  1. Gmail Widget: Query new contacts and pre-populate name fields.

    Hi There,

    Happy Nimble customer here with a feature request to improve the Gmail Contact widget. I email a lot prospects and wish to import, and tag them all WHILE emailing them.

    Many times my favorite Rapportive feature, the "import to nimble" button, doesn't appear or fails to import. So my alternative options are:

    1) Load up the nimble website, browse to my sent Email messages. Open the sent message and about 90% of the time Nimble successfully queries and finds this prospects LinkedIn account. Thus, pre-populating their name, title, business name, etc. All I have to do is click…

  2. Fix currency in reporting to be the same as the default

    In the über cool new reporting tab it would be nice to see the same currency as is default used in my settings.

  4. Actually remove the "Take the Tour" box when I ask you to.

    The "Take the Tour" box includes a checkbox that says "Don't show again." I've checked that box a hundred times, and "Take the Tour" still appears on every new page like clockwork. I know it's a minor thing, but it's annoying.

    Hi Justin,

    We track the tour in your browser cookies and if you have recently cleared your cache or do not accept cookies, the tour option will stay up there.

    We’ll review whether or not to store this info on our servers in the future, but this feature is complete if you don’t have cookies disabled.

    Hi Jason,

    You may search in Advanced Search for contacts with “Email is Empty” to bring up all contacts without an email address.

    From here, you can create a saved search and any record that meets this criteria will fall into this search filter.

    This type of search “is empty” or “is not empty” can be applied to many different data fields in Nimble. For example, you can search on all contacts without a Twitter or LinkedIn URL but with an Email Address to help you narrow down who you need to connect with.

  9. Create notes about an Event or Conference associated with multiple contacts

    Often when I attend an event, I want to write all of my important notes in one place. For example, if I went to a conference and connected with 10 people, I would want to write an overview of how it went and who I met. Then, I would like to be able to add contacts associated with the conference as needed.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you use our Nimble mobile apps for iPhone or Android, you will have the ability to be prompted to log a note after an event ends. Add the app from Google Play or the App Store to get started.

  11. In addition to 'Create New Contact' from Email - add an "Update Contact" button

    I LOVE that we can add contact directly from the messages. THIS is AWESOME.

    I'd love to be able to UPDATE a CONTACT also. Often a contact will reply from another email address (especially if forwarded to gmail or another company url). I'd love to be able to 'update contact' and populate the email address into the contact card.

  14. Please please please, add some way to unsubscribe contacts besides tags! I get burned every time...

    You should be able to unsubscribe contacts easier than tagging...when you have thousands of contacts and can only send 100 emails a day, you are bound to make mistakes with the tagging! And I have...Or have the ability to make a contact visible but inactive or something...

  16. Suggestions for Nimble

    1) The tie into google contacts and calendar is excellent. Now, get a mobile marketplace app for Android telephones for events and tasks similar to Astrid Tasks; HOWEVER, add an option to warn about deadlines 1 month, 1 week, 1 day in advance in a different color.

    2) If possible, add alibaba and ec21.com b2b email imports (huge plus)

    3) The sales component should have options but don't get too heavy like salesforce.com...not yet. wink

  17. Birthdate format

    Hey there

    Please make it possible to only have month and day for the birthday of contacts. A lot of people in Facebook only have month and day visible and the import results in not having the year. If you then edit the contact (any other field) there is an error and you're required to enter the year, which you don't have in most cases.

  18. Show tags in search results

    Give me the option to show Tags in search results. It would help with 1) ensuring my tags were added correctly (which has been an issue for me) and 2) allow me to quickly determine who to contact (as I use tags for that)
