    Opening and clicking of emails greatly signify engagement with your company and brand.

    Companies like Marketo understand this. The more emails a person opens or clicks, the more of a hot lead they are, the higher they are scored. Knowing which leads are the hottest allows you to focus your marketing efforts on those people. It allows you to know which 20% to focus 80% of your effort on.   2. have a visual, drag & drop, deals pipeline interface like Pipedrive

    Pipedrive has an interface that shows deals in columns under each stage of the pipeline . They also allow you to drag & drop deals from one stage to another on this interface. The perfect CRM for me would be the nimble contact/social manager + the pipeline deal manager.

  3. << Back to List

    WHen I click on a Person in Deal view, it brings up the contact page with the most recently used contact tab open. LOVE THIS! So intuitive and useful.

    The link at the top: << Back to List

    works well when reaching the contact from List of contacts, but when reaching the contact from Deals, it takes you back to Contacts instead of Deals.

    I'd like to see THIS at the top:

  4. Deals are Failing Me

    I am managing close to 100 ACTIVE deals and about ready to stop using the DEALS feature all together due to it's limitations. (My alternative would be to use contact tags to create my own system for viewing/reporting.)

    The kinds of limitations I mean are the following:

    • An inability to sort search result views
    • No "last contacted" days count column (sortable by)
    • No Advanced search (Deal name, person, company, days since contact, active/won/lost, etc)
    • When I change deal "stage" or status and click Update, the deal list returns and the deal USUALLY still appears at the old stage and/or old…

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in, we apologize for the time it took us to respond to this request.

    As of right now, we have added top-down sorting to deals.

    We have also improved search in the Deals tab. We have also added the new pipeline view to deals.

    We are currently finalizing our last contacted feature for Contacts and we will look into adding lost contacted details to Deals at a later point.

    Lastly, if you are ever experiencing any bugs in Nimble, please write us at care@nimble.com and we will be able to escalate the process in a much quicker manner.

  5. improve the speed of nimble

    some of my team have refrained from using the site because it can feel very slow. it is not an internet speed issue, it feels like your servers are taking a while to churn through things

  6. For Tasks and Events, have a 'Complete and Create' option

    Most tasks and events lead to another task or event, since the objective is to 'move the prospect to the next step'.

    Therefore, as well as the 'Tick' to complete an activity, can there be a 'Tick and Plus' option, so that the current activity can be closed, and a new activity panel presented, pre-populated with contact details, so the new task/event can be created seamlessly.

  7. Sort search results matching a company with company first, contacts later

    When searching for a company record, I get all the contacts returned as well. This is sometimes useful (if I'm looking for a contact, but can't remember the name),

    But it can make it a real pain to find the company record if there are lots of contacts at the company.

    By default, if search is matching the "company" field within a contact, this should be listed AFTER the actual company record

    Hi Tim,

    If you go to Advanced Search and run a search for “Companies Only”, you will not see people belonging to those companies returned in the results.

  9. Sync with Outlook calendar

    We'd really like to see syncing between nimble and Outlook calendar, rather than just Google calendar.
    The options for SMEs seem to be to go the way of 1) Google or 2) Microsoft. With Microsoft's new Office 365 platform (which we use) it's very straightforward to have an Outlook Exchange email account and calendar etc. set up, all as an online service without the need for seriously technical people! Integration with Outlook for calendar and contacts (I believe the contact integration has already been included on another post) is an absolute essential.

  10. Enable search by NOT variables such as "No email"

    Make a binary "Not" search in Advanced search. This would allow a user to clean up their database by looking for people / companies with missing information such as emails.

  11. Advanced Search should allow you to search for any fields not just a few (ie: lead status)

  13. Make the search bar more prominent

    It'd be great if you made the search bar easier to get to. It's currently placed over to the right and not very prominent. What'd be great is if it was better placed, close to the main buttons people use, such as adding contacts.

    Thank you for submitting this request. Nimble now features “Last Contacted Date” for all inbound and outbound interactions.

    We are also adding sorting by last date of contact to Nimble’s contact lists to make it easier to keep in touch with important connections!

  15. Public Api to allow adding contacts and adding custom field data.

    Can we have a public api soon. I would love to integrate gravity forms on my wordpress site with nimble. To add new contacts but also to add extra details on to existing contacts.

  17. increase search capabilities

    I'd like to narrow down the contacts I'm searching for in similar to the way I search for a pair of shoes to buy on Zappos: black, size 9, 3.5" heel, etc., except I'd be able to narrow down my search by clicking on the tags I've created: google, people, portland, etc.

  18. Create a contact directly from new email/social interaction

    I'd like to have the ability to simply click on an email/social interaction that's not yet a contact and create a contact from it. When receiving emails from prospects or interacting with new contacts, this would allow not having to create the contact from scratch.

  19. Please make the Facebook field on the contact info form an open URL field.

    Whenever I try to save a Facebook address in the Facebook field, the system tells me that the Facebook address does not exist. I know this is not true since I am copying directly from the address bar and in some cases it even happens with the Facebook accounts that Nimble finds on its own. Please just make this a field that will accept any URL so I can save Facebook accounts.

    To be able to add profiles from Facebook to Nimble, you must first have Facebook connected in Settings >> Networks & Imports.

    Once this is verified, you will be able to add Facebook profiles to records in Nimble.
