  1. Focus on the clients

    I suggest that the support team focus more on the existing clients, the needs they have, and try helping problems out, not just sent a link or ignore it. I have been waiting 3 days for help - and no help is given. So the suggestion is to be more human, not just see it as a "ticket support" with you on one side and the clients on the other side, it will also help you a lot getting more clients in.

  2. add the ability to mail merge

    I find it very useful to use a mail merge to send lots of people customized messages using information from their record. It would be amazing if I could do this through Nimble!

    Hi,

    The option of having mail merge in Nimble is definitely a great idea.

    But for now, this feature request does not have enough votes to warrant review by our Product team, so I must decline it for now.

    We will continue to monitor this feature request and we will place it under review if it reaches 70 votes.

    As of right now, there are some features that have more votes that we would like to address.

    I also recommend taking a look at some of our email marketing integrations on the Nimble Apps Marketplace

    Hi,

    We will review the option of having two way data flow from MailChimp to Nimble but we do not have a timeframe for if or when we’ll improve this integration.

  4. Importing data from Linkedin users that has accents characters in their names

    In Brazil we have a lot of names with accents characters like óíáãêôõ etc, in their names.

    I've noted Nimble has more difficult to get profile photos from linkedin from people that have accents in their names, and the linkedin profile URL as well.

    That is generating no-photo profiles and linkedin incorrect link. I have to update manually the linkedin profile link and profile's photo.

    Example:
    Name: Vinícius Quícoli
    Photo: Nimble can't get.
    Correct url: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vin%C3%ADcius-qu%C3%ADcoli-a46871107/
    Nimble see and save that incorrect url: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vinã­cius-quã­coli-a46871107

    I think this may be simple to improve and may helps a lot the user experience.

  5. Consistent Search box for contacts on every page. Also the start page. I want it to be easy to search for a contact.

    I often go to Nimble to search for at person and it irritates me that I have to click Contact to be able to search a person. And some times I type in the box only to find out that I'm searching in Messages :-)

    This is not an idea - but a loss of functionality which is quite serious in my view (lost on the december update): On the deals tab - viewing your pipeline as a list there is no longer a sum of the total value of the deals. We use this to monitor our pipeline size on the fly. Please fix!

    Use the free USPS API to verify & format addresses to the USPS standard, including Zip+4

    Add a method to verify individually, or verify all addresses.

  10. Provide an option to display social media profiles based on the contact's full name.

    I get social media profile suggestions based on last name with no regard to first name. If a person's name is Abigal Adams, I need to see all social media contacts for "Abigal" Adams not John Adams, Sam Adams, Susan Adams, etc.

  13. Allow sorting of Deals by Expected Date (when grouped)

    We generally use the list view for our Deals. When we select "Owner" in the "grouped by" drop-down, the Deals are sorted in seemingly random order. We would like to have the Deals sorted by Expected Date even when they are grouped.

  14. Fix the bug that deleted all my email templates when I saved a new one.

    I might have to stop using Nimble. I added a new e-mail template and my first 5 templates DISAPPEARED. How is this defect real.....

  17. Past due tasks can be dragged and dropped to today It is a lot of work to have to edit each task when I just want them to roll over

    When tasks become past due, it is a "task" to have to move the dates. I would like to see us be able to drag and drop them to a different date or have a button to have them move over to today...

  18. CampaignMonitor integration

    I work a lot with CampaignMonitor for email marketing and would love to have Nimble integrate to easily export and sync contacts information with the campaignMonitor mailing lists and view reports of open and clicks of emails within Nimble.

    i.e., on a specific field for a group of records, such as changing a selected group of people to a specific lead type all at once, similar to tagging a group at once.

    It's annoying that phone numbers don't auto-format. It would be nice if phone numbers would be auto-formatted as you enter them, just like on Salesforce.com
