  1. CONTACT INFO

    put all of the contact info BACK under the contact tab. One click was super convenient! All this clicking around now is killing me...AND WHERE DID THE "SERVICE" "CELEBRATION" tabs go under contact info tab??!? This is all becoming very inconvenient :(

  3. Figure out why custom data fields only appear half the time.

    Seriously. Need to refresh a contact page about half the time just to get custom data fields/custom tabs to load under the Contact Info Tab. It's not me, it's definitely you :) Cleared Chromes's cache and yada, yada, done everything on my end. Please, don't be like Zoho, please make sure your work works. Thank you :)

  4. Put schedule calls into Nimble Calendar

    It would greatly help me to have calls I schedule show up on the Nimble Calendar so when I schedule new call I can see how many I already have scheduled for any given day.

  6. Sync to Outlook contacts

    need a clean sync back to outlook contacts. We have software that is business-critical that uses outlook, as do a lot of firms we do business with.

    It is not practicable to update both nimble and outlook with changed data / new contacts.

    We need a two-way sync that will allow new/updated details to sync both ways, which works where updates have taken place in both etc.

  7. Enable the ability to set the beginning of the week from Monday in the calendar

    nothing else... only what I've written in the title.
    Really I think there is lots of work to do on the Calendar but I know that many other people have given so many suggestions...

  8. Evernote integration

    I suggest you explore various ways to integrate with Evernote. Ability to link notes to contacts and pull them into Nimble would be one way to expand Nimble's CRM mission.

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we do not have any specific plans for an integration with Evernote.

    Instead, we have added the feature to log notes on contact records in Nimble.

    All you will have to do is go to a current contact and select “Log Note” to save a note to a contact record.

  11. Add keyboard shortcuts to Nimble

    I'm a poweruser on gmail and I move really quickly through my messages and organize them, read, delete, archive. And going back to using a mouse for this is terrible. Many apps are adding these so I think it would be a huge plus to have them available in Nimble.

    We will review adding keyboard shortcuts at a later point in the future.

    For now, we are focusing on improvement in other areas of the app, and then we will add keyboard shortcuts.

  12. Take The Tour not working

    First day with Nimble; Tried to "take the tour" to get an overview and it doesn't work. Both Chrome and Safari... :(

    Clicked on "Next Steps", nothing happened. Any ideas?

  14. Sort suggested social profiles by location according to contact's address

    Suggested social profiles should be sorted according to contact's address whenever possible. Say I create a contact and specify an address, with all the fields (city, state, country). It doesn't make sense to be suggested contacts from Paris if I told Nimble my contact is in New York. Many Linked In, Twitter and Google+ profiles have some geographic region information. It's not necessary to make complex geolocation queries and sort by distance. Probably just string matching (city, state, and country) should be enough to improve this. Common names are most affected by this behavior.

  15. Take more information from a company's website

    It'd be great to use the information that's on a company's website to the max. When I add a contact I always add the company first and then link them. But things such as the "about" section, or the company e-mail adresses or phone number are all usually on the website but are not automatically fed in Nimble.

    Another thing that would be awesome to have is the person's description on the website. Quite often when you deal with executive level managers (or with smaller companies), there is a full description / bio of a lot of employees on the…

    We are always looking at ways to improve performance of Nimble for our users in Europe.

    While we aren’t working on anything specific right now, we are reviewing ways to make the experience better for our UK/European users.

  20. Fix Bug Adding Entry to Google Calendar

    When you add a calendar event and specify the associated Google calendar (not the Nimble calendar), the entry in the Google calendar is added as UTC. The time zone (EST) is in fact set correctly in the Nimble settings and in the Google Calendar settings. So this looks like a bug.
