Show more tags in the contact list view
On the right side of the contact view you show 1 or 2 tags. If there are any more you show "...". Why not change this to show a vertical stack of all the contact tags on the right? Looking at the tags that way is a lot faster than clicking on the "..." to see the tags for each contacts.

Make "is not" a search option for tags.
for refining search results.
When i connected Twitter, all 3.5k of my followers were imported. Only really want to track those that I'm following, but can't filter them out at the minute.
29 votesHi,
Your feature request for searching tags by “is not” is now available in Nimble!
Thank you for your feedback and support for this feature!

Add ability to mark meetings / tasks as not completed
If someone cancells a meeting or if a task can no longer be completed - it would be useful to be able to record this. At the moment, unless you want to delete the activity (which means you then lose all the comments associated with it) you either have to mark the task as completed or just leave the meeting - in both cases when looking back at a contacts record the activities look like they were completed sucesfully - unless you take the trouble to click and read through any comments which were added. If they have a red…
1 voteHi,
You may now mark tasks as incomplete after they have been marked as complete. We definitely want to let you switch things around if plans change.
Thank you for your feedback and support!

enable a feature where you can schedule tweets and facebook status updates.
Since CoTweet, owned by ExactTarget, is shutting down CoTweet, it would be advantageous to include this feature in Nimble. Having the ability to track it which of those contacts in our account have viewed and/or clicked would be a nice too.

Enhanced Mailchimp Integration
Provide better integration with MailChimp, with a true Sync Feature (2-way) and also provide mapping of additional fields - especially custom fields.
This allows for more flexibility when putting together email campaigns in MailChimp. Example: I divide my contacts in to 50+ regions, based upon there location. To seperate these today with Nimble/MailChimp I will have to create 50+ mailing list (and maintain all those seperate list exports). However, if the custom fields are mapped, I have one list to manage, and can filter out by the custom fields when preparing the campain.569 votesHi Everyone,
We now feature 2-way sync with MailChimp, including syncing unsubscribes, tagging contacts based on rules, and syncing custom fields from MailChimp to Nimble via our all-new PieSync integration.
Our PieSync integration allows you to set up a trial with unlimited contact syncs for 14 days and then you may keep up to 2,000 contacts in sync for free if you do not upgrade.
Learn more about the integration here – https://support.nimble.com/third-party-integrations/getting-started-with-piesync-and-nimble

Integrate with Dropbox
I think a Dropbox integration would be neat for storing documents and such. You could create a Nimble folder in your Dropbox account and then use it for storing documents to attach to messages in Dropbox.
164 votesHi,
We now have an integration with Dropbox.
To access the integration, go to a Contact in Nimble, select the paperclip “attachment” icon, and then authorize into Dropbox.
Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/8D7tLookL
After authorizing into Dropbox, you will see all of your files and you may select the files that you want to associate with your contact.

Thank you for all of your feedback and support for this feature! If you have any questions related to the integration, please send us an email at care@nimble.com.

Show feed of all contacts social activity
I want to see a (Twitter) stream of all my contacts posts, regardless of whether or not I'm following them.
So I can see at a glance what people are up to and maybe start following them.
Or even better, be able to select Following/Not Following/Both.10 votes -
Customised Web Tab
It would be great if a custom tab could be created that acted link an embedded web page but could have custom content from the current record embedded in it. Specifically link GoldMine's GM+View.
So web page, I can pass into it ZIP/Postcode and I can then script in the webpage (as it looks at MY server) Google maps integration or my accounts system etc.
7 votesWe now have a feature in Nimble that accomplishes this, it’s called “External Web Pages”.
To access this feature, go to Settings >> Integrations in Nimble and select the “External Web Pages” integration.
For details on setup, please see our article here: Enabling External Web Pages in Nimble
On this link, we have examples that can help you look up contacts on Yahoo or Bing maps, Google doesn’t allow access to their systems through iframe, unfortunately.

UI using Nimble
When I go to Deals (Nimble via Browser) and click on an individual Deal the bradcrumb navigation shows <<Back to list. But that option brings me back to the contact list, recently viewed.
It should bring me back to Deals because that is where I came from.

contact categorization and source information
I use Nimble for job search. I find that it is very useful for me to categorize my contacts in two ways:
1, with a category number. This is what needs to be done. For instance, need to make initial contact, need to meet, need to respond immediately, need to nurture, etc. This is better than just a task as people tend to drop off the list if only a task.
2. need a field for the source of the contact. for instance you meet with Betty and she makes an intro to John. It's helpful to record that.THEN…
1 voteHi Frank,
You can categorize your contacts by source and category by using the custom fields feature in Nimble.
To access this feature, go to Settings >> Data Fields in Nimble and you’ll be all set!

Refine search function
I hope you can clean up your search function to be more accurate. Currently I have to search by on the first or last name I am looking for and them scroll through the options (or use advanced search). If I try to put in a full name it always comes up with no results.
This seems to be in part because many of my contacts have middle initial which get lumped into their first name because their is not a middle name field. (Or suffixes like Jr. in Last Name)
Even those without middle names don't show up when…1 voteHi,
You should now be able to search in Nimble with much more accuracy in your results.
If you type in a portion of a name, you should certainly see the correct results in search.
If you run into any issues, please write back to me and I’ll be happy to help.

allow for a more condensed view of contacts
Right now it feels like there is a lot of empty space and too much scrolling in the contacts view. It would help me to see more than five or six contacts on the screen. Perhaps a variable view option similar to Gmail's would be helpful
1 voteHi Matthew,
We now have a more compact view when you view contacts in Nimble. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Peson list ordered by Surname/Second name
Alex Smirnov and Alexey Smirnov could be the same person, so we need the "second name" ordering and view option.
Maybe you should and an option "how to show the contact":
- FirstName SecondName
- SecondName FirstName
- SecondName only
1 voteHi,
You can now sort contacts by first name or last name from the list view.
Thank you for your feedback and support!

Convert person to company
Allow me to change a record from a person to a company. When I import records, especially from Twitter, it brings them in as people, but many of them are companies or organizations, some of whom are listed in Nimble.

Add the most recent correspondence with a contact while still in list view.
It seems like over to the right on the list view there is a lot of real estate to put this type of information. Meaning, when I am in list view, I can click on the overall box which contains the contacts name, and to the right would appear all the correspondence, (just the date, method [i.e. gmail, twitter, etc.] and subject line) that I've had with this person, as well as calendar entries and/or tasks associated with that contact.
2 votesHi,
On the list view, we show the recently contacted date for all of your contacts.
Thank you for your feedback and support!

Show Klout Scores (and ability to sort by Klout)
As a social CRM, we need to be able to see how influential a contact is.
Adding Klout would be a very easy way to lookup how influential a person is when doing outreach or sales.16 votes -
Mapping IMAP settings with Nimble
By: Stephen Feldman
When mapping an exchange account with the IMAP settings, once you move the email into a folder, it is no longer viewable. The only way to see the email is to keep it in you inbox which is impossible to do when you get 150-200 emails a day. This is not an issue with gmail.
