Completed Deal

When entering new deals you should be able to change the won date to a date in the past. I am entering investments that we have made over the last year and including the anticipated close date as the date it actually closed. When you save it, the date defaults to the day the deal was created.

Create Integration to Freshdesk
Simple easy to use helpdesk/service management system that competes with Assistly and Zendesk.
This has a decent API which would allow a tab to be easily added to contacts to view all of their tickets and/or to import contacts from their system as per the Facebook/Linkedin/Twitter/Google+ integrations.

add email composition features like draft, bold, underline, bullets, etc.
I frequently create business messages that involve estimates, proposals, etc. Enhanced email features would be very helpful in making key points standout.

We currently feature email composition features that can be seen here(http://screencast.com/t/abRTSgXC).
We have rich text editing for emails in Nimble now, including bolding, underlining, indenting, bullet points, and italicizing.
We are unsure if we will include a draft email option at this time and it will be best to vote for it on a separate email thread.
With regards to adding images, you may add images through the HTML signature editor for your email signature or as a file attachment to emails.

Can Nimble honor the settings in your Facebook?
Ability to pick and chose what you want to see displayed in Nimble. For example I don't want to see every game a person is playing. Can Nimble honor my settings in Facebook or give me the option to pick them again in Nimble?

Default email selector
I have more than one email account linked in my nimble account. When I create a new message the system chooses the default email account (which is the first one that appears in the drop down list). But I don't want to use that one so I must remember to manually change it before sending the message. It would be nice to be able to control what email account you want to load as default.

Allow editing list items in lead source field in Other Info tab
Lead source field in Other Info Tab contains a set of default list items. These lead sources vary from company to company. Provide the UI to modify these list items add/change/delete

Would love a two-way sync with iCloud, if that's possible. Or some way to sync with iPhone contacts.

When sending an email using Gmail integration, the email is sent with the 'from' field containing only the email address and not the name of the sender. This means that the recipient does not see the name of the person as the sender, just the email address.1 voteWe have fixed this!

Show total count of people/company contacts for tracking purposes
For tracking purposes of total amount of contacts, show total count of people/company contacts in the interface.
This count will help Personal account where max is 3,000 contacts, and will help Business versions track total count over time.

Create follow-up activity when completing an activity
When I complete a task or activity, I would like the system to prompt me to set up the next activity.

Add more due date / scheduling options for tasks
Having been told by Lisa (Nimble employee) in the support forum that if I schedule a task for 'later' that it never becomes due or shows in my calendar - it would be good to be able to schedule tasts for 2 weeks time, or 3 weeks time. A 'schedule for week commencing' option would be a good way to do this.

Add a 'created' date to tasks
When you comment on a task it gives the comment a date / time stamp, but it doesn't do this for the main task itself so you can't see when it was created. (Helpful to see how long a task has been live / roling over for).

Add Custom fields to Deals.
As per contacts I'd like the option of having extra user defined teams in the deal area as well.

Hi,
You asked for it, now you’ve got it! We now have the feature to add notes on a contact record!
All you will have to do is go to a current contact and select “Log Note” to save a note to a contact record.

Also, if you would like to log a phone call, just select “Log Activity” from a contact record and leave your phone call notes!

Allow Multiple Currencies/Currency for Accounts
Not all companies engage in business in a single Currency. Vote here to show support for multiple currencies within Nimble accounts.

In the messages screen, make it display the contacts profile rather than mine
If I click on an email message in a contacts record to see the last email I sent them, when the messages screen opens up the profile info it displays on the right hand side is mine rather than the contact who I sent the email to. Would be better if this was the contacts profile!
(Before I ring someone I often open the last email conversation so would be helpful to be able to see their contact details at the same time as the email being open)

If you click on a message thread, you will see the contact’s profile on the right-hand side while on the Messages Tab.
Also, if you receive a message from a contact that isn’t in Nimble, you will see the option to import them into Nimble as soon as you click on their name in the email thread.

help me to select contacts/ companies then, as a bulk action, code the relationship type
It would be good to select contacts/ companies and, as a bulk action (to save masses of time), code the relationship type (client, prospect, network, etc.). I would then like to view my contacts/ companies by relationship type. Many thanks.

Thank you for submitting this feature request.
We are marking this feature as complete because we have features in Nimble that fit your needs.
At the current moment, all users may select contacts and companies and as a bulk action, apply a tag to these contacts. The tag label can be coded in any way that specifically helps out your work flow.
Then, you will be able to select that tagged group from the Contacts tab in Nimble to quickly access these important contacts.
