  2. Need to seperate Contacts and Leads

    I think I need to seperate Contacts with leads, so that we aim to convert leads to contacts.

  3. Add a contact using Nimble mobile app

    The ideal situation would be for me to add new contacts as I visit/see customers, rather than doing so on my desktop when returning to the office. I can do this in a minute on my phone in between things I'm doing throughout the day. Actually, I'm surprised this very basic functionality doesn't exist. I'd want to make sure that I can add 'tags' to it too, as this is how I upload new contacts to my Mailchimp email prospective list.

  4. do not consider a newsletter blast to be a personal connection made

    The system states "contacted x months/days ago," when in fact I've only received a newsletter from this person. In other words, I'm on their email list.

    It would be helpful if this kind of broadcast communication wouldn't be considered as a personal connection or interaction.

  6. The Update button and the Edit button are on different sides of the layout.

    The Update button is on the Left, then Edit button is on the right. I have to swoop from side to side as I edit, then update a contact record.

  7. When I move to a contact detail view, I'd like the Pending/History tab to have focus

    When I move from contact to contact, I always start by reviewing the Pending/History tab. I don't want the UI to remember the focus from the last contact, I want it to start over.

  9. Set start and finish times of day

    I would like the ability to set the start and end times of my day.

    While I like how the default calendar view shows when my next closest appoint for the day is I don't like so much when I am looking to enter a new appointment. If say it is 3:00 pm and I want to see at a glance what times I have free over the next morning or three I have to scroll up or down to see.

    If I had a default view that at a glance showed the hours of my working day (say 8:00…

  10. Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam . . . .

    It wouldn't have to connect backwards to Gmail, but the ability to flag a message as Spam, and have it automatically dump into a spam folder would be AWESOME. I love nimble. Gmail doesn't provide the same functionality w/o numerous clunky plugins. But the absence of a spam filter makes me want to avoid my email all together.

    Thank you for writing in.

    We do not plan on adding support for .xlsx formatting as opposed to .csv format because you already have the ability to export from Excel to CSV when you save your spreadsheet.

    When you save your file in Excel, choose the file format to be “CSV (MS-DOS) Format”, and you will be able to import to Nimble.

  12. Search Results: Add "View More" option (or add Next/Prev to top of page)

    In the contacts search results, it's difficult to move quickly through contacts. Few results means I have to scroll to the bottom to see Next/Previous. Please either allow me to see more results per page (50, 100) or at least add Next/Previous to the top.

  13. Add the ability to save/track a search term in Signals

    I would love to be able to save a tab or somehow track particular brand keywords in the Signals area of Nimble.

  14. Forwarding NOTE or any history item to outside relation/email

    I log emails and notes. Often I need to inform others I registered something on that contact. For instance a log of a call.

    It would be helpful to be able to forward such a note/activity to an external email to infor the other you noted/did something. At the same time the email is registered at that person, so you know and have prove you informed that person.

    This is a common feature in many leading CRM system and lacks in Nimble.

  15. Show comments on deals and tasks in the tasklist view, contact "pending & history" and the deals view

    I would be nice to have a show all the comments when you contact a person and not only show the headlines.

  16. expand notes and activities within the history feed instead of making the notes open as a pop-up.

    Rationale:
    Right now the only thing we see in the history feed is two lines. When I click on a note to check if it has the info I need, a pop-up opens. When it doesn't have the info I need, I need to move my mouse in order to click back out. I find this very annoying.

    Instead, I would like to be able to click to expand the note within the history stream. This way, if it's the wrong note, I can easily click in the same place to collapse the note.

    In addition, this functionality goes hand…

  17. Add check list to deal stages

    It would be great if it was possible to add checklists of tasks to be completed before you could move a deal to the next stage.

    And it would be even greater if a deal with checklists could be saved as a template for future deals.

  18. include email field in deal export csv

    if we want to send follow up email to 40 people who buy the same deal, we can't search by deal and export so we have to export all deals and sort, but the CSV file doesn't contain the email addresses.

  19. Twitter Direct Message (DM) broadcasts to specific groups

    Like: http://www.socialbro.com/twitter-dm-campaigns

    Be able to send out personalized DMs to a custom sample of your followers, making sure your messages are targeted at the right people, saving your time and ensuring you are not sending out messages to those who will have no interest in them. Use Nimble's contact tags and filtering options to segment the group of followers you wish to target.

  20. Be able to create customisable bit.ly domains (the bit.ly API allows this)

    Using bit.ly custom domains (e.g. mydmn.co/[shortened link] vs. bit.ly/[shortened link] or nimb.li/[shortened link]) does 2 things:

    1) Improved branding
    2) Allows action tracking
