  1. Give activities a URL so we can share a link to a task or event

    Currently, we are not able to share a task or an event with someone else, or give them a link in an e-mail.
    It makes it difficult to refer to a task ("John, please have a look at task xyz").

  2. Send a notification when someone comments a task I created

    When I create a task and someone adds a comment to it, I don't get notified. I should.
    If someone adds a comment to learn more about the task, I'm not able to answer because I'm not aware of the question/comment.

  3. Reduce the size of your google widget

    The google widget is way too intrusive, takes up too much room and is too busy.

    You need a 'lite' version or just a smaller, simpler version.

  4. Include more details in vCard Export

    Currently, vCard exports from Nimble contain only basic contact information.

    This is a request to add more information to vCard exports such as:

    • Profile Image
    • Contact Notes

  5. Support request read receipt on emails

    The lack of a "request read receipt" option on emails is stopping me switching fully over from Zoho to Nimble.

    Hey! I would like to know if it is possible with nimble to share a dashboard with time schedule, updates, notes regarding social accounts with another member of my team?

  7. The "Is this Joe Bloggs" feature

    When you are looking at a contact, you have the useful "is this also Joe Bloggs"? Quite often the suggestions are not and it would be great if you could have an "Ignore all future suggestions" for this person and also have it remember the suggestions you cancel out / click the 'x' button for.

  8. Would love to be able to sync Opentable contacts.

  10. @ Mentions history

    When we get a msg for a Twitter @ mention it would be great if we could see at least the previous tweet history as sometimes we cannot see what they are areferring to eg a message is received that says "@JamesWerrington that's a great idea!" - But not knowing what I tweeted before hand means I then have to leave Nimble and see.

  12. Move message back from Trash to Inbox

    Give option to move message(s) back to inbox after accidental deletion. I just accidentally deleted an important email message, but I can't bring it back to my inbox.

    As I see it, the questions people ask define the services they may need -- and the questions they answer often show what they wish to deliver... mine this and you have great leadgen & joint venture fodder :)

  14. send notice to contact when event is created

    This would eliminate the step of having to then log in to my Gmail account and sending the invite. Would be nice have that contact notification streamlined when I create an event/appointment that involves them.

  15. Add more batching features to Messages

    We need to be able to quickly let the entire team in on conversations we're having and currently we have to open the email in messages and do this one-by-one by clicking the padlock icon. If we were able to select a batch of emails and a padlock shows up next to the two icons currently there that seems ideal.

  16. Add last modified date to all CSV exports (especially for Deals)

    I'd like to be able to use Nimble to make sure we're hitting our weekly goals of outreach and I'm not sure how to accomplish that right now. We currently have all of our deals, interactions, notes, etc. in Nimble but no way to answer the question of "What's activity did we have this week?"

  19. Internal Chat Feature

    Would love to have "Nimble Chat" Just a simple instant messaging system in nimble that would allow people on the same account to talk to each other and the ability to create group chats would be nice as well.

  20. Preconfigured Outlook.com network/import

    You can use IMAP for outlook.com:

    imap-mail.outlook.com (993)
    smtp-mail.outlook.com (587)

    Folder mapping is the same for all outlook.com mailboxes.

    It could be easy to prepare receipt for all users in "Networks and Import" page for hotmail/outlook.com accounts.

    Do you want to have this e-mail provider simplified in Nimble?
