have a way of using color for the deals pipeline.
I work with several suppliers and would like to assign color to each supplier so when I look at my pipeline I can instantly see what I need to work on AND how I am doing for each supplier. I have no way of setting up the deal with this additional information right now and I think color would work.

make it possible to log interactions with clients via phone or in person so Nimble recognizes them
I want Nimble to prompt me to connect with a contact I haven't interacted with in x amount of time, but if there is no way to log phone and in person interaction with a contact, I will be getting prompted to reconnect when I have already spoken with someone recently.

make it very easy to tag or group multiple existing contacts.
When contacts are imported in bulk it would be nice to have a way to categorize them quickly and easily. Contactually has a great bucket system. I imported all of my contacts into Nimble and now I am looking at hours upon hours of trying to sort through them all and tag them accordingly. I don't have that kind of time so I am finding it difficult to get much out of my Nimble trial.

incorporate some type of email templates to use to email many contacts in a group
Check out Contactually's scale mail. It would be great to have the ability to create email templates, use them to mail groups of contacts in bulk and have fields within them that automatically populate and personalize the email for each contact.

Monitor Contact Website Visits for Lead Scoring
I'd like to add a website tracker to see if a contact visited a specific part of our website. It needs to have an email tracker on outgoing emails but then I'd like to getup tags / signals if they visited for example the "/pricing/" webpage.

'Stay in touch' is good, but I'd prefer a custom alarm or reminder that simply says 'contact in x days' or 'on x date'.
All too often, you contact someone, but if they never get back to you, you forget to followup. Ideally, I can set a reminder. This could be implemented as an extension of the current 'stay in touch' feature, or just a separate snooze alarm type of thing. .

Have the search contacts box persist in the upper right corner
It seems that when I want to do a quick search for contact details I am in another part of the application, and I can't search from the screen I'm on.

add a field for suffixes
There is currently not a built in field for suffixes (MD, PhD, etc), and so we have to add to a contact's last name. I think a suffix field would be incredibly helpful and something simple to add so that it doesn't need to tack onto last name -especially those with a high number of tech, medical or educational contacts.

Email to my Nimble account - contacts and calendar events
I would love to be able to email a contact and/or a calendar appointment to Nimble and have it appear in my Nimble account - bit like I can in Eevernote

Enable deals to be monthly recurring revenue, instead of just one time revenue events
For SaaS and other similar sales, deals are monthly recurring revenue. Some are 1 or 2 year contracts, so I could put the total deal size in as the amount, but some of those clients will cancel prior to the end of the contract. Other deals are truly month to month, so I can't guess how long they'll stay subscribed. Please create a way for users to select a recurring payment type deal & then we can use the monthly figure we'll be getting (or annual), and then reports could show lots of good info based on that. to be able to assign "lead type" category labels to groups of similar contacts all at once
I'd like to be able to quickly gather up a group of contacts that are all the same lead type (current sellers or past clients for example) and then assign the appropriate lead type label all at once to all of those contacts - think of Contactually's "bucket game"

Add "this week" tasks to dashboard (and don't hide them until next week!)
There is a MAJOR problem with tasks that are due "this week." Two problems, actually.
They appear to be "due" on Sunday, which is NOT this week. That is next week. Every business I've ever worked at considers Friday the "end of week," when people go home. If it's not Friday, it's not done "this week."
Tasks that are due "this week" NEVER SHOW UP on "this week's" dashboard! At the very least, I would expect them to all pop in on Friday, although that's not ideal. I'd rather not get a big surprise that I have fifteen follow up…

In contacts...in the birthday field, you shouldn't have to enter a year. Month and day should be allowed without having to enter a year.
Change birthday field to allow just month and day.

Link Contacts - Husband & Wife, Business Partners, Etc.
It would be great to link related contacts. For instance, if I close a deal with a husand and wife, I want to follow-up with both but also want to know who they are connected with. Also If I close a deal with a brother and sister or any other type of contact, I should be able to easily see if they are related to someone else in my contacts so I can ask about that person when I'm following up.

Next Action Date in the Status section would be great. Please add the ability to sort all fields in the list view of the sales view.
