  1. When entering new contact info, automatically read a zip-code and fill in the city and state.

    when entering in new contacts, we should be able to type in the zipcode and have the system complete the city and state.

  2. Edit company file - websites error

    When I edit my own company record and update the websites at the bottom, the system keeps adding links to websites that are not mine.

    One from Amazon and another to an unknown Twitter account.

  3. Enable "Same as company address" option for contact

    I create a company. Now, when we add users, we have to again enter the address for each user. We should have an option of either fetching the company address by default when I mention the company name in the user page or have a small check box to say "Same as company address" so that the company address is copied to the individual user address feilds.

    Same with User's work website that can be as same as his company.

  5. I'd like to be able to list ONLY the address that I know is correct for a contact.

    The system imports others, ostensibly from social media, that are always incomplete, and/or incorrect. It is confusing and aesthetically looks terrible.

    I'm shocked at how bad the auto-detect is on for the merge feature. I imported several sources with overlapping data and went from 1300 to more than 4000 contacts, many of which have exactly the same first and last name. This needs to be much more automated and, like someone else mentioned, you should have the ability to choose which data become primary.

  7. Complete marketing automation for segments

    You guys are probably working on this already. I'm looking for a complete email marketing and automation for different segmented contacts. Despite the great group messaging tracking. Everything in the process of engaging with your contacts is still very manual. You have to check everyday to see if an email is working rather than a campaign dashboard.

    Having that option to have a sequence of emails while managing relationships through the platform would be great.

    I'd pay more for that

  9. Add New Deals created and New Activities to Zapier integration

    Currently Zapier integration is very very basic if we can have triggers on new deals and activities it would be an amazing stepforward and allow for the automation that you dont currently have

  10. toolbar to add contacts from any site

    I would like the ability to add contacts from any site on the web. Highlight the info, click button, add as contact. I have seen this in other CRM's with chrome/firefox toolbars and also with a list building tool egrabber.

    Hi,

    Thank you for submitting this feature request.

    We will review whether or not a toolbar add on for Nimble is feasible for adding new contacts and we will post an update to this forum once our Product team has given a full assessment.

    In the meantime, please try out our Nimble raplet for Rapportive, which can be found in Settings >> Integrations in Nimble. This is a great tool that allows you to create new contacts directly from email interactions.

  11. contact name on calendar

    Would be great to be able to see the contact name on the calendar with the event heading. Google Calendar has this as a Lab called "Who is my one on one with"

  12. Add ability to link companies

    It would be useful to be able to link companies together and track the type of relationship.

    For example: "Company A is owned by Company B".

  13. Please include ability to log Calls.

    Not just a Note, but something in the thread with Messages, updating Last Contacted.

    How can a CRM not have this? One should be able to see a chronological tracking of communications.

  14. Batch unduplicate !!!

    I have so many duplicates due to a failure in PieSync of Zapier. Manually unduping them is crazy. Google can you it, but is not synced and I loose all tags.
    Please make a batch/multiple unduplicate function.

  16. Allow messages to create calendar events or tasks

    Often, messages contain requests for responses. To increase effectiveness, you should offer a send option, "Send & Schedule"
    This will allow the user to more effectively track activity and project progress. This is especially important to consulting sales and service contracts.

  17. have notes be searchable

    It would be amazing to have the notes be searchable. Lots of info on a contact is not practical to put in tags like where they are from their profession past profession, hobbies etc etc. So for example lots of times i meet someone at a networking event and later think.. hey who was that person from that country... or who was that person that was a lawyer etc and I cant remember it. So if notes were searchable it would be amazing.

  19. Add phone calls to contacts as an activity for "recently contacted". They only show up under that when you email them through Nimble.

    If I make a phone call to a contact, there isn't anywhere in Nimble where I can log it to it shows up as an activity for "recently contacted". They only show up under that category when you email them through Nimble. Can you guys add a way to log calls please? Or have I missed how it's done?

  20. Support for Caldav calendar integration

    It'd be great to be able to integrate any caldav standard calendar system - shouldn't be a big change considering the google calendar integration is already there.
