  1. Emails NOT WORKING AT ALL! Emails from nimble showing " email sent" flyover, but NO ACTUAL EMAIL SENT!

    "Email Sent" flyover coming up in Nimble,, but NOT showing in sent emails in nimble and when I go and look at my actual corresponding gmail, there have been NO emails sent since june 8th, this is a HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!

  2. Show "re-import contacts" on accounts for which I have already imported contacts. It's confusing as to which accounts need to be updated.

    In the "Networks and Imports" section, Nimble shows "import contacts" on accounts for which I have already imported contacts. That makes it confusing because it is unclear whether contacts have already been imported.

    I would suggest it show "re-import contacts" on accounts that have already imported, and show a "last synced on [date]" message next to it. Better yet, it would be helpful to have regular syncing taking place behind the scenes natively (without some 3rd party sign up).

  3. Display entire (all lines of) Twitter Direct Messages rather than the first line of text.

    Only the the first line of text of Twitter direct messages is displayed in the Messages tab and when I open the message, which forces me to leave Nimble and go to Twitter to find the message.

  4. (Last contacted) empty field filter

    Add filter for (not contacted yet)...i.e "last contacted" field is empty. You can filter (last contacted) by date, but not never contacted !

    I tried every option...when you sory by last contacted, you get the not contacted at the bottom, not easy to access for large databases

  5. Automatically log a touch when sending a message

    It would be great to have the system automatically log a touch with a contact when you send a message. Maybe have a checkbox to allow it to be logged or something.

  6. Have the ability to schedule when messages are sent.

    Maybe I dont want my contact to know that I sent them a message at 3am. Maybe I want to look like I sent it at 9am.

    I'd really love to have this feature!

  8. View streams by stay in touch

    I see the people I want to stay in touch with but it would be easier if I could view their stream and interact instantly. So on Signal -> View Streams if there was a filter for the overdue contacts of my "Stay in Touch" list.

  12. Add the ability to have tags be a searchable attribute of a filter field

    In my situation I need a
    list of every employee that works under the the tag "bfest16" which is
    applied to 120 different companies.

    I have 120 companies (of thousands) that have been tagged. I want the
    contact info for the people at those companies.

    So the search would be something like:
    Search for People only
    Work Company = company tagged with "bfest16"

  13. datasheet view and edit

    OMG I just spent 4 hours exporting, manipulating and then reimporting as a csv because I needed to manage a bunch of data. Very Painful. A datasheet view (like excel) would have saved me a ton of pain

  14. set custom "stay in touch" days or dates

    I need a group/tag of people to be contacted every 3 days, and some need to be contacted every 6 weeks. We need custom "stay in touch" dates or this CRM is useless to me.

  15. Bulk merge contacts by clicking a single button to find suspected duplicates.

    Click a button - duplicates found - choose to merge all or merge some - complete.

    Contactually does this well.

  17. restrict IP address or location for Message Tracking

    The message tracking feature is great. However if I open the message, I receive a chrome notification saying the message was viewed. While this is technically accurate, I'd love a way to restrict IP ranges or select geographic areas to restrict so I don't show up as one of the people who viewed the email.

  18. Ability to edit customs fields on the fly (with an inline or hover over edit button)

    I edit my custom fields regularly and it is a pain to constantly go in to and edit the record, then scroll to contact info section, then find the field and edit it.

    If there is an edit button on each field, this would be very helpful.

    When using your messaging tools, the recently contacted should be updated immediately. This sync takes way too long.

  20. disable spell checking on contact name fields by decorating the html form fields with the appropriate HTML attributes

    when I am entering a new contact, the browser (safari) wants to spell check and auto-correct the name.

    It is possible to define the HTML form with appropriate attributes to tell the browser not to auto-correct.
