  1. Mass mail: 6 and 18 months for follow-up and time for sending

    Is it in the follow-up function, under the email messages, possible to have 6 and 18 months for follow-up?
    And is it feasible to have a function (date and time) when the mass emails are to be sent? Like; If I'm Denmark, want to send out an email arriving let's say Monday morning 9,05 am in Singapore, is this possible? (The time for arrival is particularly important for getting a higher level of people opening/reading the email!)

  2. outlook add-in for Mac -

    shows black in Outlook on right side, unless I single click the tool bar, then goes black again, once released. Is this a bug that can be fixed for Mac Outlook?

  3. Adding a bi-weekly mail that asks the user to update every one and each of the deals in the pipleline.

    Often, I miss deals in the pipeline. I suggest bi-weekly mail that reminds you to update every deal either encourage you to talk to the prospect, move the deal forward or close it. But make sure the deal is not getting old in the pipleline.

  4. Integrate with Full Contact

    Full Contact has a brilliant process for taking in lots of now contact info from business cards and email signatures. They also have great de-duplication tools. Most of my new contacts go through Full Contact before anywhere else in my workflow, and it would be great to sync with Nimble so that when I scan a business card the new person shows as a contact and a potential lead.

  5. Person and Company contacts should inherit work related information to reduce duplicate entry

    1) A company already exists with work related information saved in the company record. When ‘Adding a Person’ the company name is in the entry form, but the person should inherit the work related information from the company record.

    2) Second scenario, If I create a new person and company in one step, and fill in Main work phone# and Work Address, this information is shown in that person’s record only. Users that search by company should be able to reference this information in the company record, rather than opening an employee’s record. If multiple employees are shown, one record…

  6. Develop a soft phone integration for Nimble.

    Would love to have soft phone integration, ie, ringcentral. When a contact calls, contact profile is displayed. There is a tool like this for Outlook.

    When working on tasks, it would be nice to have a one click option to return back to the task list.

  8. Task related to emails

    Please add an option for creating task from message with linking to the message.
    Like this:
    1. customer drops me an e-mail with some request
    2. i'm converting the email to task assigned to the customer and to this particular email
    3. i'm doing the job
    4. when completing task, I can send email confirmation to the customer that the case is closed.

    As of right now, you can create a task from an email and the contact will be directly linked to the task. We will review better ways of linking emails to tasks.

  9. Add "Nickname" to Contact Fields

    And allow the option to use that as their greeting.

    For example, someone has "Raymond" on their card, but I know they go by "Ray." Still, I want to respect their full, formal name as well.

  11. fix your auto search

    When typing a name in the search bar -- if one is slow -- it make suggestions, but then the suggestions go away, then it will only find the contact if you typed it exactly and typed the entire contact name. Seem to me, you ought to be able to type in the first 4-5 letters, hit enter, and it would bring up all that start with those 4-5 letter. It very awkward and a time waster.

  13. Freshbooks Integration

    Please integrate with Freshbooks. The ability to create estimates and invoices from already existing contacts in gmail and Nimble would be HUGE!

    Gmail Contacts + Nimble + MailChimp + Freshbooks = a complete sales-marketing-invoicing CRM

    Hi,

    At this time, we are not building anymore integrations internally because we are focused on releasing our developer API.

    Once our developer API is released, more third party applications will be available for Nimble, which increases the likelihood of an integration with an invoicing tool like Freshbooks.

    We appreciate your support and look forward to having more third party integrations in the near future!

  14. CONTACT INFO

    put all of the contact info BACK under the contact tab. One click was super convenient! All this clicking around now is killing me...AND WHERE DID THE "SERVICE" "CELEBRATION" tabs go under contact info tab??!? This is all becoming very inconvenient :(

  16. Figure out why custom data fields only appear half the time.

    Seriously. Need to refresh a contact page about half the time just to get custom data fields/custom tabs to load under the Contact Info Tab. It's not me, it's definitely you :) Cleared Chromes's cache and yada, yada, done everything on my end. Please, don't be like Zoho, please make sure your work works. Thank you :)

  17. Put schedule calls into Nimble Calendar

    It would greatly help me to have calls I schedule show up on the Nimble Calendar so when I schedule new call I can see how many I already have scheduled for any given day.

  19. Sync to Outlook contacts

    need a clean sync back to outlook contacts. We have software that is business-critical that uses outlook, as do a lot of firms we do business with.

    It is not practicable to update both nimble and outlook with changed data / new contacts.

    We need a two-way sync that will allow new/updated details to sync both ways, which works where updates have taken place in both etc.

  20. Enable the ability to set the beginning of the week from Monday in the calendar

    nothing else... only what I've written in the title.
    Really I think there is lots of work to do on the Calendar but I know that many other people have given so many suggestions...
