lead type. add information easier. more customizable.
Would it be possible to make it easier to fill in lead details such as type and source already when adding contacts from a mail? That for me is a lot more important than easily filling in social media feeds.
Also, it would be very interesting to be able to program our own fields more freely to our custom needs, to select what fields and information we want to prioritize when adding a customer. Its too predetermined in my experience!3 votes -
integrate SMS and telephone calls
I would use your product a lot more if you included integration with capturing SMS messages and integrating into the calendars in your system. I get a lot of text messages from clients and they all go to my google calendar but they are not associated with individual clients. Also, phone calls are reported on my google calendar but they are not associated with the individual clients. This would be a real quality service and I would almost relay on Nimble as my only CRM system.

Real Time Replication
We are looking to reduce our RPO and the ability to replicate real time to an offsite Nimble would be ideal for us.

Vimeo social account detection
Our users live on Vimeo, so I'd like a social profile discovery feature for that.

Pending and History tab
In the pending and history view, the "Due…" text is faint grey and difficult to read quickly. It would be good to have it larger and darker so it was easy to see the date.
Also it would be great to have a clear notation beside each task to show which were completed and which still due.

Clear notifications out after they have been viewed from the little bell icon and only show new notifications
Please make it so old notifications are cleared out. I have notifications appearing from 3 and 4 months ago. What I need is to see new actionable notifications. Not scroll down to find something new. Thanks.

update your videos on the new welcome screen
Most of your help videos that pop up for new customers to watch and learn as they click around for the first time don't work. Most of them say this video doesnt exist.

Remove " take the tour " button completely from right margin after you watch it
The tour button is redundant once you have actually taken the tour , it should disappear permanently afterwards. It is occupying valuable space in the right hand margin which could be used for something more useful.

Add Departments to Companies
Companies like AT&T are huge and have different divisions and departments that don't share the same information with the main company HQ. It would be nice to be able to add departments or divisions within a company so that you could have their specific contact information

Retroactive dating
I've seen this with other users. When entering new activities you should be able to adjust the date manually. I am entering activity that has been completed over the past few days. The date defaults to the day you click 'complete' not the actual date the activity occurs. Screws up the timeline. Help!

Use the task action icon to show its status (incomplete / completed)
If one is used to a traditional task list where tasks can be checked off or unchecked, then the checkmark icon beside ALL tasks is kind of confusing. I'm a pretty visual person and would like if the icon told me right away which tasks still need attention. Perhaps use a red icon, or perhaps show an empty checkbox for incomplete tasks... I'm sure your graphic designers can come up with something :)

Fix the company add form.
Fix the company add form. It won't take a new company web address unless I copy and paste it into the field from the browser. Very maddening
