  1. Add images to the client - log events. For now I am just linking to images I have to fist store on my server.

    Right now the only thing I can add to log events (as far as I can tell) are words. I would love to be able to drag and drop or upload images that show up on our client notes / log events.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting this feature request.

    At this moment, we do not have plans to have the ability to add images to events that are logged in Nimble.

    If this request gains enough votes, we may revisit it in the future, but it is not on our backlog of features to add to Nimble for now.

  2. Tags should not be case sensitive.

    There is probably a reason for it being the way it is, but making tags case sensitive is annoying.

  3. logo

    If not automatically, it will be great to do it manually anyway.

    Putting our logo instead of Nimble logo would be great!!

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we don’t plan on adding the feature of including your own company logo in Nimble.

    We don’t plan on adding this feature to Nimble in 2013 so I am declining it for now. If it receives enough votes, we will review this feature request.

  4. Hotmail support - integration

    It would be nice to have Live/Hotmail integration for contacts.

    Hi,

    We’re not able to integrate with Hotmail because we only support IMAP email accounts and Hotmail is on POP3 protocol.

    I’m really sorry because I know there are still a lot of Hotmail users out there, but this is a limitation that is out of our hands.

  5. Task related to emails

    Please add an option for creating task from message with linking to the message.
    Like this:
    1. customer drops me an e-mail with some request
    2. i'm converting the email to task assigned to the customer and to this particular email
    3. i'm doing the job
    4. when completing task, I can send email confirmation to the customer that the case is closed.

    As of right now, you can create a task from an email and the contact will be directly linked to the task. We will review better ways of linking emails to tasks.

  6. Customized Deal amount

    It would be nice to have a customized deal amount category such as $500k for 25% as opposed to just a dollar figure.

  7. Exporting all emails to MailChimp

    Sometimes, a contact has more than one e-mail in his record.

    Nimble exports to Mailchimp only the first email.

    It could be helpful if Nimble can export all the emails belonging to a contact into the MailChimp lists.

  8. Contacts tab - List View display more than 30 contacts

    Sometimes for easy operation, could be very interesting show a little more users per page.

    Nimble shows only 30 per page.

    It'd be great if Nimble can show more.

    For now, we are not going to show more than 30 contacts per page in Nimble.

    If this feature receives an overwhelmingly large amount of votes, we will reconsider, but this is our decision for now.

  11. Add Multiple Email Signatures

    As I use my email for work and play, it would be nice to have the option of multiple email signatures as found in Outlook or Gmail help separate lifestyles

  12. Enable "Same as company address" option for contact

    I create a company. Now, when we add users, we have to again enter the address for each user. We should have an option of either fetching the company address by default when I mention the company name in the user page or have a small check box to say "Same as company address" so that the company address is copied to the individual user address feilds.

    Same with User's work website that can be as same as his company.

  13. Add support for Google Apps Domain Aliases

    We use google apps and we have a lot of domain aliases. To make it easier to our users, we send emails from the alias which concerns him. The problem is that I can't use my other aliases to send emails. Can you add this feature in for Nimble.

  16. Allow entry of monthly payments in deals

    A lot of the deals we add to nimble include some form of regular payment, such as hosting. It would be nice to be able to record these elements on deals.
    Currently I just leave them out of the deal and just add in the capital cost to the client.

  17. Post updates from Nimble Daily email within the Nimble app.

    ..you should have a section in Nimble where I can access a quick list of the updates you send in the "Nimble Daily" email

  18. make a web-based mobile version

    Nimble is currently unusable on a mobile device. An iPhone app would be great, but a mobile/touch version would be really very useful.

  19. Enable "delete, view next message" functionality while in inbox

    While in the inbox, hitting delete should take you to the next message rather than back to the inbox list.

  20. Add keyboard shortcuts to Nimble

    I'm a poweruser on gmail and I move really quickly through my messages and organize them, read, delete, archive. And going back to using a mouse for this is terrible. Many apps are adding these so I think it would be a huge plus to have them available in Nimble.

    We will review adding keyboard shortcuts at a later point in the future.

    For now, we are focusing on improvement in other areas of the app, and then we will add keyboard shortcuts.
