Add triggers available in Zapier when a tag is added or removed
There's not much automation available through zapier and piesync doesn't sync with the apps I need. I want to be able to set up automated sequences that relate to other services when we designate (or undesignate) leads or customers in certain ways and the only way to do this is zapier. Please work with them to make this possible!
I can deal with this compromise now because of the unparalleled social media integration in the way I need. Though as business grows, the automation of online processes rather than having to do things manually between services is absolutely essential. Currently…

Link specific email to a deal, to allow others to see email details.
With me, most of the deal communication is via email. Specific emails need to be linked to the deal. Currently all emails to the contact are listed, and other team members can't see these emails. Saving each email to PDF and then attaching or logging a note, not practical. Ideally this needs to be done in outlook. (perhaps via BCC to specific deal email code, but would be nice to link previous email as well, before deal created)

Pinnable Taskpane for Outlook Desktop Add-In
I'd please suggest the ability to keep the Nimble Outlook Add-in 'permanently open' rather than having to click it for each email that is read or sent.
Microsoft appeared to allow this capability with a Pinnable Taskpane feature release, though I'm not sure it's available for Office 365 and Outlook 365 Desktop

Enable duplicating pipeline set ups.
Facilitate process of setting up and multiplicating pipelines - enable to duplicate existing pipelines and editing them on the fly.

Add notification/alert when deals get stuck
It would be great if we could get notifications whenever a deal gets stuck in any stage. This would prompt follow up with the prospect.

Show social media feed (i.e., Twitter and Linkedin Posts) of contacts in the Contact page
It would be helpful to add contact's social media feeds under the Contact's page, so I could visualize that what they have been focusing on and topics into. This will help sales to engage. The current way of including only in the Signal page is not helpful as one need to draw correlation annually or add notes.

Prioritize the main number to show in the contact's phone number rather than the fax number
This is a design issue - you show the main phone number in the contact list or the company profile view; currently if there is a fax number it is shown in the place of the Main number, regardless of the tag. It appears the fax number always take precedent. Its a simple thing but such a time waster scrolling through the contact info to find the main number.

Unified Message Inbox - Filtering Options
I am having a hard time getting the Messages tab to show me a full picture of the messages I want to send or respond to, and of the people I want / need to interact with.
I have 2 email inboxes and Twitter connected to Nimble as there is some overlap between my personal and business contacts. Also, I get a ton of promotional and other emails which clog up the tab.
I can currently only choose between my two email accounts, the Twitter profile and the various mailbox folders (Inbox, Sent, Starred, etc).

auto-fill location for events with company address
similar to adding a Guest to an Event; populate Company Contact addresses as Location for an Event

Be able to view the Notes easily on mobile devices
The only way to see your notes on your phone is to scroll through all history. Not feasible if I am looking for a note from several months ago and I get emails daily or weekly from contact. A separate NOTES TAB would be great.

Copy Company record address and other data
Could you come up with a way to easily duplicate or inherit the Company address and phone number, possibly tags into a new Person record who works for that particular Company. It would save so much time and frustration.

Contact list sorting
It would be great if you could sort the data by simply clicking on any of the columns. You have catered for some data sets, but I am more interested in sorting by: Organization, title, Lead Type, or Lead Status.

Multiple Pipeline Overview
I have created separate pipelines for each of my products which is awesome, however it would be great, in addition to this, to have a full overview of the combined pipelines in one graph for a specific user, team or the organization on a whole. I do realize that each pipeline has different stages, however this report would simply report on the weighted or total forecast in a given period. A great format for this would be the pipeline chart

ctrl & click - Open New Tab
Would be great to have the option of holding control when clicking on a new action to open a new tab while keeping the existing page active and open. This will help when moving between contacts, companies and functions.

Page selection
When I select the number of contacts per page I want to have 100 contacts per page and I want it to stay at 100. When I go to a new page it defaults to 30. That's frustrating as hell. Can you fix this.

report on data fields
I really need the ability to pull reports weekly/monthly/annually on data fields. For example, I have different custom lead sources set up in my lead fields. I would like to easily be able to report on revenue, deal stage, revenue, etc by lead source.
