  1. Deals displays Profit margin

    Add a column to Deals to enter the profit margin, adding this feature to Deals would universally help all Nimble customer that use deals. good to see revenue but even better to see the profit on deals

  2. Add Activity Sets

    If you often repeat the same set of tasks for a given process within your business, you may find it faster to create an activity set for these tasks, which can then be added to the item, resulting in all the tasks in the set being created automatically - rather than manually creating each task individually every time. It's a great way to automate processes within your Organization

  3. Make it possible to rearrange the order of Email Templates (probably using drag and drop)

    I want to be able to put the most used message/email templates at the top of the dropdown list

    So want Nimble to have the functionality where can rearrange the order of Email Templates, probably using drag and drop or similar.

  4. Add quick add contact link in search result view

    Add quick link to add a contact in the search result view to add contact when no contacts match.

    Right now, you can only refine your search or delete it. Nine out of ten times, when I get a "No Contacts Matching" message, I will want to ADD the contact (person or company)

  5. Hyperlink Images in Emails

    Can we please add the ability to hyperlink images in emails (especially group emails)?

    This would be really helpful with click throughs and email engagement.

  6. Allow Links in Deal Information

    Nimble is currently at a slight disadvantage to competitors in that it does not allow documents to be attached to either contacts or deals. I've seen the suggestion that we could add a document url to the contact info, which is fine for contacts, because you have URL fields in contacts. But for deals this does not work, because a) there are no url fields and b) inserting a link into the notes does not automatically identify it as a url and make it clickable. It's a copy/paste affair which is not a good look.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in and suggesting we add URLs for documents to deals in Nimble.

    As of right now, we plan to add both custom fields and document URLs to Nimble.

    Because of our planned custom fields for the Deals tab, we will likely allow users to add links in the deal information.

  8. Enable printing for direct mail labels (e.g. Avery)

    I'd like to print and mail some postcards to prospects and would like to print address labels directly from nimble (rather than exporting csv, etc).

    Hi,

    At the current moment, we do not have plans on adding a print function to Nimble for direct mail labels.

    For now, I recommend exporting to CSV to format address fields for programs like Avery.

    I understand that this is an often-requested feature and one that older CRM systems have had for a long time. We don’t currently envision this feature to e added within the 2013 timeframe so I am declining it.

    If this feature receives an overwhelmingly large amount of votes, we will be happy to reconsider it.

  11. Enable mass adding of activities to contacts

    Users should be able to search for a group of contacts using advanced search, and then mass add an activity to that contact group.

    This is somewhat of an offshoot of this post: http://nimble.uservoice.com/forums/126687-nimble/suggestions/2152783-allowing-querying-by-contact-activity

    For example, in search:

    "show me all contacts tagged X and X", or "show me all contacts I haven't talked to in 2 months"

    and then using the select feature, you should be able to add an activity for all people at once, for example "send an update email".

  12. fix the contact details issue of multiple equivalent entries

    I have often several times the same email in contacts (from merges?) -
    they can easily and without risk always be handled. Example:
    Work belit@bdli.de Other Belit@bdli.de Other belit@bdli.de .
    Clearly, all these emails are the same. Merge them. In such situations, easy: always delete those with the "Other" tag.

  13. More configuration options for IMAP mail

    Due to the different corporate policies it is not possible to use IMAP integration as it is now. Introducing more configuration options (that normally exist in e-mail clients) would allow tailoring mail integration to comply with policies, or just make it more usable for mobile use when data traffic is limited.
    Two options that would be essential in my case are:
    1. IMAP checking interval in minutes - to adjust how frequently Nimble checks IMAP account
    2. Option not to download attachments - in our case policy is that attachments cannot be held on servers outside our security perimeter

  14. Add The Ability to Link / Relate Two Contacts

    I would like to relate contacts with customized fields like People A is Father of People B, People B then automatically would be son of People A... then customized like... People C is lawyer for People D, E, F, G... etc.

  18. Attach specific emails to deals rather all correspondence with a contact.

    had wanted to see if I might get a better idea as to when we might be
    able to offer such a feature upgrade. It seems that our development
    team is quite slammed at the moment and I believe we're focused on
    releasing a public API as well as mobile solutions.

     I can definitely see your point of needing to have the messages

    to be a bit more filtered and refined within the deals tab…

    We do not plan to change how we sync messages to Deals in Nimble at this time.

    We are currently focused on other areas of the application, and if this feature receives enough votes, we will reconsider it.

  19. Ability to Archive a Segment

    I use Segment for projects to group people on the fly - might create several unique to a client or project - then the project ends. Would be awesome to "archive" segments to just remove them from the main "Contacts Interface" such that it shows only current segments of value.

  20. Add support for Google Apps Domain Aliases

    We use google apps and we have a lot of domain aliases. To make it easier to our users, we send emails from the alias which concerns him. The problem is that I can't use my other aliases to send emails. Can you add this feature in for Nimble.
