Add contact from iPhone app.
If I meet someone I want to be able to enter their information directly into Nimble (via the app). Otherwise remembering to enter them once I reach my computer becomes a burden.

Allow bulk importing of contacts from the Messages tab
I'm a journalist and get at least 20 pitches a day via email. I would like to add these contacts to my nimble account, but doing it one by one takes a lot of time. My idea is to allow bulk importing of email contacts that are received in the messages tab.
It would look like this:
1. messages > email
2. Select a number of contacts
3. Click on [new feature] import contact(s)Presently, you can only important 1 contact at a time. This new feature would increase the number of contacts that can be stored and filed within…

track/view how many times you contact each person of a group in a given period of time
To see where you are spending most of your correspondence time. Be able to analyze which contacts are taking up most of your time and whether or not you should spend that energy focused on other opportunities for a greater payoff. Contactually has something similar I'm hoping you will integrate. Great work on the program!

allow the assignment of emails to contacts
As similar folks have written in, I have emails from sources other than the customer email address that need to be recorded in the stream of activities for that customer.
Specifically, when a payment comes in from PayPal, the email address that the payment is "from" is a Paypal address.
I would like to reassign this email to the customer, whose email address appears later in the email, so that I can see the entire list of touch points with that customer, including when he/she pays the bills!

Offer a bigger Notes box.
CRM is about client interactions, and taking notes helps record those conversations.

Show me what people are responding to. Twitter has threading built in. Hootsuite has threading. Why is there not threading?
At present, when I open a message I have no idea what I said to that person. There is no threading. If they're already a contact, I can click four times to find what was said before. If they're not already a contact, I can scroll back on Hootsuite, hoping that I'll find the message that they're responding to.
Without threading, conversations are difficult, if not impossible. Please add/support threading in the messages view.

When you are "congratulating" someone on the "Today" screen
When you are "congratulating" someone on the "Today" screen, you should go back to the "Today" screen when done sending the message instead of going to the "Messages" screen.

more clear UI change in "Deals"
I feel like the "pipeline" and "list" buttons should be tabs (or just a dropdown "view") to be more consistent with the accepted standards for changing a "view" option.

Notes on contacts are available in central search
There is a central search for contacts and companies, but I would like to see this on the contact notes and activity notes.
Additionally, the ability to record campaigns in the tool, or to add tags to activities to record a particular campaign would be good.

show tags on summary
Anytime a summary of a contact appears, the tags associated with that contact should be in the display. Could be an option by user as some may not want. Should be an option by tag as some tags are more meaningful than others. When I create a tag, I should have an option to indicate if the tag should be shown in contact summary.

When I access the Signals (beta) page, the "loading" icon never stops spinning. Is this expected behavior?

in signals (beta) can we see LI "moved" contacts?
In Signals (Beta) it would be nice to see the contact when the Linked In status of "moved" (changed addresses) happens.

There should be a way to view an existing support ticket. I opened a ticket yesterday but there's not way for me to see a status?

InsideView integration
I'd like to consider purchasing Nimble. We presently use SugarCRM and there are a few SugarCRM third-party plugins that we rely on that are not available in Nimble.
The most import is InsideView. InsideView allows us to directly import companies and contact into SugarCRM, saving a ton of time and effort.
You might want to consider having your bizdev person connect with InsideView. It might be worth it for you.

Include a card scan feature in the iPhone app!
It would make nimble so much more effective if we were able to scan and save business cards right in the iPhone app. It should be able to capture a pic of BOTH the front and back of the card, and import the data into nimble. It is VERY IMPORTANT for nimble to have a place to save the card images in case the user needs them for future reference (in case the data import misreads a number, etc). Thanks.
