have an "Add Note" button on the Today widget
I would like to make notes on past meetings, having a link/button on the today screen or event detail popup would be ideal.
Also, I may not have people who attended the meeting in my calendar entry, I would like to indicate in the notes who was present at the meeting so that I can recall the meeting when meeting them next.

Fix a bug on event creation in a Company
Today, we had 4 times the same bug when we create an activity / event (selecting "All day event"), after saving it, it does not appear anywhere.

Let me assign a task to a specific date without a time.
Why can't I just say due "Wednesday" instead of "Wednesday at x:xx pm" or whatever? I don't know what time I want the task to be due, just I know I want it sometime Wednesday. It would be the same thing as the "tomorrow" option if that makes sense, but you pick the day of the week.

Past due tasks can be dragged and dropped to today It is a lot of work to have to edit each task when I just want them to roll over
When tasks become past due, it is a "task" to have to move the dates. I would like to see us be able to drag and drop them to a different date or have a button to have them move over to today...

Add Activity Sets
If you often repeat the same set of tasks for a given process within your business, you may find it faster to create an activity set for these tasks, which can then be added to the item, resulting in all the tasks in the set being created automatically - rather than manually creating each task individually every time. It's a great way to automate processes within your Organization

You already have the option to have recurring events but would like the option to have recurring tasks.

Nimble tasks integrate with Asana
I'm using Asana for task management. Not quite sure what it'd look like but getting repetitive inputting tasks in both Nimble and Asana.

Unfortunately, we are not planning on releasing an integration with Asana and Nimble.
Instead, we are focusing on improving our internal Activities tab to make it easier to manage tasks with your team members.

Use a time-specific dropdown to set day/time alerts for Tasks and Events
Make it much quicker and easier to set alerts/alarms for tasks/events by using a time-specific dropdown for Tasks/Events.
This will result in the To Do list being more useful, saves time (less clicks), preserves calendar for meetings and improves sales automation.
Suggestions for dropdown (this is how Hubspot do it):
Today
Tomorrow
2 business days (Thursday)
3 business days (Friday)
4 business days (Monday)
5 business days (Tuesday)
In 2 weeks (4 July)

One click to return to task list
When working on tasks, it would be nice to have a one click option to return back to the task list.

Task related to emails
Please add an option for creating task from message with linking to the message.
Like this:
1. customer drops me an e-mail with some request
2. i'm converting the email to task assigned to the customer and to this particular email
3. i'm doing the job
4. when completing task, I can send email confirmation to the customer that the case is closed.92 votesHi,

As of right now, you can create a task from an email and the contact will be directly linked to the task. We will review better ways of linking emails to tasks.

Put schedule calls into Nimble Calendar
It would greatly help me to have calls I schedule show up on the Nimble Calendar so when I schedule new call I can see how many I already have scheduled for any given day.

Enable the ability to set the beginning of the week from Monday in the calendar
nothing else... only what I've written in the title.
Really I think there is lots of work to do on the Calendar but I know that many other people have given so many suggestions...

Add keyboard shortcuts to Nimble
I'm a poweruser on gmail and I move really quickly through my messages and organize them, read, delete, archive. And going back to using a mouse for this is terrible. Many apps are adding these so I think it would be a huge plus to have them available in Nimble.

For now, we are focusing on improvement in other areas of the app, and then we will add keyboard shortcuts.

add one more contact frequency - 2/year.
I just had a client request a twice a year frequency for contact. Rather than having many more options for contact frequency, maybe add a fill-in-the-blank for frequency that would accommodate a variable number of days or weeks between contacts. User definable frequency of contact.

contact name on calendar
Would be great to be able to see the contact name on the calendar with the event heading. Google Calendar has this as a Lab called "Who is my one on one with"

Getting Things Done (GTD) for tasks using Tags
Implement GTD but keep it simple
* Allow INBOX for tasks (existing request)
* Smarten up the Tag selection by using the same Tag search features as the Contacts, so you can select more than ONE tag, and save your tag searches. This allows for adding CONTEXT to tags as well as PRIORITY
* By adding Tag Searches and Saved, people can configure their own Searches to reflect how they do GTD
* Examples:
PHONE (context) and IMPORTANT (priority)
