  1. The colors used in message titles/senders seem inconsistent

    It may just be me, but I find that the colors used in the message tab for subject lines and senders are inconsistent and as a result, confusing.

    For example:

    • In one message thread with 4 messages from the same person, one instance of the recipient name is blue, but the others are black, even though they come from the same email address, and the email address is already in Nimble. (i.e. the email address should be recognized by the system in each instance).

    • Inside a message thread, I thought that when names appear green, it means I'm not connected…

  4. load the latest version when I start Nimble and not bother me with 'New Version' messages.

    It's great to see so many changes coming through in the Nimble product. However I find it annoying to be prompted to load a new version a couple of hours after I've started work. And the 'Not now' message just delays the reminder for what, 15 minutes. Loading the latest version when I start the day, and not being interrupted, or at least having the option to select 'Next time I start Nimble' would be better.

  5. Require admin approval for creating domain-owner contacts

    We would like to share all customer correspondence across the company - all other emails should in principle be left private for each user.

    Since all messages for a contact are being stored with each contact, I would strongly suggest to require admin approval before accepting creation of owners domain contacts - ie. I can delete my companys internal contacts every now and then, but they will reappear every time someone syncs their social network. Thus, in order to maintain client correspondence sharing, while not allowing everyone in the company to access each others whole inbox, I need to ensure,…

    Our privacy features in Nimble focus on message privacy for now. By default, all of your team member messages will be private, even if you share the same contacts on your social networks and in Nimble.

    The only way you will be able to see a team members’ messages will be if they set their messages to Public in Nimble’s settings or on an individual message thread.

  8. Allow users to have a bit more freedom with email sigs

  9. End of week = Sunday; but in business terms it is better to use Friday

    In Activities Scheduling I suggest to change "This Week" to be Friday EOB (end of business).
    That way the reminders (Nimble daily) will include the outstanding stuff by Friday instead of being overlooked until Sunday... - where I prefer not to work too much ;-) !

  10. add a Twitter auto-responder feature, that would negate having to have a mailchip or Aweber account.

  11. Include Google Chat transcripts in contact records as a message

    I use Google Chat / Gchat to talk to partners, vendors and customers. My Gmail saves these chat transcripts, but I can't see them in Nimble. It would be great if Nimble included chat transcripts. Then it would truly be a comprehensive record of communications (in Google Apps / Gmail), and I wouldn't need to keep Gmail open alongside it.

  12. Provide a way to "expand all" posts and comments

    We have very heavy participation on our Facebook page. I'd like to review everything without having to click so many times. Right now, you first have to click on the "15 comments" link, then you see just a couple. So you again have to click on the "View all 15 comments" link. Would be nice to have expand/collapse all options!

    Hi,

    As of right now, we don’t have plans to add this feature to Nimble because of limitations from the Facebook Pages API.

    We will explore options to have a better integration with Facebook Pages, but we do not have it on the table for our plans in 2013.

    Please continue to vote for this feature if you are interested, and we will reconsider opening this feature again if it receives enough votes.

    For now, I recommend using Hootsuite and the Hootsuite-Nimble integration to manage your Facebook Pages feed and contacts.

  13. show the entire message body for social stream

    Currently, if the original post in a social stream is longer than the allowed characters, there is no way to see the entire message. Ugh. So: let's show the entire message, no batter how long it is!

  14. update the list of countries

    Please, add Montenegro and Serbia to the list of countries in contacts. There is no Yugoslavia any more, too.

  15. Tag emails by matching "Reply-To" address

    I get a reasonable number of emails from a service that send the email from their address, but sets the repply-to address to the name of the prospect. These are typically from a site where a prospect requests information and as such are valuable emails that I need tied to their record.

    Unfortunately, we do not plan to send email activity exports out of Nimble for reporting purposes.

    This currently falls out of the scope of our product.

  18. Selectively sync from all sources

    It'd be great to be able to selectively sync from all sources. How? I'm unsure. One way could be to sync groups from sources - like using Lists in Twitter. Another could be to import, and then "mark as deleted" and "do not import" again for when you sync a second, third and fourth time etc. Or both. In effect, I only want to be able to import the contacts I'm interested in.

  19. grouping emails via company name

    I was trying to setup nimble and added my google apps account. It was nice that nimble was able to import all contacts into the contacts. However, I think nimble can be smarter about how it imports contacts so that nimble is more organized upon start up.

    For instance, I have many customer correspondence from some company acme who email always ends in @acme.com. Instead of simply creating contact, nimble should do the following

    1. group contacts from the same @... under the same company
    2. prompt user if he she wants to use the work between @ and .com/net as the…

  20. Formstack integration.

    I really like Nimble. But I need more integration options. Wufoo just doesn't do what I need. (Fully-functional Freshbooks integration, intergation with google calendar and google docs.)
    I think that a Formstack integration would bring me back to Nimble.
