Deals,Stages and Expand Number of Days in each Stage
We are in the construction industry and most of the projects we work on take longer than 90 days to move into another stage. We have sales cycles that sometimes last 2-3 years from the time we provide a quote to the client until we close a deal. It would be great to have the number of days in each stage have the capability to be 3 digits instead of the current 2 digits.

Update the Deal "Export" function to generate a .csv that can be used to directly print mailing labels
Currently, Exporting from a Deal gives you everything BUT the addresses for the contact. I suggest enhancing the Export feature to allow the option to export "Names and Addresses only", such that the resulting .CSV could be consumed directly by mail merge software (Word, Open Office, etc)

make it so we can email those we have "tagged" in a certain group(s)
Why have a tag feature if it's just to see the list?
I would like to be able (in my case, for instance) to email Fabricators in Los Angeles. I have a "fabricators' tag, a "New York" tag and a "LA" tag, some of my messaging only is relevant to a portion or coast.
I'm sure I;m not the first to ask, but this would really convince me to stick with Nimble.
Thanks! I know it can't be easy pleasing all of the people all of the time!

Fix the company add form.
Fix the company add form. It won't take a new company web address unless I copy and paste it into the field from the browser. Very maddening

Build integration with Campayn
I would want to request an integration for Campayn. They are an email marketing service with similar functionality to MailChimp, but there are a lot of features and how their system works is very different from MailChimp. I believe it's worth considering.

Deal amount breakdown to show total deal worth vs amount owed
I would like to see a total deal amount vs. amount owed with a deadline on payment.
I could easily see an overview of how many deals in my que for a total amount in a specific time AND also see the outstanding amount if any for current deals with deadlines.
I could greatly forecast budget and staffing concerns with this information.

Nimble Widget for Internet Explorer
I know that Chrome surpassed IE in browser usage, but IE is still used by more people than Firefox, see article below. Please port your excellent widget to IE 11, doesn't have to be Edge. Chrome doesn't respond to touch as intuitively on a Microsoft Surface as IE does. It pains me to use Chrome. I think that 30.8% compared to 31.9% warrants your attention. Thank you for considering.

3 votesHi Jeff,
While there are still people using IE, we do not have plans to add the Smart Contacts App because it is an outdated browser.
Edge doesn’t support extensions yet, but we will likely add it there when they release their marketplace.
For now, we recommend using Firefox, Safari, or Chrome for our Smart Contacts App.
Thank you,
Joseph

Keep Tasks as One Field in the Android App
In the Android app, when I create a task, I have to give it a title and description. Online, a task is one field, like an item on a task list or check-list. I don't need 2 fields, and even if you make 2 fields available, don't require both.

Automatically handle Twitter shortened URLs
Creating contacts from Twitter Followers brings in the Twitter shortened URL (e.g. http://t.co/whatever ) for their web addresses.
The import process should auto-map the shortened URLs to their real equivalents, and you should provide a button to do this on the contacts Edit Form.
We have thousands of followers, so doing it manually is going to be a right pain!

Leads Tab
Instead of lumping lead and contact management together, please add a Leads tab. Some preliminary thoughts: People marked in the Contacts tab as Prospects or Leads would be added to the Leads tab. The existing Pipeline view could be duplicated and repurposed for leads, showing by default Prospects, Uncontacted, Contacted, and Closed. Users could click into the leads to edit their fields, and when leads are closed as a qualified leads, they would be automatically converted to Deals. The tab should also allow managers to assign leads to team members and users to rank leads, changing the color of their…

Show Total Revenue won and lost in the Deals Dashboard
Currently, the Reports Dashboard only displays Average Revenue won and lost. Total is more important to a business than the average. Please add that to the Dashboard.
If Nimble ever adds Monthly Revenue as an option to deals, it would be useful to see Monthly Total Revenue as well.
Thank you!

Enable backdated closing dates on newly created deals
Currently, a user cannot backdate a deal's closing date before the day when they create the deal. The message that appears reads: "You can't save a deal that closes before it starts." Please either do away with this logic, or give users the ability to edit the start date.
