  2. I'd like to be able to close any deal

    I have final check off on deals before we invoice, so I need to be able to move deals created by others in my team to Close Deal, but I can only do this with my own deals. Could I have super-powers please?

  3. Browser plugin which detect and interact with names

    Create a browser plugin / extension (chrome, firefox, etc) that detects person / social names. Put some design (dotted underline?) around every detected name on a page, when clicking, give a menu with some actions as : Add as contact, or if an existing contact, things that are in the current 'take action' menu.

  4. add inbox zero tools

    Take a page from handle, the email game, or mailbox and add simple productivity functionality to blaze through the inbox.

    This is standing between me being able to live inside of nimble and having to leave for most messaging -- particularly that initial onte at the beginning of the day.

  6. add new/reccuring field to a new deal

    We really need to differentiate new cleints vs upsales.
    I suggest you add this filed (new/exicting client) to new deal interface.
    Also some filters in Deals would help too.

  7. Add more Advanced Search criteria

    This is a feature request to add the ability to search by multiple criteria in advanced search such as:

    • Begins With

    • Greater Than/Less Than/Equal To

    • Birthday

    If you have any additional ideas for queries to add to Advanced Search, please include them in the comments and we will update this feature request.

    Hi,

    We plan on adding more criteria to Advanced Search.

    For now, we have added “Is Not” as advanced search criteria.

    We also have “Or” as criteria for search, if you search for "Find people or companies that match “any” of the following", it will function as an “Or” search.

    If you search for "Find people or companies that match “all” of the following", it will function as an “And” search.

    We will need to do more work to add search for numerical values such as “Greater/Less/Equal to” and the same goes for “Birthdays”. We will update this thread when we have more information on these fronts.

  9. direct edit contact in list

    when selecting a contact in the list it would be nice to offer to directy to edit it. Now you have to open it and then press on edit

  10. Import a social contact as a Company not a Person

    Every Morning I start by adding new contacts into Nimble. I hover over, "Other Engagement Opportunities" and check our new, "Messages" stream to add all of the people we are engaging with as Nimble contacts. However, Nimble will only import contacts as people. I would love to see a little drop-down arrow with an, "import as company" selection! That way when I import, "TheHockeyNews" from twitter it wont appear in my contacts as a name, |FNAME| The |LNAME| HockeyNews rather I would be able to select import as company and proceed to fill out other field identifiers.   14. Offer a German version

    I'm thinking of using Nimble with an Austrian team. Don't know yet how they will handle Nimble in English. A German version would make it much easier.

  15. Return to your place on campaign list as opposed to trying to find where you were

    Hello
    I am just wondering could the following feature be considered?
    When working from a list like a Campaign list if there could be a way of keeping your place in the list?
    Currently I select an account from the list and go to it, make a call log my notes/tasks etc and then go back to the list, scrolling down through the list to find my place again and just thought it would be great if you could go back to where you were on the list.

  16. Color coding for last contact

    Red- green is the worst combination because most color blind people can't see the difference. Green to blue...meaning all is good to go (green), until contact is getting cold (blue) I think you should consider colors and icon design witch include what if a person is color blind. You will find, I bet a lot of color blind people are in a sales related position.

  17. add multiple intergrations from wufoo and mail chimp

    We have multiple businesses with leads coming from different sources. It would be great to be able to add multiple wufoo or mailchimp accounts as the sources go to different places.

  19. Option to turn off Merge Confirmation

    ... allow turning off Merge Confirmation when doing lots of them.

    Right now, being asked every time to confirm is also a pain in this case. I understand it makes sense when you occasionally invoke the function

    Hi Sergiu,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    Unfortunately, we do not plan on turning off this function because it provides much more value to our users as a warning before merging.

    To avoid receiving this message, I recommend exporting all of your contacts to CSV.

    From the CSV file, merge the duplicate contacts in Excel.

    Next, delete the contacts in Nimble, then run the import with all of the merged contacts on the clean CSV to Nimble.

  20. Create a better, more complete and faster follow-up feature

    Hello Nimble Team,

    I know that you have developed a "Complete and create another task" option. It's great. But I don't think it's perfect. Here's why.

    When I give a phone call as a first way to get in touch with a potential client for the first time. I'll end up asking for his email and the possibility to send a brochure. But sending the email with the brochure is a part of this "First Contact" activity.

    So I would prefer to have a few icons in the activity window on which I could click and briefly say what to…
