  1. Activities Tab Needs to display the name of the contact and their company. Name is not enough

    Activity's tab needs to display the name of the contact and their company. Name is not enough I want to know now who I'm calling and from which company.

  2. Release an iPad app.....

    I notice that there have been various updates since last year promising an iPad app, the latest was Q1 2013 which has now passed.

    Any clear idea when this is likely t be available?

  3. Make the Notes pop up larger (scrollable)

    The Notes pop-up is too small to read all the text in some notes. You cannot scroll in the pop up without Editing the Note. Please make the pop-up larger and allow scrolling.

    (unless you change from the pop-up to an expandable accordian type control in the Notes pane so you can click a note to expand/collapse to read it.

  5. Add ability to create households or groups

    Our clients are mostly families, rather then companies or individuals. It would be great to be able to group multiple contacts into a "household." A current workaround is to use the "company" field as the "household" name, but then we lose the information about their employer which is also important. A feature like this could also be important for teams within organizations or contacts that are involved with multiple companies.

  6. be able to see separate deals in pipeline mode

    In Deals, when I search for a type of deal, it shows up in List View... it would be extraordinarily useful if it could show in Pipeline view.

  7. Option to turn off notifications

    Nimble automatically sends a meeting invitation when you create an appointment in Nimble. There should be a way to turn this off.

  8. Can you add website to the dropdown when you add a company's url?

    It defaults to blog, which is incorrect. It would be nice to have website and if a user wanted to add the blog url as a separate item, great, but it should not mis-categorize entered data.

  9. Nimble Daily Email - when I click a contact can it use an existing Nimble Tab not load a new version

    Nimble Daily Email is great - and the 'Engagement Opportunities are really helpful.

    However when I click a contact who is now following me it triggers Nimble to load/open another instance. This is really slow and ends up with multiple tabs open.

    Is there a way to use an existing tab/instance, or only open a new one for the first contact and re-use that for subsequent ones.

  10. Nimble Daily Email - can it show diary for Today & Tomorrow not Today and Yesterday.

    The Daily alert is great - but after 'Engagement Opportunities' mine shows tasks and appointments for 'Today and Yesterday'. Showing 'Today and Tomorrow' would be much more useful.

  11. Allow me to add contacts without email addresses to events

    It would be nice if we could add contacts without email addresses to events. I don't always have email addresses for my contacts but I do have other means of contacting them, so I should be able to add them to an event regardless.

    Thank you for writing in and submitting this request.

    Unfortunately, our API integration with MailChimp limits us from exporting single contacts to MailChimp so we won’t be able to bring this feature to Nimble.

  14. Maintain current contact in follow up tasks

    When I select "Complete and Create Another" task from a contact record, the new task should populate with the contact from the previous task.

  15. Twitter contact import as company or person option

    Currently contact import only imports as person. As a temporary work arround (convert person to company, etc), insert option on twitter import to import as company or person

  16. Timezone and current time view in the contact profile

    It is great that you shows where contact based using code area of his phone number. Will be just perfect if you add there also information about contact's time zone and current time, taking in account timezone where i am now.

  17. Tasks inbox

    Some tasks don't have particular deadline, they just need to be in you radar or at the moment you don't know deadline. Will be great to have some inbox (icebox) where you just put you task very quickly and assign deadline later.

  18. Time stamp for custom field entries to allow multiple entries

    At present you can only update an existing custom field. Old data is over-written

    I suggest an entry can be timestamped and stored. This is similar to the Notes history operation. This will enable users to create a tab with multiple fields which then show a history. Very useful for service providers e.g.

    Service Date would give history of service
    or

    Treatment Date
    Treatment provided

    or
    Complaint Received Date
    Complaint Note

    The above would enable all complaints from one client to be tracked. (realise that may be 3rd party solutions for this but for many business es they don't require…

  19. Allow for merging from Wufoo forms

    As of right now, Wufoo form submissions will not merge contacts with existing Nimble contacts. Nimble should be able to merge contacts to help prevent duplicates.

  20. Set up Deals pipeline like it is in Pipedrive...

    Make the DEALS pipelines fit within one page and provide folders where one can just view pipeline for specific products (like in Pipedrive)
