  1. Add "filter by company" to the SORT BY: drop down options for creating lists of contacts.

    I would like to create a list of my MA contacts and also have each name listed by Company. That would allow me to have all contacts who work at the same company grouped together, eliminating duplicate calls. Thank you!

  2. offer the ability to remove and add fields from visibility to the Contacts page

    As as user it would be nice to have the ability to customize the visible fields on the Contacts page list, or any other list for that matter.

    We don't all use the exact same fields, some in the list view are meaningless for me and I'd like to see what has meaning to me.

  3. Add a way to filter deals by month, quarter and year so that Nimble doesn't total up every deal I've ever done over the years

  4. Add an additional Company or Other field under Contacts so that we can tie married people together.

  5. Remove callto: on number

    By having callto: linking the number to Call with Skype it prevents all click to dial extensions from working. If people want Skype they can use the Skype Chrome extension. We use OnSip at our company and this prevents it from working.

  6. Easy Fix Error: Move the Twitter @ symbol to *outside* the field (in "Edit A Person" page)

    You need to move the "@" symbol to outside the Twitter field. By having it inside the field, you imply that we are supposed to include this @ symbol in the field.

  7. Streamline the tasks edit UI

    I spend a lot of time in tasks. I could get the same amount of work done in a lot less time with a couple UI tweaks:
    * One edit screen, not two: you have to click edit from the activities dashboard to view/edit a tasks, then click edit again from the task window to edit (other than adding a note). Each of the editable fields could just as easily be accessed from the first task screen.
    * Reuse info with "Complete and Create Another" Contact, Deals & Tags should all be duplicated in the new task.

  9. Sort Contacts by recent e-mails sent and/or received only

    It would be great to be able to get a list of all contacts we've contacted or have received e-mails from since the beginning of our business.

    Now we have "Saved Searches" with the following conditions:

    • Last Contacted by Team is less than 36 Months ago
    • E-mail is not empty

    although in the results of that search we have the contacts that have mentioned or contact though social media (twitter, fb etc).

    We want to know who did we send e-mails to/who sent us an e-mail only.

  10. Add an email address ping service that lets you know if the contact's email is valid

    The ability for Nimble to automatically check my contact's email/s through a ping process. This service exist today but it requires you to do them one at a time or by exporting your list and importing it and then manually going to each contact to delete the email addresses that are bad.

    Placing a warning indicator next to the email address and having somewhere on the dashboard that shows the number of bad email address would be great. You could click that and bring up the list of the contacts that have a bad address.

  12. Make it easy to sort contacts by location.

    I travel frequently. It would be useful to be able to sort contacts according to location so that I know who to contact when I am in their area.

  13. Integrate the new Google+ vanity URLs

    It would be great if Nimble recognised the Google+ vanity URLs. Currently they present a validation error and cannot be recognised.

  14. Allow find/delete companies without any contacts

    We need to be able to search for companies that don't have any contacts, and then be able to mass delete those companies. Right now we can't do it, but we're paying for those contact records because they take up space in our account.

  15. Visibility of contacts and interaction in Facebook Groups

    Most of my interactions with people happens within Facebook Groups, rather than my own profile page or a group that I started. It would be great to see my groups, group contacts, and group interactions within nimble.

    Personally, I am far more active with my fellow Group members than I am with any of my direct twitter members.

    At the very least, this should be available for group admins, just like FB Pages, if not for all group members.

  16. Have the abilty to access the basic programme offline. I travel and need access to contacts and info offline or where I can not get a signal

    I think it would be really useful to be able to export the data or back-up into excel (?) so that at least I can be upto speed off line as well as online. I travel a lot and it is not always convenient to get online

  18. Create a way to turn off deals.

    I don't directly sell anything, I'm more interested in CRM and relationship management. I can ignore the whole deal component, but it'd be nice to turn it off.
