Fix the fault that automatically assigns incorrect social profiles to contacts
There is a known bug where Nimble automatically and randomly assigns incorrect social profiles (linkedin and facebook) to contacts, usually assigning the profile of the Nimble user overwriting any correct profile information that already exists. This causes multiple problems.
I've reported this fault three times over a period of more than 6 months. However the reply I get is essentially "we know about this but we can't find the problem".
I suggest that you give this higher priority!

This bug is now fixed. It was related to a bug with our Rapportive integration and you should no longer see incorrectly matched social profiles.

allow me to mark a contact as important, and then choose how frequently i wish to be prompted to keep in touch.
Also, if you could integrate with other CRM systems so i'm reminded more frequently that would be great.

Mark tasks as completed straight from the To do Today View
Right now the To do Today view mixes events and tasks together. I find this very confusing because Events are time dependent, but tasks do not need to be.
Instead, please add a checkbox next to tasks so that I can easily differentiate them and then allow me to click on each checkbox to mark it complete.

I would like the ability to designate contacts as important, rather than being asked.
Rather than being asked (through some cycled time intervals), I'd like to designate contacts as "Important" on my own.

intelligently generate stay in touch reminders based on ongoing interactions instead of scheduling reminders via task due dates
When NimbleCRM asks if a contact is important and how often I want to stay in touch with that contact, I would like Nimble to remind me if I fall out of contact with that person, not tell me to follow up with someone on an arbitrary date set in the future.
Here's how it would work.
- I interact with an important contact via email.
- Nimble asks me if this contact is important, I say "Yes"
- Nimble presents the choice, "Help me stay in touch: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually"
- I select "Quarterly"
- Nimble starts tracking how long it's been…

have a description field in contacts so we can place long-form notes that should always stay front and center.
I work in a company that is all about building relationships. Part of building relationships is knowing things about that person such as their goals and motivations, their working styles and preferences, that stay fairly consistent over time.
I would like to be able to write these kinds of notes and have them show up directly in a contact's profile in Nimble for my entire team to have access to. Right now there is no good way to display this kind of very important information.

In the List view of the Activities page it would be great if you could please make the Tags column wider so that you are able to see more. I can currently only see one if it's short enough.

Hi Brandy,
Nimble already has task notification emails when tasks are assigned, completed, or deleted by a team member.
We also include all upcoming tasks and events in our Nimble Daily email.
To make sure that you have these features enabled, please go to Settings >> Notifications in Nimble.

Add Facebook Pages to "Social Profiles"
Right now, Facebook Pages display only the social stream information on a record.
Please add a "Social Profile' contact card for Facebook Pages, similar to other profiles.

Iphone app - todays tasks
I´ve just signed up for Nimble. I´m blown away of the interface, using the desktop version to keep my tasks organized. All excited I downloaded the iphone app. It was a bit of a disappointment.
I thought that the iphone app would be adapted to my "out-and-about" behavior, giving me a quick view of whats going on at the moment - current tasks and an easy option for me to take notes and convert them into a task at the end of a meeting.
I started trying Nimble trying to find a CRM for my sales force but ended up…

Manual Sync Button for Email
When using email providers other than Gmail, it takes 10-30 minutes for Nimble to sync with email servers. This causes confusion when using other devices like iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC, Android, etc. If Nimble cannot sync instantly then add a Manual Sync Button to Nimble Messages screen such that the user can manually tell Nimble to sync with the mail servers.

Nimble offers a “refresh” button to trigger email sync. There may still be a delay, but this is the only way to push a sync of messages to Nimble.

add team notifications
My team and I would like to update each other with news about a contact or meeting we held. When updating our client history, it would be nice to be able to ping members of my team through Nimble about important updates.
Possible a drop down menu within my company's account with the option to choose multiple team members to communicate this new note to. Like getting an email for a new task assigned, my team would get an email about a new note logged or deal logged about an important contact.

You can notify team members in the app if you assign a task and have task notifications turned on.
They receive notifications in-app, or via email, too!

It would be nice if Nimble could import each contact picture from Gmail.

Update "Stay in touch" from iOS
I'd like to be able to update the stay in touch cycle from a contact from my iOS device. The app offers to take notes for a particular contact but not to update stay in touch. Would be very useful on the go.

Better Management of Leads Prior to Becoming a Pipeline Deal
We really need a better way to identify and track the progression of prospects before they enter the Deal Pipeline.
Typically you want to keep "Deals" separate from "Leads" which you can do in Nimble. We've got lots of "Contacts" in Nimble and use the configurable fields to identify different types of Contacts, one of which is "Prospect" or a potential lead.
For those contacts that represent a potential lead, we want to track the progression through a staged process: new, contacted, engaged, and (ultimately) validated...at which point we create a "Deal" in the pipeline. Some lead's don't turn into…

Search function for contacts in android app must be able without tags!
Actually I cannot believe that the following user szenario with the android app is not possible:
Go to Contacts
Type in the name of the contact
Call him on the phone tabInstead I go to Contacts
MUST select a tag in order to luckily get close to my preffered contactENABLE A SEARCH WITH BY TYPING IN THE NAME OF A CONTACT

Edit Contact info(Lead Type, Status, etc) in Grid view without having to open each contact
I see you can edit important, reminders and tags, but I would also love to be able to edit Lead type, lead status, email, etc by clicking in the list.

enable update or delete addresses records that automatically synced to our contacts records from social profiles that linked to the contacts
We are facing a problem when we would like update or delete addresses records of our contacts that have several addresses in their records (Especially these addresses are being automatically synced to our contact records from social profiles that have been mapped to our contacts)
When we delete or update one of the address records and click on update contact to save the new records, then we return back to the same contact page it doesn't update and show the same olds records that it was before the update or delete process!!!

Put an "Add Deal" button on the contact screen
There are "Add Task", "Add Event" and "Log Activity" buttons, why not an "Add Deal" button as well?

Go to Quick Action >> Add Deal
But I agree, an Add Deal button would be useful too. Thanks for your feedback.

Add ability to assign existing appointments to deals
I already have a lot of appointments which I have to remake in my calenbdar in order to connect them to a deal. I alsoi get invitations that are connected to upcoming deals (hopefully).
