  2. Don't Share Email w/ Team

    Sharing contacts, activities and deals company-wide is great, but if you have to also share email, the team functionality is unusable for most companies and organizations.

  3. add feature to detect suspected duplicates automatically.

    This is a must-have. Gimp has this feature. With over a thousand contacts (and broken navigation - about to file a bug over that) it is prohibitively difficult to find and merge duplicates.

  4. Capture and auto populate contact info into Nimble

    I would love the ability to capture a contact's name, email, phone, address etc from the web or snap a picture of a business card and have it automatically populate into Nimble.

    This is a function of Windows Based Contact Capture or Chrome Contact Clipper for Evernote.

  5. Make "is not" a search option for tags.

    for refining search results.

    When i connected Twitter, all 3.5k of my followers were imported. Only really want to track those that I'm following, but can't filter them out at the minute.

  8. have a visual, drag & drop, deals pipeline interface like Pipedrive

    Pipedrive has an interface that shows deals in columns under each stage of the pipeline . They also allow you to drag & drop deals from one stage to another on this interface. The perfect CRM for me would be the nimble contact/social manager + the pipeline deal manager.

  9. Create a contact directly from new email/social interaction

    I'd like to have the ability to simply click on an email/social interaction that's not yet a contact and create a contact from it. When receiving emails from prospects or interacting with new contacts, this would allow not having to create the contact from scratch.

  11. Add support for OneDrive for attaching files

    Currently you can attach files from Google Drive or Dropbox, but our company uses Sharepoint online and OneDrive. Has support for OneDrive been considered?

  12. Create a Nimble Contacts Widget Plug-In for Individual Gmail Accounts

    While the Nimble Contacts Widget for Google Apps accounts is great, it would be awesome to have this feature for individual Gmail accounts as well.

  13. Public Api to allow adding contacts and adding custom field data.

    Can we have a public api soon. I would love to integrate gravity forms on my wordpress site with nimble. To add new contacts but also to add extra details on to existing contacts.

  14. Add more due date / scheduling options for tasks

    Having been told by Lisa (Nimble employee) in the support forum that if I schedule a task for 'later' that it never becomes due or shows in my calendar - it would be good to be able to schedule tasts for 2 weeks time, or 3 weeks time. A 'schedule for week commencing' option would be a good way to do this.

  16. Build an integration or at least an import with PIPEDRIVE.com

    Perhaps you know pipedrive.com already. If not, have a look. This cloud service supports my sales activities with an extraordinary GUI. They have also integration with other programs like highrise. I will also introduce you to them.

  17. enable hyperlinks directly from email

    I would like to be able to create a hyperlink directly from text in an email. I often want to refer people to information on my website. You can "bold", "underline" etc by using the icons at the top of an email, "insert hyperlink" would be very useful. It's messy to send messages from Gmail, but that's the only way round this problem I have found.

  18. Add support for custom fields

    I have some information that I need to track for many of my companies. It would be helpful to be able to define custom fields in which to store this info and then filter the list of companies by this info.

    One example: I want to track to "reach" that a given company has. I represent this as a number. Ideally I would be able to filter to only companies with a reach in a certain range.

  20. ability to limit access when multi-users

    I want to bring my team onto nimble to easily share my contacts/jointly manage messages, etc. Ideally, one could have an option to share a contact/message w/ the whole team and/or with individuals within the team. When "share" available: suggest including a comments box for context with regard to sharing the contact. "contaxt" This way personal contacts/DMs remain personal.
