Let me assign a task to a specific date without a time.
Why can't I just say due "Wednesday" instead of "Wednesday at x:xx pm" or whatever? I don't know what time I want the task to be due, just I know I want it sometime Wednesday. It would be the same thing as the "tomorrow" option if that makes sense, but you pick the day of the week.

export contact sheets with notes and activities in PDF.
I understand the online strategy and the costs for offline software for several platforms.
Yet I would appreciate the option to export in some form all my data. This would even make it easier to fully embrace Nimble.
For the situation I need to stop my Nimble contract I would like to have a file with all (major) contacts with their activities. A PDF export with a summary page per contact.
A PDF export with summary lay-out will make it very difficult to import in other systems; so Nimble does not have to worry for switching customers; yet a "PDF…

Contacts response Integration with Mailchimp as promised in May 2012 -Implement Phase 2.
Phase 2 integration with Mailchimp was promised in May 2012.
When we use Nimble contacts export to Mailchimp, customer response (bounced, read etc) is returned to Nimble contacts record as history4 votes -

Add Direct Phone Number option to the phone number field
There is often a switchboard and a direct phone number for a person in a company, so it would be good to include Direct Phone Number as an option.

Allow Default Contact Sort Order
Please either make the default contact order last name, first name or allow this to be chosen as the default. It is very unproductive to have to click on sort, then the name drop down, then last name, EVERY time I click on Contacts!

Create a backup/restore feature for the administrator
backup and restore for the admin to some kind of xml/zip file structure that can be taken offline - a basic feature when your teams work becomes really valuable - currently this is really hard to do. Of course it will never be relevant since all Nimble is in the cloud, but for those sceptics like me - who have seen even the most reliable providers loose data....;-)

Stop asking if I wish to rename the company when I remove a company from a contact. It is much more likely that the contact has left that company than the company has changed its name.

First Name, Last Name or Last Name, First Name option in results
In search results, it would be nice to have the option to make names
appear First Name, Last Name or Last Name, First Name, and then the results to appear strictly by the first letter of each name.1 vote -
There should be a dropdown on the Phone field in the Add a Person box
The Add a Person box contains a "Phone" field but it should be a drop down of all the Phone types, otherwise you waste time having to edit the Phone type afterwards once the contact has been added.

Include a customizable drop down list of cities in the City field
Just like the drop down list of countires in the County field. But you should be able to add (and edit) the cities that are common to you, to save you time having to type them, in full, every time. Just typing the first 1 or 2 letters will invoke the full city name.

Show phone numbers on activity listing
When I look at my activities (or the new Today screen) I can see the activity and the contact, but not any contact details (like phone or email) it would be nice to have this represented on the activity listing, as it will minimise me clicking to the contact to find the phone number, then click back to complete and click back to activities for the next activities.

Let users select follow-up periods for more than three people a day
Right now it just lets me indicate who to follow up with in the "Today's Top 3" section. At this rate, it will take me years to indicate who I want to follow up with quarterly, etc. I should be able to go through and indicate who to follow up with by searching through contacts at any point.

Activity feed from other Team Members on homepage (unlocked messages & deal activities)
It is important to easily share information with the other team members. So it is suggested to have settings on the homepage to see automatically :
- Unlocked messages
- Deal activity
- New contacts / Changed contacts status
- Social feed messagesFrom other members (either all other members or selected team memebrs)
This feature is very important for the tool to be used in a corporate environement.
Also the user interface to choose default settings for what information he/she shares with the team should be very flexible and intuitive from user propsective.

Allow to show activities assigned to all, not just me or a team member.
In fact this option should be available across all of Nimble, for Task and all similar views.

Provide a function to export lists, and searches into excel spreadsheets including their contact info, title, name, etc.

full wysiwyg editor
I noticed that while we can do bolden etc, there is a lack of editing capabilities for those that aren't fluent in HTML within messages as well as the Signature input for Nimble. Im sure that we can benefit form the full text editor in all areas - including hyperlinks, bulletpoints and many of the other provided functions would be extremely helpful.

At this time, we don’t plan on building a text editor into Nimble that shows wsiwyg. I recommend using a free tool like htmledit.squarefree.com to check on code and the resources at www.w3schools.com. Simple HTML is not too difficult with a little bit of practice. I’m not an expert at all, and I’m able to get by.

Twitter accounts within Nimble should show the Verified symbol if present
Otherwise, you have to waste time by checking which Twitter account is the real one of the celeb before adding it to Nimble.

Defaulted upper case characters in address fields
The first character of each word in all the address fields (and all alpha characters of the postcode fields) should automatically format themselves to be upper case if they were not upper case already, to save you having to do this manually. This is the most likely formatting requirement for address fields so it would improve efficiency. (If lower case is required - e.g. I think the French like to put "rue" instead of "Rue", this can be done manually).

Group contact info (name, title, address, phone, email) so I can easily cut/paste it wherever I need...
I often need to email a contact to someone else or prepare a quote. Right now I find myself copying their name, then their address, then their phone, then their email individually because they are not displayed in a single region... This is very time consuming and inefficient. I'd like all contact info to be grouped so I can do a simple copy operation.
