    As you already integrate with Hubspot, integrating with Optify would be of great value. Optify is a strong B2B inbound marketing platform. This would fully sync CRM, inbound and automated marketing.

    Did you know Viadeo 45 million users worldwide, 15 millions in south America, 8 millions in China, 3,5 in India AND 6 millions in France ?

  4. add the ability to mail merge

    I find it very useful to use a mail merge to send lots of people customized messages using information from their record. It would be amazing if I could do this through Nimble!

    Hi,

    The option of having mail merge in Nimble is definitely a great idea.

    But for now, this feature request does not have enough votes to warrant review by our Product team, so I must decline it for now.

    We will continue to monitor this feature request and we will place it under review if it reaches 70 votes.

    As of right now, there are some features that have more votes that we would like to address.

    I also recommend taking a look at some of our email marketing integrations on the Nimble Apps Marketplace

  5. Transparency on updates

    I think you're doing a great job launching basic features and upgrading the system over time, but I think that when I'm asked to update it, it should tell me what had been updated.

    I think this will help in two ways: both giving some transparency to it, relieving the uncertainty and also incentivating me to try these new features!

  6. Quotes and Estimates

    I know the concept behind Nimble is to be a full CRM solution so I hope this idea comes to reality. We need the ability to quote customers directly from Nimble. Import a price list, products and shoot out a estimate or quote right from within Nimble.

  7. Show email activity in calander

    It would be nice to have an option to show email activity in the calendar as well. It would allow a quick reference to your day and workload. It can also serve as a follow up reminder.

  9. Add a third category for deal status - Won/Lost and "Hold"

    Many clients may be interested in a product or service, but not yet ready to buy. Since they do not have a defined purchase time frame, I would prefer to separate them from my active funnel but keep them categorized for contacting on an occasional basis.

  10. Global Wall/Stream listing everything I do across all contacts, deals etc. in chronological order

    A 'Global Wall' for my entire account. I would like to see a global view of all my interactions within Nimble; i.e. it would show me in chronological order what has happened in Nimble (almost a 'Change History').

    e.g. from top down: added an activity for Contact A (at 2.30pm), made a change to Deal 23 (at 10.30am), completed a task linked to Company B (yesterday at 10pm), sent an email to contact Y (yesterday at 8pm) and so on.

    You could include filters by Nimble category (Contacts, Deals, Messages, Activities etc.) and sub-filter by status (added/completed/changed, sent/received etc.).

  11. Add last date contacted (automatically loaded) to deals overview page

    This way you can scan down the deals list at a glance and see which have not been contacted recently.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting this feature request. We are currently working on finalizing our “Last contacted date” feature for Contacts and once this is rolled out, we will review whether or not we will add this to Deals.

    It definitely seems to be a useful feature so we have placed this “Under Review”. To show our Product team that this is essential for Nimble, please share this idea and have other vote for it!

  13. adjust the program where I can type in data immediately in the first input field (also in a pop-up). Now I have to select the field first.

    When I want to type in data for a contact I first have to select a field before I can start typing. For example, when I want to add tags, I first have to select the inputfield before I can start typing.
    Saves me lots of clicks when I could start typing immediately.

  15. UI Icon to Distinguish Telephone from Fax Numbers in Contact Lists

    Suggest a UI Icon to quickly distinguish a telephone number from a fax number in all the the Contact Lists to make calling folks easier.

    Currently, when we look at our Recently Viewed, People, Company or Recently Added lists, we cannot tell the difference between a telephone number and a fax number. So we have to enter the record for the Contact or the Company to know which number to call for a voice call.

  16. Create Email Label for "No Longer Current" Contact Email Addresses

    We currently can label an email address as "Work," "Personal," or "Other."

    I suggest a fourth label to indicate an expired, no longer current or invalid email address that we could use when a Contact changes employers.

    For example, when Suzie Q leaves Acme Widget Company, suzieq@acmewidget is no longer an email to reach this person, nor is it a valid email to reach anyone at Acme Widget Company.

    However, I do not want to delete this email address because I want to keep all of the correspondence associated with it.

  18. Base Recent Contacts on home screen on interactions, not just which records were opened

    The list of recent contacts on the home screen is only based on which ones we have viewed directly in Nimble. It would be awesome and incredibly useful if this was updated automatically based on our interactions outside of Nimble such as

    Messages sent / received
    Recently created event or task
    Upcoming event or task
    etc.

    The beauty of Nimble is the ability to gather lots of information about our interactions - why not put this to use and give Nimble the ability to predict what information we need before we even need it?

    We have recently rolled out the “Recently Contacted” feature so we certainly have many enhancements to make. This is a perfect example of how we can use information from interactions to better your CRM experience!

  19. Show two phone numbers on the Contact Record summary panel.

    Most B2B contacts have an office and a mobile phone number. It would be really useful to see both of them on the contact summary panel.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feature request. At the current moment, we will probably not make changes to the amount of contact information shown on the top of a contact card.

    If you would like to see the phone numbers for a contact, click on the “info” sub-tab and you will be able to see all of a contact’s phone numbers, email addresses, etc. from a single view.

  20. Auto-format phone numbers

    It's annoying that phone numbers don't auto-format. It would be nice if phone numbers would be auto-formatted as you enter them, just like on Salesforce.com
