When placing a call from inside the iPhone app, note in the contact that a call was made. If texting, capture text message.
My company is small, and we are all on cell phones. We call and text to clients quite a bit, and this would be a valuable data point to capture.

Add following status to "Contact Profile'
I'd like to know if someone's following me in their Contact Profile. It currently shows if I'm following them, but not the other way around.
I'd like to have that so I can keep my ratio of following:followers low and not follow low-value people.

Sync with iCloud Calendar / iOS Calendar / Mac Calendar
I keep most of my calendar events in iCloud for Mac and iOS. Would prefer not to migrate to Google Calendar just for Nimble's sake.

Consider adding a "Trello" board view for Daily Tasks/Activities (with drag and drop functionality like Deals)
Trello is a very popular Task Management solution and why not integrate something similar with your software to make it even better. I know a lot of people that actually use Trello for their daily task management and most of the time those tasks are associated with customer contacts or in my industry recruiting candidates and the tasks associated with their pipeline status.

Disable link when editing tags
Numerous times, I have missed the "x" when deleting a tag from a contact, and instead performed a search for that tag. I suggest that you either make the delete button larger or disable the link when editing tags. I prefer the latter option, since I am actively editing and there's a "done" button visible

Support Reporting for Multiple Teams or Groups
Hi,
Our company currently has two distinct sales team groups. They love the reporting features but would love it even more if the teams could be separated into two (or more) groups and reports generated for each group as well as the sales team as a whole.
From what I can make out, you currently only have the option to generate reports for one individual or everybody. If allowing the team to be organised into multiple groups represents extensive development work, an interim measure could be to select multiple users for a report (e.g John, Harry and Mary) as well…

Uploading documents
It would be nice to be able to upload documents from a computer rather than a separate application.
We have lots of paper contracts and forms that we would like to be able to scan and upload directly to a client profile. This is a simple fix but would be very helpful.

Create multiple alert levels - different contacts
Allow for creation of multiple alert levels so that certain users will only receive Critical events. We could then configure monitoring and alerting systems such as Pagerduty to forward Critical events to an after hours pager, without notifying on non-critical events.

Allow users to export creation date
Identifying when a lead was added to a database is a fundamentally important thing - it's crazy that this incredibly basic functionality is not here.

Workflow with email automation
Are you able to implement a workflow aspect to Nimble with email automation.
ie: lets say a deal has 5 stages, within each stage there is 5 activities required to complete the stage and at the change of one stage to the next you have the ability to have predefined email templates with mail merge for the client name sent acknowledging their deal to the next stage. The stage names and activities would vary in number and need to be fully customisable.
I would imagine that a rule based approach would probably work well, ie: when deal = 'application received'…

Multi-language interface
Provide a multilanguage interface (e.g. Italian, German, Japanese, French etc...) to guarantee a largest market share of your product and a better service for the end user.

Add a lead owner
I would like to be able to assign lead owners to in the lead details menu to any contacts. And the lead owners should be a editable list consisting of the users/past users of nimble within the company.
In addition it would be nice to be able to assign tasks to lead owners concerning contacts.3 votes -
Raise hell if my email connection is down
Currently, if the connection to gmail goes down (mine said it needed to be refreshed), I get a very faint exclamation point above my name in the main navigation bar at the top.
When I hit send on emails within Nimble they appear to send.
When I view my sent emails box in Nimble, they show they sent.
However..... the emails did not actually send.
If my connection to gMail is down, I suggest that you do not allow me to "send" email until it's back online and put a great big red bar at the top of the screen…

Tasks in Contacts list view
As we are bringing in fairly large imports of lists, I would like to see the ability to assign tasks and/or deals to one or more contacts in the Contacts List view. This would prevent us from having to "drill down" into that contact and edit it.

Eventbrite 2-way integration
Ensure that people who come to our events are logged in our CRM so we see that activity. And that new people are added (without dupes) to the crm database. And allow us to use the event invitations.

Provide map of Contacts
being able to visit a page that shows a maps of your contacts by the address details would be great when working on campaigns or issues in specific areas, i.e. could contact them to make them aware and also ask for ideas perhaps relating to the location?

import multiple vcards at once.
We are wanting to move to your service but with large numbers of contacts individual vcard imports is out of the question. It seems to be the only way they import exactly

We recommend combining contacts into a single vcard file to upload them all at once in Nimble. This will help achieve the end-goal of uploading contacts to Nimble from your vCard files.

i use sales points to monitor my sales activity, very simple: 1 point for a phone conversation with client or prospect, 2 points for a meeting, 3 pionts for a proposal and 4 points for a deal. I must score 20 points per week, my sales executive must score 40. We keep the scores manually now.
It would be perfect if these scores can be kept automatically in Nimble, based on your activity there. I now that Base CRM has something like this too.

Make it possible to adjust what signals I see, maybe even per content. For example, I may not want to see "likes." Or, if I do, I may only want to see them for certain contacts.
