  3. Move deals to new stage when deleting existing stage

    If you try to delete a deal stage and there are deals still in it (even if they are won or lost and thus not visible in the pipeline), you will get an error.

    Instead of throwing this error and leaving the user to rummage around in their won and lost deals to change all the stages manually, it would be good to offer the opportunity to simply move all those deals to another stage.

  4. have an option to show complete notes - not just the summary in the history tab, and not require that you open the popup.

    Our sales staff say that they like the CRM very much, but before taking the step, they say they lack the option to show complete notes - not just the summary in the history tab, and not require that you open the popup.

    I.e, they want to see notes in the feed completely, not have to open a dialog for each of them. There should at least be an option to select to view notes this way, even if you have to select it yourself.

  5. Add a field for the Assistant's information

    It would be nice to have a place where you can put who the executives assistant is and their phone number as well.

    I suggest you enable users to post and schedule posts to Pinterest from the nimble dashboard. Pinterest is one of the top referral and sales sources for thousands of retail companies so it would really help a lot of us.

  7. Show tasks in contacts view

    I just signed up for a trial, was surprised to see that there is no indication of pending tasks associated with contacts when viewing the contacts list. I'd like to see this indicated with icons or otherwise.

  8. On various viewed Contact Pages, would like option to resize Contact Names and also edit direct from contact page

    Some of my contact names and companies are long and similar and I'd like to be able to resize field to view more easily, without double clicking on individual contact. Also I'd like to be able to update directly from this list any additional data without double clicking contact entry.

  9. would love if dropdown lists would show fully when entering data, i/o scrolling down/up to either save or edit

    To be cogniscant of smaller screens, so data entry can be done with minimal scrolling or additional screen manipulation

    Please note Kazakhstan is spelled with an 'h'. We have it in Nimble as Kazakstan without the h. Cheers

  11. Show at least 2 phone #s and the phone type in main contact view

    I hate that I have to click edit or the contact info tab to see multilple phone numbers or to know which phone # I'm about to dial. It should show multiple phone numbers in the main contact view, and next to them should be "office" or "mobile" etc. So simple - its weird you guys have such a cool app and have missed things like this that any sales person who makes lots of calls would never miss.

  14. Stay in Touch timer needs to be more customizable. 3 days, 26 days, 5 weeks, etc

    the stay in touch timer should be able to be set the the exact number of days / weeks you need. It's good to have preconfigured options like you have weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually... but we should be able to make our own presets as well as have an exact date feature.

    Like I want to hear from him by this Date -- example of a one time follow up... But also have the option to say I need to hear from this contact every 9 days... or every 2 days... or 2 weeks.

  18. Hand over contact data to MS WORD to write letters based on templates

    If one writes a letter, he wants to do from the context of a contact. I would like to be able to create "One-click" correspondences based on WORD processor documents.
    Nimble shall just send a complete formatted address to a word processing app.
    Best option would be a trigger in nimble that allows a address handover to a ZAP or IFTTT.

  19. Solve problem with Sanebox and Nimble where Nimble / Recently contacted shows your own contacts (me) all over the first two pages

    As a user of Sanebox I want to use Nimble / Recently contacted to show a list of the people I am currently in frequent touch with without showing my own contact(s) (me) on the first 2 pages SO THAT I don't have to flip two pages ahead to find external contacts.
