  1. Fix Buggy User Experience (this is not an idea, I am sharing feedback but the app is filled with little frustrations like this.)

    So, I, by accident, confirm a social media account as a contact's which would say about the contrast of those buttons and false click ratio (which I am sure is not the most important KPI).

    Their picture gets collected and there is no way of taking that picture down or changing it. Yeah, yeah, the system will process it I am sure but it's not good enough.

    I change to a custom layout in my contacts, click update I think three times and still come back to see the old layout.

  2. Auto stamp the date and time in the Pending & History location when you send an email from your primary email account

    We have Outlook synced into Nimble. When I send an email to a prospect or customer, I would like to see the date and time it was sent. This helps out at a quick glance when you last touched someone via email.

  3. Company pending & history should show all employee history

    Company pending & history tab should show all employee history. Now I register calls with contact A en B at Company XYZ. But these call logs only show at employee where other CRM systems als show all logs with all employees at company tab

  5. Project module that you can edit the name, add custom fields & images, share with anyone

    I would love Nimble to have a project module that you can edit the name (i.e you can rename Project to Properties for example) and customise the fields with image "bucket" fields. Solve CRM does this brilliantly (I do not use solve any longer as they have a 4 user limit for their full CRM).

    This is great for Real Estate or any other Project or Product related data. Yiou can then add properties for example with all the fields you need and images. A further enhancement would be the ability to share properties with anyone (i.e. they would not…

  6. Create a new pipeline by copying an existing one with all its stages.

    We run open educational classes that we market to companies and individuals. Each class is an individual pipeline and each potential client is a deal.So we have multiple pipelines with the same deal stages. We need to be able to create a new pipeline by copying an existing one with all its stages. Currently, we have to enter each stage manually with every new pipeline.

  7. Use the browser plugin to get linkedin messages into the contact record more easily -- an idea!

    We're all finding more communication going on in LinkedIn messages. What I currently do is copy from the message box and log it as a "touch" . I put "LinkedIn Message -- " and then paste the content of the message. Nimble could make this easier IF the browser plugin would accommodate adding "touches" in the side panel. Currently the only activity that can be logged is "task". If I could log a touch there, my copy and paste process would be twice as fast because I wouldn't be leaving the current tab. :)

  8. A connection in the Nimble contact with their Xero or Quickbooks details

    Your system is so great but I am frustrated that within a customer we cannot see sales orders, invoices and quotes that other CRM systems offer. It means having to toggle between different applications.

  10. jive.com voip cloud with sms

    jive.com voip business cloud phone system is now with logmein. they also have sms. I have mentioned to both Nimble support and jive.com support that having Nimble as an option for Integration would be great. Right now their our two choices, redtail and sforce. which, i would rather use Nimble.

  12. Auto Purge Email - I don't want extra storage

    I don't want to buy extra email storage and I don't want to have to delete and reinstall it. I want an option to reduce the email that Nimble keeps. I don't need it to store all my email.... only the relevant ones... which is MUCH less space.

  13. Email accounts such as yahoo.com, google.com, outlook.com should be identified as personal email.

    Email accounts such as yahoo.com, google.com, outlook.com should be identified as personal email. Many emails default to Work, especially when imported from LinkedIn. Create a sort of whitelist of domains that are automatically classified as personal. This also helps identify gaps so that I can Prospect for work emails.I had done an export and re-classified emails, instead it just added the 'gmail.com' address as a personal while keeping the same address as work.

  16. Add the ability to Reset Reminder while bulk editing in search mode

    When looking at one person's page I can click the Stay in Touch icon and get a drop down of
    *Weekly
    *Monthly
    *Quarterly
    *Annuallly
    *RESET REMINDER
    *No Reminder

    When bulk editing via searches I get a list that EXCLUDES the Reset Reminder:
    *Weekly
    *Monthly
    *Quarterly
    *Annuallly
    *No Reminder

    ADD the Reset Reminder to the bulk edit dropdown for Stay in Touch

  17. Add a check box to lock addresses, phone numbers

    I use addresses a lot. Nimble adds all kinds of incomplete addresses to the list of addresses for a person or company. These sometimes show up above a correct address I have verified, making them 'address 1' in an export.

    Add a check box next to an address to lock an address as a main (top) address for the address type that does not get updated by Nimble. Nimble can still add all the bogus addresses, but they won't be picked as 'address 1'. There could be a main Work, Home and Other address checked

    The same applies for phone…

  18. Extension Pop Out - detachable? Covering important data!

    When working on a single monitor (such as a laptop) - why not have the EXTENSION float? Make it detachable? Example - I am viewing a recent connection on Linkedin and want to pull in important CONTACT DATA - and the EXTENSION drop down COVERS ALL THE CONTACT INFO! It's not pulling the contact data from my 1st degree connection on that page and putting it into my contacts database! I have to now open multiple windows to accomplish the same task. And when I view my contacts WEBPAGE (new window) I cannot select and then MOVE the appropriate contact…

  19. Escape button exits search mode

    I would love it if when I wanted to exit search mode, I didn't have to click the X but I could instead press escape. It would make Nimble more navigable.

  20. Add Custom Fields to Email Merge Tags

    It would be VERY helpful from a Sales and personalization perspective to be able to use Custom Field data in the email Merge Tags.

    ex. I have a Custom Field such as "Product of Interest" or "AKA" or "Service Level" and I want to do a group personalized message to Leads about their different products of interest.

    Please strongly consider this. It would be awesome and I know other CRMs have it.
