to Leads about their different products of interest.

    Please strongly consider this. It would be awesome and I know other CRMs have it.

  18. email tracking

    I like this feature but I feel it really does not work as well as it should do. For example, if I reply to a tracked email in my outlook it again shows that the email was read even though it was me. Will this feature be better streamlined in the future as I find it quite useless in it current state as it does not provide any realistic open rates. I also find it very frustrating having to go through all of my group messages to find if a person has opened my email. The other issue is that…

  19. Default email font format

    Every time i write a new email or reply to one I have to select the font I want to use the same font every time, instead of the Times New Roman/Serif font which the system seems to revert to by default. I want to be able to select the default font as Sans Serif Normal, and not have to repeat the process every time I send an email. The only alternative is to create template with the formatting one wants to use, but one still has to first select that template before typing.
