Events
In creating events you have to have an e-mail address for the contact, for the contacts profile link to appear in the Activities field. Sometimes the contact might not have a e-mail address. Would be nice to have it link without one as well. See the screen shot about activities screen.

24 hour clock
Hi guys,
I would love to have a 24 hour clock instead of a AM:PM clock.
Hopefully there are more people who love to have this funciton implemented also?45 votes -
On Contact List can there be a flag to distunguish Company from Individual records?
Hi, I imported a CSV file into a Tag Group recently. Nimble has created individual and company records. when i now look at contacts in the group I see records for people and companies together.
Can you add a criteria box at the top to select Individuals, or Companies or Both, alongside the SORT by name box.

Thank you for writing in.
For sorting, we already provide the option to segment contacts by Company or People on the left-hand side of the Contacts tab.
It sounds like you may be sorting contacts out from under the “All” selection under the Contact tab, which results in companies and people mixing together.
If you want to sort by name for Company, be sure to select “Company” on the left-hand side before making your sorting selections.
The same practice is to be taken for People.

Automatically tag users imported from HootSuite
Nimble's integration with Hootsuite is pretty powerful. We use it to find new leads. I'd like to be able to easily find those that I've imported to Nimble. It will be best to do it using tags.

automate contact "address" fields to default social profile city/country settings.
If you want to go global this would make life easier.
E.g. I work in Tokyo and my BD leads are US but "sales" leads in Japan. All the sales lead contacts have Japan or Tokyo listed in Linkedin and Facebook but when I import them that data seems not to be included. Thus if I do a search it pulls in people from all sorts of location.
If I use Adv. Search it comes up short so I need to manually go through thousands of Contacts to assign Address/Country.

It would be very helpful to enter the notes section of a contact and be able to read the whole note and no just the title.
I'd like to be able to go into the notes section and be able to read the full notes in a timline form, instead of having to click into each specific note. It's an additional step and doing it over and over again to get caught up on a contact is frustratingly inefficient. While utilizing a pop up window for editing does make sense, being able to read it creates more work. We are busy and ease of use is key in crms. Thanks.

For now, we are declining this feature request because we like the compact view of notes on contact records.
If this feature garners enough votes, we will reconsider, but most of our feedback in this area has been positive so we don’t plan on changing it just yet.

Allow me to enter a Linked In URL for a contact even if I have maxed out my API calls
I just imported 180 contacts and am going through cleaning up their data and adding important information. Most of the time you find them on FB and Linked In, but sometimes you don't. That's ok because I can get their URL and enter it manually. Until I run out of API calls. Once that happens, the updates I make to their profile cannot be saved. I have to wait (some unknown amount of time) until I can again enter the information and save the profile.

Unfortunately, our URL field for social profiles is set to call on LinkedIn or other social networks to verify the profile and we aren’t able to set it to save a URL without sending a call.
Because of this, if your profile is maxed out for API calls, the LinkedIn URL will not be able to be added in the LInkedIn URL field.
Our best suggestion for now would be to add the LinkedIn URL as a standard URL on a contact record, tag the contact, and then come back at a later time once your LinkedIn API throttle limit expires.

Integrate with Opencart
Automatic user sync would be fantastic! Many CRM platforms that are far less advanced than Nimble have integrations with several popular e-commerce shopping cart platforms. This feature is a must for any growing, efficient business.

Integration to Smartrecruiters would be lovely for us recruiters.
If I can integreate my deals and contacts with Smartrecruiters this would be the only tool I need to do my job. The recruiting/temp market really need an SAAS that automate our workflow. Right now there are noone doing it right.

We currently have plans to make changes to our Activities tab to make it much more user-friendly. These changes should be released in the near future.
We are not sure if we will have an interface similar to our Deals “pipeline” view, so we are declining this feature request for the time being.

Business Version: calculate total number of ongoing deals
It would be easy to calculate total number of ongoing deals and also the success rate as some of deals come through? That would mean that you add an extra stage: successful :-)

Allow Links in Deal Information
Nimble is currently at a slight disadvantage to competitors in that it does not allow documents to be attached to either contacts or deals. I've seen the suggestion that we could add a document url to the contact info, which is fine for contacts, because you have URL fields in contacts. But for deals this does not work, because a) there are no url fields and b) inserting a link into the notes does not automatically identify it as a url and make it clickable. It's a copy/paste affair which is not a good look.

As of right now, we plan to add both custom fields and document URLs to Nimble.
Because of our planned custom fields for the Deals tab, we will likely allow users to add links in the deal information.

rapportive App addition
We love your Rapportive app. one small change ..
a) Can we show tags along with link and contact info.
b) Similar connects from same company ... This will be best to do so that additional connects to one company can be combined ...And once again thanks for this wonderful app.

At the current moment, we do not have plans to update our Rapportive integration because we are limited by how much real estate we can currently take up within the raplet.
If we are able to add more features such as viewing tags or similar contacts, we will definitely look into adding these to the raplet.
As of right now, we have put this feature under review and we will update this thread in the future to share more information.

Please let me find people when I search for them.
I am talking to a guy named Bryan from Intel. When I type Bryan Intel into the search box on the contacts page, I'm told that no contact can be found. I can't believe that's the case.

At the current moment, our search function will not support searching on multiple values from a contact record on the same search string.
We plan on adding this function to our search, but this will not be added to Nimble until later this year.
For now, my best recommendation is to use the Advanced Search tool by adding two search strings:
- Company [is] Intel
- Name [is] BryanThis should bring up your contact in Nimble.

Allow delete saved contact search without having to RUN the search
Right now, you only see the "delete" link when a search has been run. That makes deleting multiple searches quite cumbersome. Suggestion would be to add a "delete" option in the left sidebar, right next to the saved search.

Add quick add contact link in search result view
Add quick link to add a contact in the search result view to add contact when no contacts match.
Right now, you can only refine your search or delete it. Nine out of ten times, when I get a "No Contacts Matching" message, I will want to ADD the contact (person or company)

Deleting multiple roles and sections for monthly deals
We currently use an excel document to track all our deals with a tab for each month, I can't see anything on Nimble that allows you to do this- by the end of the year the won section will be extremely overcrowded.
I also noticed that there is no multiple select when it comes to deleting deals or progressing them to the next stage- it took me well over 3 hours to refresh and update our account, is it possible to add this in?

Free Nimble for single users or 5USD max per month for a single user.
I use Nimble as a "shadow" system on work because the CRM system at work is not optimal for my needs. I love Nimble, but 15 USD per month are to expenisive as a private person. Let it be free for a single user or not more than 5 USD a month

add pagination to the top of the screen
add pagination to the top of the screen and not just at the bottom so that you don't have to scroll back down to the bottom of the page after scrolling all the way up to add a tag. (In general duplicate actions at the top that are available at the bottom of lists and vice versa).
