  1. nickname, gender

    In Google Gmail Contacts there was a field called "Nickname" which we had to use. For instance one of our client (Singaporean) calls himself "Sam" but his real name is Chua Eng Kwee. In addition, some Chinese names do not clearly reveal the Gender to us non-Chinese. Those fields are missing in Nimble. Why?

  2. Enable deals to be monthly recurring revenue, instead of just one time revenue events

    For SaaS and other similar sales, deals are monthly recurring revenue. Some are 1 or 2 year contracts, so I could put the total deal size in as the amount, but some of those clients will cancel prior to the end of the contract. Other deals are truly month to month, so I can't guess how long they'll stay subscribed. Please create a way for users to select a recurring payment type deal & then we can use the monthly figure we'll be getting (or annual), and then reports could show lots of good info based on that.   4. add "Influencer" as a Lead Type

    Marketing and PR professionals would use this term / category for their contacts.

  5. Add sort feature to all contact columns

    It would be fantastic to have the option to sort contacts by lead type, lead status, and phone number.

  6. Email Group,Tags,Stay In Touch

    Email Group,Tags,Stay In Touch

    should be able to send out mass email like a GROUP,TAG and the best thing would be to send email to all contacts from Stay In Touch category (like all Stay In Touch from stay in touch WEEKLY,etc)

  7. Let users assign messages to other team members

    I'd like to be able to assign incoming email messages to different team members without creating tasks (as this adds several more steps). An example: we have several general emails such as info@ and sales@. I monitor these and would like to simply assign answering to the appropriate team member. This way we reduce email clutter (the whole team does not have to receive all emails in their inboxes) yet the right person always answers the mail.

  9. Notes Section should indicate in the toolbar number of notes

    When one looks at Contacts, the indicator next to Notes should show how many notes are there.

  10. allow multiple attachments to be selected at one time from google drive

    Currently we are able to select one file at a time to attach documents from google drive. When attaching multiple documents is necessary it can be burdensome to repeatedly open up the attach document link and then select a new document (Especially if you have to search for the document prior to selecting it). Please allow for this functionality soon!

  11. Stay in touch: weekly reminders

    Earlier this year (Feb 4th) I suggested that is would be really useful to get a weekly reminder of those I need to stay in touch with this week. Basically, I need a feature that helps me stay in touch without logging into Nimble. After all, I am using Nimble precisely because I am short of time and logging in is not always possible.

    Joseph Kelly kindly responded and added an idea: it would be useful to send out an “Upcoming Activities” email with all upcoming “Stay in Touch” reminders.

    Can you build this? I would convince me to stay…

  12. Why in the world can't I press enter when entering notes?

    Pressing enter saves the note, which means notes are either short, or massive blocks of text. Ugh.

  13. It would be really nice if we could go straight to Twitter instead of via Nimble when responding to a Nimble daily alert

    Not only would that make it faster, it would get around the issue of not being able to add someone to a list if we add them to Twitter from within Nimble .

  15. pop up time when adding calendar events

    Make this similar to Google calendar. When I have the week view in Nimble open, and I want to add an event in the calendar, I drag the time slot I want. But I can't really tell what time I adding (especially if I'm adding to Friday or Saturday and the times are always along the left of the week view.

    Can you pop up a small text display that shows exactly what times I'm dragging?

  16. customize daytime work hours in calendar

    It would be great if we can limit the view in the weekly calendar. IE: I want the day to start at 8am, and finish at 7pm. I don't need to see 12am - 1159pm every day. Probably 90% of the people don't need that. It makes it a lot of scrolling.

  17. Support pop3 accounts

    POP3 accounts need to be supported, we only have pop3, so how do i link my email to Nimble?

  18. Integrate the new Google+ vanity URLs

    It would be great if Nimble recognised the Google+ vanity URLs. Currently they present a validation error and cannot be recognised.

  19. Allow Lead medium and contact to be in the same tab, and allow additional personalised fields

    The field Lead Medium should be allowed to be intrgrated in the Contact Info section, alongside Lead Type, Lead Source, and Lead Status. We would also like the option of including additional personalised fields within this section.

  20. Add the contact name to the note history on the company page

    When you go to the company, the associated notes and activities are logged for all contacts, which is great. It would be really helpful to add the contact name the note or event so that you could go one place to see the activity with all contacts and know which note/activity goes with which contact.
