1. Better Message - Sorting, filtering (To/From), Searching

   This is one area that needs more work. The fact that you can't clearly filter to/from emails it just terrible.

   Please make this change so I don't have any excuse to leave Nimble!

2. Update "last contacted" of company when contacting one of their employees

   When contacting a user who works in a company, the "last contacted" section updates only for him and not for the company. I think it should update automatically, or at least give the option to do so.

5. To intergrate Evernote the same as way dropbox is integrated in Nimble, the easy way

   In the contact field, dropbox files can be attached. This is done by clicking on a document in dropbox and then the document icoon is shown. This icoon is a link to de document in dropbox.

   The same way of integrating Evernote is easy to realize. So i suggest integrating Evernote in a way that a note can be added to the contact as an attachment. This attachment is only a link to the actual note that then can be viewed as a webpage document.

6. Contacts need middle initial, suffix and prefix

   Need to add fields for middle initials, suffix's and prefix's, when you work with people with multiple given names and certain titles, it's important to address them appropriately. combining these names into fields reserved for first or last name just doesn't cut it when every other contact management software we use breaks those out. thanks.

   At the current moment, we don’t plan on adding the feature of including your own company logo in Nimble.

8. Add Custom Fields as Parameter options for External Web Pages

   I'd like to pull in an External Web Page that requires parameters that are not currently available by default.

   For me to get these parameter values into Nimble, I would need to import them into Custom Fields with each Account and/or Contact.

   If I was able to do this, I could pull in the order history for all my existing customers, into Nimble. As well as Add order history links into Contacts who order in the future.

   This is only one example of how this could be used, and the idea provides a simple yet effective way to connect other web pages that are not social oriented.

   I'd like to pull in an External Web Page that requires parameters that are not currently available by default.

   Very frustrating if you comment on the wrong task or make a mistake in a comment that once it;'s posted you can't go back in and edit or delete it

10. More features for notes

    Please add more features for new notes.
    Usually companies already have an old crm system with notes to every customer.
    If you try to add them to Nimble they get the date of the addition.It would be great, if you can add a feature to change the creation date, so it will be correctly placed in the History Stream.

    This is declined for now until this ability is available over social network APIs.

13. Focus on a $5/month end user solution that coexists with a corporate solution

    Using my Nimble trial has been wonderful and thought provoking. It appears to me hat you appear to be marketing Nimble primarily to the corporate entity, likely with 5-10 users, at $15/user/month.

    However, I think the question of "who owns relationships" is blurring these days. If I were a company looking to hire, I would give higher value to the candidate with the larger, more active social media reach.

    The salespeople who will kill it in this new game will be the ones who recognize the importance of a personal brand and great social reach.

    Today, those people are doing the best they can by connecting to their prospects and customers through linkedin. They also try to maintain a personal rolodex in Outlook psd's, Google Contacts, or Microsoft Excel.

    It seems to me that these folks would be willing to pay $5/month for a personal Nimble account to get control of all that. You could limit functionality by getting rid of the "deals" tab... probably some other things that only a corporate entity would need.

    Ideally, the personal account would be able to someone communicate or work in tandem with a Salesforce.com or Netsuite system at the employer level. It could even allow for the user to select certain contacts within his reach to "share" with the marketing at the corporate level.

    In this way, you could more quickly get an army of users promoting the ease-of-use and "hey, seriously, what are we doing in SFDC that we couldn't be doing in Nimble" idea of switching the corporate CRM platform to Nimble. And, they'd be doing it from the inside!

    Now, here's the tricky part that I haven't figured out yet. If you did succeed in switching the corporate CRM tool, how could you still let the individual keep his personal Nimble account somehow "in sync" with allowable activities/contacts on his corporate account?

14. Tag Merging

    Being able to merge two tags. For example, we have many cases where two users add the same thing with different spelling or capitalization. It would help organization if we could merge tags, perhaps by changing the name of one to match the other.

    For the time being, we must decline the ability to merge tags in Nimble because it is not a priority at this time.

    We have not prioritized this feature because users can merge two tagged groups through a work around in Nimble.

    If you would like to merge two tagged groups, go to Advanced Search.

    Next, add two search queries for “tag is” and add each of your tagged groups you would like to merge.

    After running your search, select the check box at the top of the list and click the text for “select all ## contacts”.

    After all contacts are selected, choose “Add Tags” and apply a new tag to the group.

    Once you have applied a new tag to these contacts, you will have successfully merged the contacts under a new tag.

    After merging contacts under a new tag, go to the Contacts tab and hover over each of your old tags to delete them.

    Once the old tags are deleted, you may rename the primary tag to whatever name you would like.

15. Add Next Action Date field to the Deals List.

    This would allow me to see that indeed there ARE next actions for every deal, and I could sort by next action to put these in chronological order. Right now I have no easy way to ensure that each of my deals has a next action, and can't get a feel for how my pipeline is progressing over time.

    It’s best to utilize tasks to define the next action for Deals in Nimble.

16. Multiple NIMBLE user account management

    i use NIMBLE at several companies through seperate accounts - it would be great to nimbly flick between accounts (similiar to pages in facebook),as the current switching between accounts is a little dificult.

19. Connect nimble with Meetup, so that I can see who I will know at Meetups / who I knew there and either attend or follow-up.

    I'd like to see in advance who I will know at a Meetup, and be able to follow up after a Meetup to ping people I knew / met there and engage them in conversations about it.

    At the current moment, we do not have plans to integrate Nimble with Meetup, although that would be a very cool integration to have!

20. let me import profiles of commenters on my facebook page

    If I post a photo to my company's facebook page, it gets a flood of commentary that I can see in Nimble. The names of the commenters are hyperlinked into Facebook and I can see their profiles there, but I can't save them as contacts in Nimble.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to access this information through Facebook’s API for Facebook Pages.

    If they allow us to have access to this contact information, we will definitely be happy to add a feature relating to it in Nimble.

    For now, this feature is tabled until further notice from Facebook.
