  1. allow users to pre-schedule emails to be sent (and must work with email tracking)

    This is a must have for any CRM system. This feature is disabled in Gmail after enabling email tracking for some strange reason...

  2. Draft feature for emails.

    I saw we should have this as a separate idea...so here we are! I would love to be able to save my emails as a draft so I don't lose what I've been writing if I need to leave the page to search for information, accidentally hit the back button, or just need to "sleep on it" before I send out an email.

  3. Integrate with more options available in Zapier

    Add more triggers and actions to Zapier integration. There has to be a way you can advocate for them if they handle the integration. Did you make it difficult with your programming and available ways they could bring in data? Piesync is not accepting new customers so that's not an acceptable solution and unless there's another option that includes way more apps, truely automating all parts of my business requires better integration with zapier. What would it take for this to happen? It seems like a no brainer that would make your whole service more valuable.

  4. Czar Central Update

    Just to let you know that Brisbane has had some serious flooding since Friday and much of the city/suburbs are locked off due to rising floodwaters.

    It shoud settle down over the next few days but as of today many of our team are isolated and unable to get to work. While many can work from home, our logistics personnel need to get to the office to ship. I suspect shipping this week may be put back a few days.

    I will update the situation tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding. :thumbsup:

  5. Support Call Blocking & Identification on iOS

    Integrate the iOS app with Call Blocking & Identification so when a contact in the CRM calls (and their number is in the CRM and not in your phone contacts) their Name etc displays not just their number.

  6. Integrate with Microsoft Teams in a better way, let me send a contact from Nimble to other Team members in a chat.

    The current Nimble app for Microsoft Teams is poor and has very limited functionality. The UI/UX has no resemblance to the UI/UX of the Nimble website,

    There is no easy way to just search a contact, or a deal or an opportunity and share the details in a Teams Chat or a Teams Channel.

    Teams calls to a contact are also not recorded, even though there is a Nimble app there in Teams, but it doesn't recogise any interaction, calls, video calls or chats with the contact. Why bother???

  7. Create a dynamic contact search tool for pulling information from available web content to create specific demographic prospecting contacts.

    The idea is to create a template that can be customized similar to the Nimble "Custom Fields" creating a custom search engine based on specific contact and demographics which would be pulled from available web and social mediums.

    Thank you for submitting this feature request for us. We have added an “External Web Pages” tab to Nimble to allow our users to set up iframes, which can run queries on contact information on websites and present them within Nimble.

  8. Automatically fetch company logo from company website

    Can it be made possible to auto-fetch a company logo from a company website. In 9 out 10 instances the company logo can be found in the same place on a website. As a user I enter the company website, so it will be highly likely that Nimble can auto-detect the correct company logo. The gray company icons look really boring at the moment, but finding logo's by yourself takes ages.

  11. Add images to the client - log events. For now I am just linking to images I have to fist store on my server.

    Right now the only thing I can add to log events (as far as I can tell) are words. I would love to be able to drag and drop or upload images that show up on our client notes / log events.

    At this moment, we do not have plans to have the ability to add images to events that are logged in Nimble.

    If this request gains enough votes, we may revisit it in the future, but it is not on our backlog of features to add to Nimble for now.

  12. Allow contacts linked to an event be actioned from a contact search by tag where the tag is the event name

    You can add a contact to an event, but are unable to action a list of contacts who are linked to the event. I.e. I want to export to Mailchimp the list of contacts who have registered for an event manually.

  13. Improve ease of contacting someone with fewer clicks

    The send-message drop down in the contact bar next to Edit, Add Activity, etc. on a Contact's page, should instead be a Send icon (or small text) with the icons of GMail, FB, Twitter, etc. on it. This way, I can send a message with one click instead of two. Also, I should be able to have the same option to contact someone in the search results without going to their contact page first. That's another click saved. And if you had auto-complete in the search, with their name as well as a Message... or Action... link in the dropdown,…

    We are going to stick with the drop-down menu for sending messages across multiple networks for now. Our main reasoning is that we want to reduce the number of buttons from the menu on contact records.

    Have the Nimble Twitter field accept usernames as just the username AND @username AND http://Twitter.com/username and ideally even the Twitter URL https://twitter.com/#!/growmap if that is possible. (May not be with the #! in it.)

    The reason is that it speeds up our using Nimble because can copy/paste from any source if it did not give validation errors for the full URL - even the clearn full URL.

  18. Predefined tasks in "new task" drop down in messages

    It would be really handy if you didn't need to type a task title for every new task created from a message.

    For example, it would be great if you could choose "Follow up" from a drop down on an email and assign it to a colleague. No typing required.
