  1. Allow deals to be duplicated for regular recurring deals

    For customers who pay on a monthly basis for products & services it would be useful to have the facility to simply duplicate an existing deal instead of having to create it every month.

  2. Why in the world can't I press enter when entering notes?

    Pressing enter saves the note, which means notes are either short, or massive blocks of text. Ugh.

  6. Contacts need middle initial, suffix and prefix

    Need to add fields for middle initials, suffix's and prefix's, when you work with people with multiple given names and certain titles, it's important to address them appropriately. combining these names into fields reserved for first or last name just doesn't cut it when every other contact management software we use breaks those out. thanks.

  7. Support pop3 accounts

    POP3 accounts need to be supported, we only have pop3, so how do i link my email to Nimble?

  9. Show content of custom data fields in sales view and sort by that content

    It's nice that the leads status shows up in sales view, but we use our custom fields more than we use the leads fields. Right now a sort of blank field for the custom field shows up in sales view - please populate it with the content of the field the way you do with leads. (We're using dropdown choices for our custom fields just as you do with leads fields)

  10. last contacted needs to be based off of day not by the time stamp once passed a day

    At the moment the time stamp is good for the first 12 hours but after that it needs to be based off of the end of day ie 11:59pm then changes to 1 day at midnight as some of my contacts I reached out to 3 days ago when I look in the morning it shows 2 days ago yet in the afternoon shows 3 days ago.   13. Show Contact's tweets in Engagement Opportunities From Important Contacts

    I'm not seeing how showing me tweets AT me is a very valuable feature as I'm pretty sure everyone knows when they've been tweeted at. Can you please show us here, all tweets from those important contacts so the feature is a real benefit; showing us when an opportunity exists, that we might not otherwise see, to engage with an important contact.

  14. Track tweets and twitter favorites at someone as staying in touch

    Why is staying in touch limited to email? Tweets AT, Favorites of, and even Facebook messages at my contacts should count as staying in touch and remove a Stay in Touch signal.

  15. data fields

    Have a multi select option when setting up custom data fields. Cuurently you can only have a single selection from a list but I want to be able to make a list and select more than one so that I know if a customer has done more than just one course with us. Plus to also be able to add to this list and not have it closed once you have applied the changes when first making a list.

  16. Integrate Tags with Twitter Lists

    Nimble saves a TON of time by being so tightly integrated with social networks. I love how you can easily import a Twitter contact into Nimble. Big time saver.

    You can sometimes even avoid going into Twitter or HootSuite to consume social streams.

    However, there are still many many times when you are on Twitter and you want to look at your List streams. It's a huge waste of time after you have imported a contact into Nimble, followed them on Twitter, and tagged them in Nimble to have to go back into Twitter or HootSuite, search for them again,…

  17. Allow bulk tagging and export to CSV of groups of "Marked important" (Starred) contacts

    When I filter by "Marked important" then select more than one contact, I cannot add a tag or export the contacts.

  18. Federated search

    Nimble should convert their current search field to a federated search, so that the search field is always in the same place (top right hand corner) of every page, and that it will search all data in my DB, not just data in contacts because I'm in the contacts tab. I once used Pipedrive CRM, and it was nice b/c from any page, I could search data entered into deals, companies, contacts, etc ... all from one search field. Much better than how nimble works now, where I have to navigate to the right tab first (contacts, for example) then…

  19. negative amount under deal info tab

    Please allow the posting of a negative $ amount under deal info. I log both incoming deals and outgoing (ie paying the graphic designer, the web designer, other costs, etc.)

    I use accounting software online, though it would be nice to have a quick view. All you would have to do on your end is allow me to put a "-" in front of the dollar value.
