  1. Set start and finish times of day

    I would like the ability to set the start and end times of my day.

    While I like how the default calendar view shows when my next closest appoint for the day is I don't like so much when I am looking to enter a new appointment. If say it is 3:00 pm and I want to see at a glance what times I have free over the next morning or three I have to scroll up or down to see.

    If I had a default view that at a glance showed the hours of my working day (say 8:00…

  3. Ability to share/collaborate on Stay in Touch and Important Contacts lists

    I would love the ability for everyone on my team to be able to all receive and sync the same Stay in Touch reminders.

    We work in a small team and all share the same responsibility and contacts.

    Maybe not separate "Stay in Touch" groups, but perhaps just an option to make the Stay in Touch feature global throughout the company network?

  4. Add check list to deal stages

    It would be great if it was possible to add checklists of tasks to be completed before you could move a deal to the next stage.

    And it would be even greater if a deal with checklists could be saved as a template for future deals.

  5. Make TAG's a DropDown!!!!!!!!! - and not that you have to type

    i hate when the program is so lazy that they do not allow for drop down on obvious List field. this forces me to remember, did I call Wedding or Weddings or Ceremony etc... Bad Practice

  7. Allow custom sorting of tasks by priority/importance (ideally by click and drag per the do.com CRM app)

    This would help me stay focused on the top priorities day by day.

    Thank you for writing in.

    At the current moment, we do not plan on adding specific sorting to tasks on the Activities page.

    You may “Star” activities to visually show their importance, and these starred tasks are also visible if you segment your activities by “Starred” on the left-hand side of the activity list.

  8. Improve the messaging experience so I can stop flipping back to gmail

    I am really trying to "live inside" Nimble.

    The problem is: my life moves too fast for the messaging system, and it lacks the richness of gmail's web interface and even some aspects of hand.le

    Specifically:
    1) the inbox is far from real-time in refreshing
    2) then there's the wait message relating to messages being synched (that I don't see in other apps)
    3) Messages frequently have formatting issues / issues with in-line graphics
    4) After every action, I am dumped back at my inbox, when I really wand to move onto the next message.

    Hi Andy,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    We do not plan on making improvements to messaging from within Nimble in the near future.

    Instead, we plan on launching a widget for Gmail by the end of the year. This widget will allow you to interact with all of your Nimble contacts from Gmail, and allow you to add new contacts from Gmail.

    Our idea behind this initiative is to help bring Nimble to our users in their workflow, and it is going to be a very exciting launch.

  10. Box.com File and Folder Integration

    Box provides much better control for file and folder security and management than Dropbox and Google Drive currently does. Box also provides a nice secure workflow for collaboration on documents, such as those involved in sales opportunities and contract negotiations as it allows you to invite outside collaborators that may not otherwise have a Box account and allow limited access to documents for limited periods of time. Adding Box.com integration might be preferable to organizations that have more than a few Nimble users.

  11. add alarms for meeting, events, tasks

    Alarms keep our team on time for everything. I guess a work around it to go into Google Cal and set an alarm there???

  12. add inbox zero tools

    Take a page from handle, the email game, or mailbox and add simple productivity functionality to blaze through the inbox.

    This is standing between me being able to live inside of nimble and having to leave for most messaging -- particularly that initial onte at the beginning of the day.

  14. Make it possible search/export 'people' by 'company' fields

    I want to set up custom fields within a company record so that I can group them by a number of parameters such as 'Type' (e.g. School, Retailer, etc), or 'Revenue Band' ($1-5m, $5-10m, etc).

    Then, I want to search for and potentially export all the contacts (people) from within that group of companies (e.g. I may want to target contacts from 'Retailers' earning revenues of between '$1-5m' for a sales campaign).

    This feels like it should be a fundamental feature of the advanced search, but I can't seem to figure it out without the use of tags on companies…

    When I'm writing an email to someone, It would be NICE if I could also create notes / see my notes on the right side of my screen .

  17. allow "take action" when selecting multiple contact

    When importing a great amount of contacts, I'd like to be able to select a bunch of them and add a task "Contact next week". For the moment, I have to go into each contact profile to individually add the same task.

  18. expand notes and activities within the history feed instead of making the notes open as a pop-up.

    Rationale:
    Right now the only thing we see in the history feed is two lines. When I click on a note to check if it has the info I need, a pop-up opens. When it doesn't have the info I need, I need to move my mouse in order to click back out. I find this very annoying.

    Instead, I would like to be able to click to expand the note within the history stream. This way, if it's the wrong note, I can easily click in the same place to collapse the note.

  19. Import a social contact as a Company not a Person

    Every Morning I start by adding new contacts into Nimble. I hover over, "Other Engagement Opportunities" and check our new, "Messages" stream to add all of the people we are engaging with as Nimble contacts. However, Nimble will only import contacts as people. I would love to see a little drop-down arrow with an, "import as company" selection! That way when I import, "TheHockeyNews" from twitter it wont appear in my contacts as a name, |FNAME| The |LNAME| HockeyNews rather I would be able to select import as company and proceed to fill out other field identifiers.
