  1. Have the abilty to access the basic programme offline. I travel and need access to contacts and info offline or where I can not get a signal

    I think it would be really useful to be able to export the data or back-up into excel (?) so that at least I can be upto speed off line as well as online. I travel a lot and it is not always convenient to get online

  3. Create a way to turn off deals.

    I don't directly sell anything, I'm more interested in CRM and relationship management. I can ignore the whole deal component, but it'd be nice to turn it off.

  4. Import mobile phone calllog into contact records!

    If Nimble could pull in call history from iOS or Android devices it could see who you called and who you nee to call!

  5. I would like to have notes visible in Deals in Pipeline and List views

    Having notes visible in Pipeline and List views will help me see my Next Action notes or any other important information that needs to be top of mind

  6. offer relationship/friendship rating

    Nimble could rate your friendship (probably based on actual frequency of contact, proposed/set frequency of contact, friendship status - i.e. whether it is classified as 'close friend', 'acquaintance', friends or tags in common).
    The relationship could be rated out of a number (10 or 100) or colour coded - red for when you are losing contact or need to improve the relationship, amber, green etc.

  7. Sorting of Saved Searches

    I would like to have a way to sort saved searches so I can move through them in a processing "workflow." Even if they were sorted alphabetically by title, I could devise a naming convention to manage this. I believe they are currently sorted in the order in which they were created... and this is a challenge for me.

  8. List view to combine deals and contacts and track status

    I urgently require a tool similar to RelateIQ's list view for fundraising. Basically it allows to create deals in a table and track status in definable fields. That is a really awesome feature and I would hate to have to switch to RelateIQ. Is something like that on your Agenda already!

  9. have a way of using color for the deals pipeline.

    I work with several suppliers and would like to assign color to each supplier so when I look at my pipeline I can instantly see what I need to work on AND how I am doing for each supplier. I have no way of setting up the deal with this additional information right now and I think color would work.

  11. make it possible to log interactions with clients via phone or in person so Nimble recognizes them

    I want Nimble to prompt me to connect with a contact I haven't interacted with in x amount of time, but if there is no way to log phone and in person interaction with a contact, I will be getting prompted to reconnect when I have already spoken with someone recently.

  12. make it very easy to tag or group multiple existing contacts.

    When contacts are imported in bulk it would be nice to have a way to categorize them quickly and easily. Contactually has a great bucket system. I imported all of my contacts into Nimble and now I am looking at hours upon hours of trying to sort through them all and tag them accordingly. I don't have that kind of time so I am finding it difficult to get much out of my Nimble trial.

  13. incorporate some type of email templates to use to email many contacts in a group

    Check out Contactually's scale mail. It would be great to have the ability to create email templates, use them to mail groups of contacts in bulk and have fields within them that automatically populate and personalize the email for each contact.

    ACT-ON is a leader in both inbound and outbound marketing software for small to midsized businesses. In addition to HubSpot, you should consider opening up this relationship and provide to elevate your offering even further.

  15. Monitor Contact Website Visits for Lead Scoring

    I'd like to add a website tracker to see if a contact visited a specific part of our website. It needs to have an email tracker on outgoing emails but then I'd like to getup tags / signals if they visited for example the "/pricing/" webpage.

  16. 'Stay in touch' is good, but I'd prefer a custom alarm or reminder that simply says 'contact in x days' or 'on x date'.

    All too often, you contact someone, but if they never get back to you, you forget to followup. Ideally, I can set a reminder. This could be implemented as an extension of the current 'stay in touch' feature, or just a separate snooze alarm type of thing. .

  17. Have the search contacts box persist in the upper right corner

    It seems that when I want to do a quick search for contact details I am in another part of the application, and I can't search from the screen I'm on.

  18. add a field for suffixes

    There is currently not a built in field for suffixes (MD, PhD, etc), and so we have to add to a contact's last name. I think a suffix field would be incredibly helpful and something simple to add so that it doesn't need to tack onto last name -especially those with a high number of tech, medical or educational contacts.

  19. Email to my Nimble account - contacts and calendar events

    I would love to be able to email a contact and/or a calendar appointment to Nimble and have it appear in my Nimble account - bit like I can in Eevernote
