  1. ecquire integration to capture email and data straight into nimble

    When emailing someone, or receiving a email, the data is captured and submitted to the crm so sales dont have to spend their time typing in data

  2. Exclude from banner contacts that already have KIT reminders set.

    The "top contacts" banner across the top includes contacts for which I have already set KIT reminders. Could you exclude those contacts from the banner?

  5. Add An Anchor when Importing a Contact from Long List

    In Signals > Twitter > searching a company's Followers > and decide to Import Contact...would be nice to NOT return to the top of the list but remain at same spot. Create an anchor, if you will.

  7. identifying a group of contacts based on email criteria such as subject line

    This would enable me to select a group of contacts based on email criteria, and then work with the group, such as adding a tag or exporting the group to a mailchimp list.

  8. Ability to share/collaborate on Stay in Touch and Important Contacts lists

    I would love the ability for everyone on my team to be able to all receive and sync the same Stay in Touch reminders.

    We work in a small team and all share the same responsibility and contacts.

    Maybe not separate "Stay in Touch" groups, but perhaps just an option to make the Stay in Touch feature global throughout the company network?

  9. Ability to email out a request to ones contact(s) requesting they update their contact info.

    Ability to email out a request to ones contact(s) requesting they update their contact info. Salesforce has this and it's a very good feature to ensure your data stays current, right from contact themselves. Updated info from contact would be mapped to correct fields automatically within Nimble.

  12. make it possible to connect logged contact notes to deals and vice versa

    Notes logged in deals cannon be related/connected to contacts and/or companies eventhough these notes involve both the deal and the contact/companie. To get a complete picture i need to look in the deal notes and the contact notes to see al relevant information.

    It would be helpfull if logged notes appear in all related items. This way one on note has to be logged and all information is available across all related items (Deal, Contact and Compagie)

  13. Let users know notes will not be sent to contacts in events

    When setting up an event, just put a line of text that says notes/email will not be sent to this contact. I had to do a lot of searching and testing to be sure this wasn't happening.

  14. Add "are these people important" to iPhone App

    I have just started with Nimble and I have 3000 contacts via various channels. I would love to be able to be able to hack through them all via the App whilst I'm travelling, marking them as important (schedule contact reminders) or not. The App is pretty weak as it stands and this would be a a big plus.

  17. Option to exclude certain criteria from triggering 'stay in touch'

    There should be an option to choose which activities you want to reset the 'stay in touch' for your contacts. For example, I do not want things like twitter @ tweets to reset the reminder, but I do want emails, twitter DMs, etc. I want to make sure I am making a personal connection to each contact at certain times of the year, and I don't want twitter conversations to interfere with this.

  18. create functionality allowing users to email information INTO Nimble

    One of my favorite functionalities in Evernote is my ability to send information to my notebooks by email. I would love to be able to forward documents and other contact-related information into Nimble. For instance, sometimes I'll have a conversation ABOUT a contact by email with somebody who isn't in my contacts database. It would be soooo helpful to be able to simply forward that conversation to Nimble with a tag.

  20. allow those in the same company to edit one another's deals.

    As someone working in a team of a few people, not being able to edit one another's deals makes it hard as we often need to pass things between us.
