Add the ability to export Notes and Activities for Contacts, Companies and Deals
It would be great to export notes for contacts, companies and deals to have backup documentation of the work.

Over an API, be able to match an inputted email address and output the account's associated social ID's, handles, and associated accounts
Say if I put down abc@gmail.com, the API output would tell me that this email is associated with @abc on twitter and his facebook account is http://facebook.com/123abc

remove scroll bar from bottom of "Deals" category
I'm coming to Nimble after having used Pipedrive for deal flow management. Putting a scroll bar at the bottom is asinine considering that the full width of the screen isn't utilized. Allow users to see the full picture, even if at the expense of shrinking the information. I only have 4 columns + "close deal" and not getting the full view adds unnecessary complication to an otherwise smooth application.

Allow CUSTOM time periods for "stay in touch"
Really, really need the ability to select "Custom" and enter own time period (right from same screen) for which I wish to "Stay in Touch." Often I'm finding that neither weekly, monthly, quarterly, nor annually are appropriate.

Better and preferably Superior search Functionality
Search functionality stinks. The search in the top right window would be better as a catch all. If I type in a name that has a middle initial it will not show up: IE type in John Smith and if the individual has a middle initial IE John K. Smith, he will not propagate; this is a must fix/must get it right in my opinion. Not locating contacts is a non-starter. You should also not have to go to an advanced search function in this situation. This seems to be market standard on every other contact list I have ever…

Add the option to log a phone call (instead of using the "Log Activity" option for this)
How can a CRM not have the option to log a phone call? Using the "Log Activity" option instead doesn´t seem to make much sense - as activities are basically tasks in Nimble (and are not treated as contacts with a client in regard to the "stay in touch" functionality).
This seems very basic and obvious to me. Am I missing something?

Thank you for writing in.
We do not have plans on changing our email signature function at this time.
If you need help converting a signature to HTML, I suggest using this free online tool:
http://knopok.net/text-to-html.html
In this tool, create your signature, then export the source code to HTML and paste the code in Nimble’s settings.

I would like to be able to book space in my own calendar for me to keep free that is not necessarily related to a particular task

Set start and finish times of day
I would like the ability to set the start and end times of my day.
While I like how the default calendar view shows when my next closest appoint for the day is I don't like so much when I am looking to enter a new appointment. If say it is 3:00 pm and I want to see at a glance what times I have free over the next morning or three I have to scroll up or down to see.
If I had a default view that at a glance showed the hours of my working day (say 8:00…

Ability to share/collaborate on Stay in Touch and Important Contacts lists
I would love the ability for everyone on my team to be able to all receive and sync the same Stay in Touch reminders.
We work in a small team and all share the same responsibility and contacts.
Maybe not separate "Stay in Touch" groups, but perhaps just an option to make the Stay in Touch feature global throughout the company network?

Add check list to deal stages
It would be great if it was possible to add checklists of tasks to be completed before you could move a deal to the next stage.
And it would be even greater if a deal with checklists could be saved as a template for future deals.

Make TAG's a DropDown!!!!!!!!! - and not that you have to type
i hate when the program is so lazy that they do not allow for drop down on obvious List field. this forces me to remember, did I call Wedding or Weddings or Ceremony etc... Bad Practice

Allow custom sorting of tasks by priority/importance (ideally by click and drag per the do.com CRM app)

At the current moment, we do not plan on adding specific sorting to tasks on the Activities page.
You may “Star” activities to visually show their importance, and these starred tasks are also visible if you segment your activities by “Starred” on the left-hand side of the activity list.

Improve the messaging experience so I can stop flipping back to gmail
I am really trying to "live inside" Nimble.
The problem is: my life moves too fast for the messaging system, and it lacks the richness of gmail's web interface and even some aspects of hand.le
Specifically:
1) the inbox is far from real-time in refreshing
2) then there's the wait message relating to messages being synched (that I don't see in other apps)
3) Messages frequently have formatting issues / issues with in-line graphics
4) After every action, I am dumped back at my inbox, when I really wand to move onto the next message.

Thank you for your suggestion.
We do not plan on making improvements to messaging from within Nimble in the near future.
Instead, we plan on launching a widget for Gmail by the end of the year. This widget will allow you to interact with all of your Nimble contacts from Gmail, and allow you to add new contacts from Gmail.
Our idea behind this initiative is to help bring Nimble to our users in their workflow, and it is going to be a very exciting launch.
