Add Multiple Email Signatures
As I use my email for work and play, it would be nice to have the option of multiple email signatures as found in Outlook or Gmail help separate lifestyles

indicate the frequency of contact with the stay in touch icon so it's possible to see that at a glance
It would be helpful to be able to scan this in the contact list.

Add Xero integration
We use Xero which is a great cloud based accounting application. Because of Xero, we were using CapsuleCRM which syncs nicely with it through contacts and deals but I really like Nimble and would love to see integration with Xero

We do not currently have plans to develop a Xero integration internally, so we are declining this feature request for now. We would love it if you could continue to vote for this feature.

"Send to Nimble" Email address
Salesforce has a feature which allows you to send specific emails to be logged in the system. The email is then associated with each email account recognised.
Reason- I use gmail with multiple accounts (personal and business); not all email correspondence is appropriate for Nimble or members of my team. Cheers...126 votesHi,
Since our email integration is build on automatic email syncing, we do not need to have a manual “send to Nimble” email option.
If you would like to store an email not related to an actively connected account, please use our Log Note functionality.

Track referrals!
I would love to be able to link contacts in a referee <-> referrer relationship!

Use the client email address to populate the business website
It would be great if Nimble could guess the business domain based on the email address of the client.
e.g joe.bloggs@samplecompany.com -> the business domain is highly likely to be "samplecompany.com"
You would need to filter out the obvious gmail/outlook email addresses but having a tick icon like you do for the social channels that we can quickly tick if correct would be great.

Nimble tasks integrate with Asana
I'm using Asana for task management. Not quite sure what it'd look like but getting repetitive inputting tasks in both Nimble and Asana.

Unfortunately, we are not planning on releasing an integration with Asana and Nimble.
Instead, we are focusing on improving our internal Activities tab to make it easier to manage tasks with your team members.

Would like to lookup - then export - only specific data fields. Currently we have to edit extraneous data that is exported.

Use a time-specific dropdown to set day/time alerts for Tasks and Events
Make it much quicker and easier to set alerts/alarms for tasks/events by using a time-specific dropdown for Tasks/Events.
This will result in the To Do list being more useful, saves time (less clicks), preserves calendar for meetings and improves sales automation.
Suggestions for dropdown (this is how Hubspot do it):
Today
Tomorrow
2 business days (Thursday)
3 business days (Friday)
4 business days (Monday)
5 business days (Tuesday)
In 2 weeks (4 July)

Mass mail: 6 and 18 months for follow-up and time for sending
Is it in the follow-up function, under the email messages, possible to have 6 and 18 months for follow-up?
And is it feasible to have a function (date and time) when the mass emails are to be sent? Like; If I'm Denmark, want to send out an email arriving let's say Monday morning 9,05 am in Singapore, is this possible? (The time for arrival is particularly important for getting a higher level of people opening/reading the email!)1 vote -
outlook add-in for Mac -
shows black in Outlook on right side, unless I single click the tool bar, then goes black again, once released. Is this a bug that can be fixed for Mac Outlook?

Adding a bi-weekly mail that asks the user to update every one and each of the deals in the pipleline.
Often, I miss deals in the pipeline. I suggest bi-weekly mail that reminds you to update every deal either encourage you to talk to the prospect, move the deal forward or close it. But make sure the deal is not getting old in the pipleline.

Integrate with Full Contact
Full Contact has a brilliant process for taking in lots of now contact info from business cards and email signatures. They also have great de-duplication tools. Most of my new contacts go through Full Contact before anywhere else in my workflow, and it would be great to sync with Nimble so that when I scan a business card the new person shows as a contact and a potential lead.

Person and Company contacts should inherit work related information to reduce duplicate entry
1) A company already exists with work related information saved in the company record. When ‘Adding a Person’ the company name is in the entry form, but the person should inherit the work related information from the company record.
2) Second scenario, If I create a new person and company in one step, and fill in Main work phone# and Work Address, this information is shown in that person’s record only. Users that search by company should be able to reference this information in the company record, rather than opening an employee’s record. If multiple employees are shown, one record…

Develop a soft phone integration for Nimble.
Would love to have soft phone integration, ie, ringcentral. When a contact calls, contact profile is displayed. There is a tool like this for Outlook.

One click to return to task list
When working on tasks, it would be nice to have a one click option to return back to the task list.

Task related to emails
Please add an option for creating task from message with linking to the message.
Like this:
1. customer drops me an e-mail with some request
2. i'm converting the email to task assigned to the customer and to this particular email
3. i'm doing the job
4. when completing task, I can send email confirmation to the customer that the case is closed.92 votesHi,

As of right now, you can create a task from an email and the contact will be directly linked to the task. We will review better ways of linking emails to tasks.

Add "Nickname" to Contact Fields
And allow the option to use that as their greeting.
For example, someone has "Raymond" on their card, but I know they go by "Ray." Still, I want to respect their full, formal name as well.
