  2. Manager Field & organisation chart creation

    Would be great to have a manager field which linked Contracts together and then have a presentation/report which could give a hierarchy of contacts based on a start point

  3. Add the concept of Products to deals

    Pipedrive lets you pre-define a set of products, and even product variations with different price points, so you can then quickly add these to a new deal. If you deal in a fixed range of products (as opposite to customised deal sizes), then this makes the deal workflow a lot slicker. Please consider adding this to Nimble

  4. Add more triggers and actions to Zapier integration

    At the moment, the Zapier integration is pretty limited to just creating a new contact or task. This is not sufficient for a lot of tasks such as syncing data with another CRM like Pipedrive. At the bear minimum i'd like Nimble to have triggers and actions for updating and deleting contacts. It would also be great if there was some ability to sync deals as well.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    At this point in time, Zapier does not support deletion sync for the integration they’ve built for Nimble.

    Our integration with PieSync features deletion sync for Google Contacts and they are adding it for other services, too.

  5. Add support for more URLs.... We have clients with .gov.au. AND .global clients the system is not allowing us to add their URLS !

    We are constantly unable to add customer domains ! We keep getting a not Valid URL warning !

  7. group messaging

    The group messaging feature is great but very limiting given that if I open to see what I sent out (from the group message section) it then reads that as an "open". Also, when you go to the contact it doesn't indicate whether it was opened, click through. No bounce back tracking. Right now, it's barely a step above manual tracking. When I've inquired, I've been told that these issues are recognized and in process, but no idea when. These are enough of an issue with volume to make me change from Nimble to another CRM, whether I want to…

  8. Should fix the emails section

    Hi,

    I noticed if i got a contact from nimble and send an email to that user it wouldnt send. I would need to remove the name and just have the email in.

    Also i noticed the sent box doesnt update that great.

  9. New fatures

    Hi, i love your work, and have some sugestions.

    It will be handy if you put follow-up on Today page after event is finish.

    Then, track indvidual mails and limit dectop notification, Now i notice taht I get info every time when tracked group mail is open.

    Also fast action record eg Log sms or phone call button on app and on mobile app

  10. Make it possible to view people at companies

    I'd like to be able to see a list of people who are at a set of filtered companies.

    For example, if I have companies tagged as "lead" or "priority" or "customer" I want to be able to see people who work at those companies.

    Currently I'd have to tag each individual as well as the company. And as I add new contacts there's no way to filter to see which new contacts I need to tag as "customer" or "lead" etc.

  11. select operators for multiple tags

    Allow user to select the operator when sorting by multiple tags searches. For example, if I click two tags I would like the ability to select search results for AND as well as OR operators.

  12. Add a salutation field for group messages

    It is great that Nimble now has a group messaging funktion. Unfortunately it is practically useless because there is no possibilty to add individualized salutations (e.g. Dear Maggie vs. Dear Ms. Newclient) to an email template.

    There is a workaround by using the Title field to store individual salutations but then there is no place to store the title.

    So please add a standard field to the standard contact info and make it possible to use this field as a merge tag in group messages. This would be especially usefull when using Nimble in any other language than English.

  13. Show contact address on main page of that contact

    Once clicked on a contact, their address doesn't show anywhere on the main page. I have to click on their company link to get the address, that takes too much time.

  14. Add a client to an existing saved search.

    Greetings, I haven't figured out how to add a contact to an existing saved search. I have about 300 media contacts and constantly adding more. I can remove contacts from the saved search, but not add a new one. This would be ideal.

    Create a time zone for Saskatchewan since it operates under central standard time all year and does not adjust to day light savings time.

  18. be able to sort on ALL header fields just by clicking on them.

    I'd like to be able to sort on ALL header fields like Lead Type, Lead Status, Location (city and state should be separate fields)

  20. Show WHOLE twitter message (instead of only 140 characters)

    In pending and history you see only part of twitter messages and not full message which is very annoying as it is not clear what has been communicated!

    Enlarge field and storage from twitter message so you can read whole and complete message thread
