User group for Nimble users
Not sure if this is the proper place, but I wonder if there is a forum for Nimble Users to talk with one another? Maybe a place we could all help eachother use the system and take a bit of weight off the care team at Nimble. I would love to be a moderator of such a group or just a member. Is there one already? If not can we start one?

Sync Google Reminders
I would love the ability to sync the reminders I have set up in Google with Nimble. If not matching it to a conntact, at least visable in the "Today" tab.

Company Activity Stream Should Include Contact Activities
LOVE the new Contact Interface with Activity Stream front and center - great job!
You need to include activities for all contacts in the activity stream for the company to which they belong though. I need one place where I can go to see all the activities for a company, where all of those activities are against the contact, not the company. I don't email the company; I don't have a meeting with the company... But I do meet with multiple people at the company and I need to see all of those interactions.

Add company contacts from new company page - have info pre-filled
I have two things I do day in and day out. And I'm finding that Nimble doesn't do them particularly well.
- Show me a list of my companies AND all the contacts in a concise summary
- Allow me to EASILY add new contacts to the company I'm viewing with minimal clicks and data entry.
The newish UI has an "add contacts" displayed when I'm looking at the company screen but when I click to add I have to fill everything in - it won't pre-fill that the contact works at the company that I am on.

Link new contacts to their respective company based on domain
Hi,
I noticed that some contacts do not link (or get attached to) to their rightful company even when the email domain of the contact matches the website domain of the company.
As a result, we lose time and valuable insights since some contacts are floating around the database.The current workaround I found is to export all of our database into a CSV file and manually review everything to then re-import. This is not optimal.
I've seen in other CRM a "Find Account" button that solves this issue.
Could you add this "contact and company domain matching" function?

Shared templates needed. Other users in the organization need to see and use shared templates.

allow preview of touches, notes, activities!
When I look at the pending & history of a contact, I can only see the titles of conversations. It would be great to be also able to see the first few lines of the notes I've recorded either right below or by hovering over the Activity Title.

Month Agenda View with tasks
to plan my tasks in time I would need on my smartphone nimble agenda a month view with tasks assigned for each day of the month.

Need an Easy Way to Add Google Contacts
Really we do. The current synching of Nimble with my Google account brings in 13,000 contacts, which is 11,000 more than I have. Where the extra 11,000 are coming from i have no idea, but something's obviously severely screwed up with this process.
If i try an alternative and use the Google Contacts option I have to individually remap over 100 fields. Not going happen.
Surely there must be a easy and simple way to get my Google contacts into Nimble? Other CRM's manage to do it, why can't Nimble do it?

A better icon option (in the custom activities) for snail mail
Our sales team mails a lot of direct mail marketing pieces. We'd love to see an icon option (in custom activities) that better represents "snail mail." Perhaps a mailbox, envelope, package, or snail icon.

Add real time or at least daily CPU Saturation in Infosight vs "week of". Perhaps a new Tab?

Smart Contacts App Doesn't Work
The smart contacts app doesn't work anything like what Nimble says it does. There doesn't seem to be any way to add contacts from your social pages. Very dissappointing.

Provide users the ability to adjust the column width (stretch)...Especially the Deal Name column and Primary Contacts/Company columns
All user to drag width of column on Deal List. Ideally, all columns. However, if I have to pick, I pick deal name and Primary Contacts/Company columns.

Fix Buggy User Experience (this is not an idea, I am sharing feedback but the app is filled with little frustrations like this.)
So, I, by accident, confirm a social media account as a contact's which would say about the contrast of those buttons and false click ratio (which I am sure is not the most important KPI).
Their picture gets collected and there is no way of taking that picture down or changing it. Yeah, yeah, the system will process it I am sure but it's not good enough.
I change to a custom layout in my contacts, click update I think three times and still come back to see the old layout.

Auto stamp the date and time in the Pending & History location when you send an email from your primary email account
We have Outlook synced into Nimble. When I send an email to a prospect or customer, I would like to see the date and time it was sent. This helps out at a quick glance when you last touched someone via email.

Company pending & history should show all employee history
Company pending & history tab should show all employee history. Now I register calls with contact A en B at Company XYZ. But these call logs only show at employee where other CRM systems als show all logs with all employees at company tab

Project module that you can edit the name, add custom fields & images, share with anyone
I would love Nimble to have a project module that you can edit the name (i.e you can rename Project to Properties for example) and customise the fields with image "bucket" fields. Solve CRM does this brilliantly (I do not use solve any longer as they have a 4 user limit for their full CRM).
This is great for Real Estate or any other Project or Product related data. Yiou can then add properties for example with all the fields you need and images. A further enhancement would be the ability to share properties with anyone (i.e. they would not…

Create a new pipeline by copying an existing one with all its stages.
We run open educational classes that we market to companies and individuals. Each class is an individual pipeline and each potential client is a deal.So we have multiple pipelines with the same deal stages. We need to be able to create a new pipeline by copying an existing one with all its stages. Currently, we have to enter each stage manually with every new pipeline.
