  1. Add an option to turn off "Today's Top Contacts" on Today screen

    I've tried to find an option to turn it off any success.

    One of the things that really annoys me when I open up Nimble every day.

    Understand some people probably love this hence why an option to turn on or off would be great

  2. make it possible to assign people to existing deals from the contact / event view.

    When you are in the contact page you can not link them to existing deals. This includes that contacts event, making migrating information like events to the deal difficult and redundant.

  3. Projects

    is there a way to make a 'deal' into a 'project' once it has been won so that all the team members can continue working on the sale with the deal history?

  4. Add a rich text formatting

    Allow bold, italics, simple bullets and a few different text sizes (H1, H2 etc). Makes reading contact notes a lot easier if you can format the text.

    Add this to the "Additional information" field under a contact. Also add it to the list of available field types for custom fields.

  5. For Tasks and Events, have a 'Complete and Create' option

    Most tasks and events lead to another task or event, since the objective is to 'move the prospect to the next step'.

    Therefore, as well as the 'Tick' to complete an activity, can there be a 'Tick and Plus' option, so that the current activity can be closed, and a new activity panel presented, pre-populated with contact details, so the new task/event can be created seamlessly.

  6. When you open an email from within a contact record, we need a button to close that email and go back to the contact record

    Description in title. Hitting the back arrow on the browser does not seem like the way be want to be able to do this?? Thanks!

    Today, when you open an email in a contact record – it will open in the Messages tab. When you click on the Contacts tab, it will bring you back to the contact record you were in.

  7. Create Integration to Freshdesk

    http://www.freshdesk.com/api/

    Simple easy to use helpdesk/service management system that competes with Assistly and Zendesk.

    This has a decent API which would allow a tab to be easily added to contacts to view all of their tickets and/or to import contacts from their system as per the Facebook/Linkedin/Twitter/Google+ integrations.

  8. Customised Web Tab

    It would be great if a custom tab could be created that acted link an embedded web page but could have custom content from the current record embedded in it. Specifically link GoldMine's GM+View.

    So web page, I can pass into it ZIP/Postcode and I can then script in the webpage (as it looks at MY server) Google maps integration or my accounts system etc.

    We now have a feature in Nimble that accomplishes this, it’s called “External Web Pages”.

    To access this feature, go to Settings >> Integrations in Nimble and select the “External Web Pages” integration.

    On this link, we have examples that can help you look up contacts on Yahoo or Bing maps, Google doesn’t allow access to their systems through iframe, unfortunately.

  9. The ability to build custom applications on the Nimble Platform.

    Open up the platform (similar to force.com) for custom application development. Also provide the ability for website integration through custom website portals. Provide the client the ability to use Nimble as an end-end business solution rather than a point solution.

  10. Please improve your deals section; it can be so much better (see Pipedrive, LACRM for reference)

    Just make the layout better... allow multiple pipelines per product or company we may be working.

  11. Google calendar invites

    You have an option to add guests to the event, but there is no way to send them invites. So instead of doing additional work: go to GCal, removing and adding people to the meeting it'd be great to automate this process in Nimble. Thanks

  13. Give option to change activity completion dates.

    We may not always log an activity on the day it was completed (for example - an in-person sales call) and need the option to change the completion date for the activity. Does not have to be available when logging the details; ok to allow as part of an edit option later.

    10 digits are easier to read as 123-123-1234 rather than 1231231234.

    We have now fixed this issue in Nimble. When you send a message from a contact record, you will be redirected back to that contact!

  18. Nimble - Hubspot dialog

    Yes, we can see when a contact has Hubspot activity as it appears in the "Number of clicks" that show up in Nimble's records for that contact.

    But it would be useful to also see not only activity....but also...exactly what document (newsletter-white paper-ebook-etc) was clicked on.

    It would tell us a lot about the prospect without having to go back to Hubspot to find out.

  19. exclude personal Facebook posts/likes/comments from all feeds

    I would like to exclude personal Facebook posts/likes/comments from all feeds by default, especially on the Today and Social pages? I only want to see my activity from my company. People wishing me happy birthday on my personal Facebook page or commenting on friend's pictures from their vacation are not likely leads for my business.

  20. Is there a way to undo a deleted contact? Either that or is there a list of deleted contacts (like a trash folder)??? I accidentally deleted
