    It would be great if we could sort contacts by recent activity and then be able to export them

  2. Add the Company name to Today's Contacts

    As in the title...currenlty Today's Contacts only show names, not companies...bit akward when people tend to have same and/or similar names to remember who what where ...ie Joe Bloggs, MD...MD of what?

  3. List major updates, link to changelog

    Now and then I am informed that nimble has been updated and asked to refresh the browser. But with no indication of what has been updated and no link to a changelog so I cant actually check out new features/updates/bugfixes. And you guys get no feedback.

  4. make it possible to relate a Deal to several companies

    In many cases I would like te relate a deal to its direct company, and the corporate organization/holding it belongs to, so I can see the names of the contacts I have been talking to.

  5. Make it possible to save filter settings in the deal views

    And make a customized filter a default preference for the page.

  6. Attachments in notes

    We often send letters by mail and it would be great to have the functionality of adding an PDF attachment to a Note.

    Also...being able to a PDF attachment to a Group Note (another "wish")

  7. Group Notes

    It would be great to be able to add a GROUP NOTE. That is create a specific note and include it in the time line of multiple contacts.

  8. When adding people in contacts - have the option not to add a separate company page

    It is not always needed when you only have one contact at that company. This is especially important when you adding prospects from lists, then you call them and if they are not interested you have to remove both people and company page. I hope this makes sense

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Unfortunately, we made a decision to create separate company and contact records at the outset of the application and we don’t plan on changing this feature.

    If the “company” field is filled out on a contact, it will create a record for the company as well. This is all based on our database design.

    I also want to mention that if you delete a contact and they are the only person related to a company, you will be prompted to delete the company record as well because no person is working at that company.

    I understand that this may require different thinking for your current workflow, therefore, we are always happy to provide assistance if you write to us at care@nimble.com.

  10. to connect the who viewed my profile on linkedin into opportunities in nimble.

    The best should be a automatic version.
    Which is engaging you to interact with the persons who are viewed the profile and remember if it's more than twice in a week to create a invite if not connected already.

    Ability to create links to other social sources and websites from Nimble, not included in Nimble at this time, to make Nimble the focal point of communication.

  12. View all activities /tasks/notes that have been done

    Being able to view all activities/logs/tasks/notes added across all users would be great to view who has done what & contacted who over a given period

  14. integrate with ArchiOffice

    Archioffice is a project management and office management application that shares a lot of common information with Nimble, such as contacts and deals/projects, task. However they o not have a real CRM facility so we need to use both applications.
    Integration between the two would enable fantastic collaboration and functionality to both applications.

  15. Provide the ability to edit comments on tasks

    Very frustrating if you comment on the wrong task or make a mistake in a comment that once it;'s posted you can't go back in and edit or delete it

  16. unread

    Add Unread email filter to message screen. The current chronological list for email is not very useful. I have to troll back many screens to see unread email I know is back there somewhere. Without unread filter I find the email list unusable and am forced away from Nimble back to my email client more than I'd like. I assume Nimble isn't suppossed to replace email - but having the email list the way it is now just falls too sort of useful. I end up doing my work in gmail, remembering a contact then coming to nimble, searching for…

  17. Custom Fields

    Could it be possible to provide a live link in a custom field? For Example: The field is a persons name: The name can be clicked and you are taken to that persons nimble contact info.
    Or an external link to for instance a Google/Box or Dropbox Document.

  19. Allow toggling on/off top three feature

    I don't need the daily top three feature for what I'm doing. It'd be nice if I had the option of turning it off.
